MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.

We couldn’t have been happier. Our nest was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Very quiet location, roomy condo, super comfy bed and washer/dryer were great. It was quite rainy and windy during our stay but we still made it to the beach several times. Condo is tucked away but still close to everything we needed.

Condo was as described and very clean. There were a few cosmetic repairs needed as mentioned in previous reviews but nothing in complete disrepair.

Not a bad place to stay. Could definitely use some updating. The big carpet underneath the dining room table needs to be removed. Its a tripping hazard. All appliances worked great. We would stay again. Owners of this condo just need to put a little love into it. And it could be super cute and cozy.

Disappointed
Old and outdated is one thing, but broken and having the impression that no effort was being put forth is another.
From the rusted front door and lock to the broken kitchen backsplash, loose tiles and deformed dining room rug we kept tripping over, the 30 year old fridge with it's door seal hanging down, etc-it was not worth the $.
If the owner spent a little money and made the effort to update the flooring, furniture, appliances, etc and maintain the space, they could certainly charge more.
There's better accommodations in town.

Ocean Shores Trip
The property was actually bigger than it appears in pictures. There is no view of the ocean but was only a half mile walk. We were able to walk to many places from the property, restaurants and stores.

Needs help
This property needs some repair. Of 4 kitchen chairs two dangerously loose and one crack back. The kitchen table was loose. The kitchen backsplash had 4 missing tiles. There are two old rugs on top of carpet, one has upturned corner you trip one. There is extra junk in unit making it cluttered. Some areas (top of fridge) were pretty dirty.
Unit needs updating, some new furniture, repair and remove stuff not needed.
Reg location: you can walk to ocean in less than 10 minutes and quiet. Beach is nice. Please note if you stay here be considerate of other guests, especially permanent residents downstairs.

A Fantastic stay
It was a really nice stay fire me an my family it's in close range of the Shops and grocery store. They you can ether enjoy a walk to or a really short drive. I liked the view from the back deck it was really pretty. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Treasured Cove Condo. The unit we stayed in was very nice and clean and was located in a great location.
The outside of the condo building is a little rough looking, but the unit was nicely decorated and clean.

This is an older unit with a bit of wear and tear, but it’s clean and comfortable. Walking distance to town and the beach if you’re ambitious, an easy drive if you’re not.

Perfect spot for a mini trip.
My son age 5 and I took a mini trip to the ocean and stay here. The condo was perfect size for us and had everything we needed to make our home away from home comfortable. Of course my 5 year old made friends with some of the neighbors too who where all very friendly and kind. Thank you for having a great little vacation spot for us to rent, we wish we could have stayed longer!

The internet didn’t work after restarting the routers and didn’t work throughout my stay. The lighting was really poor and dim inside. It was clean, so there’s a plus. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap, it’s fine. If you want to stay somewhere nice, go somewhere else.

Excellent place to stay
I highly recommend this property. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a rental. The condo was in a nice and quiet location. I’ll be back many times!

Exactly what we were looking for
We wanted a secluded place near the water and that’s what we got. The pictures are spot on. The condo was exactly as pictured. The bed was super comfortable.

Great Looking, No Internet But Cute
Overall, this condo is quaint and very clean. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives, and I wouldn't stay here again. It "looks" awesome, but practicality is key.
POSITIVES:
- My condo was spotless, and I mean 100% sterile.
- The styles of the bathroom, living room, and bedroom were highly updated.
- Staff is friendly on the phone or in person, when I saw one housekeeper watering the plants.
- My king-sized bed was amazingly comfy, as were the living room chairs.
- The shower has five whole shelves to put your supplies on.
- Huge flat screen tv and a DVD/VCR player. They provide about a dozen movies (most of them kid's movies).
- Supplies pots/pans, glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware for use.
NEGATIVES:
- No internet. NONE. Even if you connect to the network. "No internet, secured." (That little caution sign.) Everyone needs internet these days, for anything! I know it's the coast, but don't even bother at this place.
- They have a strict sign next to the phone in the living room that says "NO NOISE, Ultra Quiet Zone" between the hours of 10pm-10am, but I had painters with a leaf blower outside my window at 8:30am! Then they were talking and laughing loudly as they painted. Made me very angry.
- The condo didn't have A/C, just two fans - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It has three space heaters for winter, though; two in the living room and one in the bedroom, via thermostat.
- Living room ceiling lights are extremely bright; I felt like I was under interrogation. Softer bulbs or some wall lights instead would be better. Also, the living room light near the tv only worked half the time.
- Back sliding glass door doesn't lock.
- The fireplace isn't electric, which is bad to me, but hey - maybe you like real fire. Sounds like a dangerous trap to get fined.
- They have six signs around the condo with rules about what NOT to do. Seems a bit bossy to me. Check out's at 11am, got it! You've only told me a thousand times.
