This vacation home is everything it claims to be! The location is perfect. So many restaurant options to choose from. The views are unmatched. The home is well appointed, and the king bed is so comfortable. Literally the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. We will definitely rent again.

The bungalow was very and well equipped but the proximity to the highway made it noisy if setting on the deck.

Nicely located home. Spacious, clean, and includes all the amenities you will want. You can sit on the deck, in the screened in porch, or in the lovely interior if it is too cold. Convenient to all we wanted to do. Will seek to use this property again on next visit. Check in and out was very simple.

They did a good job with turning once was an office bldg into a vrob.
Well stocked with what you would need to stay here.
My only complaint is the weeds and zero grass for your animal if you bring one.

We travel to the area to watch our son play for young Harris and we try different vacation rentals looking for the best. This one has taken the lead. Super convenient. Easy to get to. Great space for downtime. Plenty of room to have a couple of teammates over for dinner.

Wonderful stay!

The house was clean and nicely decorated. There were no washcloths available in the bathroom and the TV would not work, which was disappointing. Overall a very nice stay and location.

Easily my favorite rental I’ve ever had! The view was stunning, the home was clean and well stocked, and it perfectly matched the listing. We had a beautifully restful and quiet weekend thanks to the hosts here.

It was very clean and nice on the inside although according to the pictures it looked closer to the lake. We still enjoyed our stay

My husband and I travel often. We're very used to the ins and outs of rental units. We understand that things are rarely perfect and the experience of travel usually outweighs any flaws in a rental property.
That being said, we had a truly terrible experience at this rental.
Though the spot is in a great location and the house itself is as described, we were severely disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. The first mild issue was the amount of pet hair on the sheets, pillows, and blankets in the bedroom. Listen, we get it. It's a pet-friendly unit. Expecting it to be free of pet hair is absurd. We have a dog; we brought our dog. He never stepped foot into the bedroom and was crated overnight in the living room. So, it wasn't his hair.
This we could get over, though, we did mention it to our host and she did say something along the lines of "pet hair gets stuck on the sheets when they're washed" and directed us where to find other sheets.
The biggest issue was the dried feces my husband found under the bed. We assume this was dog or cat, but we didn't investigate further to find out which. I reported this to the host in the morning (we found this late at night our first night). She was apologetic, though delayed in response. She also said she can understand why someone would have missed this as part of the cleaning routine but that it was, and I quote, "unacceptable."
She said she'd compensate us and we started discussing what was fair. We were staying three nights -- because dried feces is a health concern, I asked if we could have a full night refund, as we did not like paying for a space that had a hazard like that.
She said something along the lines of that she'd be happy to compensate us for the issue. I messaged her when we checked out.
5 hours after we had checked out and sent a message about it, she requested photos. We had checked out, so, I did not have photos on hand. She took another day to respond.
She said she needed to investigate the issues before giving us a refund and then said the sheets were fine and she didn't find any hazardous issues.
I don't have the time or energy to argue with her, I don't foresee the refund happening, and it's likely these complaints will be tossed aside because I don't have photos to "prove" these issues. I have no reason to be dishonest about these problems. Just wanted to give every one a heads up who might want to stay here that you might be dealing with dried feces.

The house was very clean and everything we needed was there. It's located very close to a couple of restaurants and the view of the lake is beautiful. I can imagine that it's even better in the summer. The bed slept great! The steps going down to the front door are a bit steep and narrow but not that big of a deal. It's a really nice place and I would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautiful and in a perfect location, we were walking distance to a restaurant, the resort we were attending a wedding at was almost directly across the street along with a great view of the lake. Was very cozy, would definitely come back.
