The location is perfect for us, as we have family that live within a mile of the condo. The dock is perfect to stop by on a jet ski. We.will use this place more in the future as long as its available
Parking was difficult for longer trucks

Location is excellent very close to several beaches and restaurants, tile flooring a plus when traveling with pets.
A pet sign by the street showing designated pet area for their necessities.

Excellent location to walk to beach. The pool and hot tub area were clean and beautiful sunset off the back deck area
Pull out bed isn’t very comfortable. Not much for cups/glasses

The location was close to the beach and had a doc but no underwater lights like it said it would.
It was filthy. Dog hair and sand every where including both beds.Cracks and holes in the tile. There was a hole in the couch and fold out bed. No bedding for the fold out bed. The coffee pot was broke.

The unit is very close to Whitecap Beach. Unfortunately the property itself wasn't very accommodating and didn't have very many features that we could actually enjoy outside of the unit.
The pictures are not accurate. The fireplace is boarded shut and not even properly sealed. The tv in the picture is nowhere to be seen. There is a much, much smaller tv in it's place and it was mounted to the wall more for security than for usability and you can tell this because the mount is in a completely fixed position against the wall but raised up slightly awkwardly from the bottom like you'll be looking down at it. It's much too small for how far away the seating is. There were bugs everywhere every day. We killed so many bugs... It's listed as pet friendly but that very clearly only means this specific unit allows pets in it. The neighbors will complain about any dog barking any time. There is a sign by the pool that says to take your pet to the designated pet area but there isn't actually a pet area on the property. The property is surrounded by concrete, rocks that are not comfortable to walk on, and grass (off property) that's absolutely infested with stickers. We thought about taking our dogs over to the waterfront area but the renters/neighbors who occupy the condos that actually face the water seem to believe that area belongs to them. Oh yeah, this unit is listed as having a water front view. This is false. The window on the first floor faces a fence and the window on the second floor only shows you that every other condo in the area actually has backyard and patio space and yours doesn't. The bed dips in the middle like it's the original mattress from the first person to ever move in. A couple of the facilities had been upgraded but the unit appears to have had nothing more than a few paint jobs since it was built. The AC unit can't be turned down very low under threat of malfunctioning or freezing, I think the lowest we got it was 73. The table for eating at blocks multiple doors from being opened or used.

Very good location. Liked the docks right there with tables and benches. Liked the pool and the hot tub. It's very nice for the family vacation.
When we got there, we found that trailer was not allowed to park there. We thought that two parking spots will be enough to park our car and a small trailer with a small boat. Any way, we had to park on the street. It was a little inconvenient and did not know how safe it was to park on the street with fishing stuff on the boat. It turned that it was OK.
