The pool area was nice. Great for kids!

There was no microwaves in the rooms. Had to go down to the first floor every night to heat up food.

No breakfast. Hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast, which I knew ahead of time, but their bistro wasn't open either. They offered a granola bar, but no coffee. Probably could have stepped up on this offering.

Check was great - we appreciated the early check in.

Our room had a pull out couch - only an extra sheet and blanket in cupboard. We asked for some pillows and one additional blanket. We were told no. We persisted and were given 1 pillow. It was disappointing that we couldn’t get extra bedding needed.

Marriott is not honest with their unauthorized charges

Credit card was charged $167.63 after I received a receipt from them for the $112.37 as shown by my booking through Booking.com, indicating no balance due. They are overcharging without cause or authorization by me. THIS IS BAD!!

Very good. I like the facilities, and the location to all the main stores, restaurants, etc.

The pool, which is usually the reason we stay there, the water effects were not working, so the children were a little dissapointed.

Was given a handicap room and when I booked it was supposed to be a king size bed with a pull out couch. It was a good thing that only 2 of us came vs the 3 that were supposed to.

Was overall comfortable and close to area I was visiting.

The room was comfortable. Especially bed. Shower was great. Staff was great.

I was expecting a breakfast buffet. I thought I had searched for that specifically and when I spoke to staff about it I came away still thinking there was breakfast included. I must have been mistaken and was sorely disappointed 😞. I looked at the menu for breakfast and it was over priced and nothing that we wanted to order. Only other issue was that on the first night by the hot tub there was a piece of chicken someone had dropped after eating. Last night there, same piece of chicken was sitting in same spot.
