Rustig centraal gelegen hotel, prettig personeel, goed parkeren.

Uitstekend en royaal ontbijt. Prima bed, goede matrassen. Servicebereidheid top. Sauna werd voor ons aangezet, badjassen bij de kamer bezorgd.

Tolles Hotel in Hollum

Freundlichkeit des Personals. Schöne geräumige Zimmer mit einem mega gemütlichen Bett wo man wie auf Wolken schläft.

Leider gibt es das Restaurant nicht mehr (wohl aus Personalmangel)

Cosy stay in Ameland

Hotel Dolores was very comfortable for our 1 night stay in Hollum. Check-in was easy and convenient and we were able to get to our room a bit earlier. The room itself is very spacious with great shower facilities and a comfortable bed. A fridge and dining table is provided but there is no plates, cups or cutlery if you wanted to use that. The restaurant was open for breakfast however, which we really enjoyed :)

We have been before so we know it would be clean, spacious, good food, nice and relaxed.

Great eat as much as you want breakfast. Fresh juice, cereals,fruit, bacon and eggs, pancakes, hash browns. Nice relaxed atmosphere. English spoken.

location- the village is gorgeous, breakfast was very tasty, the bed was super comfy!, neat room layout

The couch was too small, the hallway door was very noisy and it would wake us up at night multiple times. The cleaning staff forgot to clean our room once 😕 The website info says that there is a coffee machine in the room and there is one on the pictures, but the coffee machine was not in the room but in the hallway. Breakfast could start earlier.

Fantastic stay. Comfy beds, clean room, excellent staff

Our stay at Hotel and restaurant Cantina Dolores was excellent. The owners and staff were so kind and helpful making sure all your requests were met. We had tapas for dinner which was great fun and s super self service fresh breakfast buffet. You could cook your own eggs and bacon. The sauna was super welcoming after the chilly ride. We stayed in the family room which was spacious and the beds very comfy. Can highly recommend this place.

Very nice relaxing stay with a clean confortable room and good food. The dog enjoyed it too.

Lovely spacious room. Clean comfortable, nice shower / bathroom. We were with a dog…no problem ground floor with a little balcony. The bed was excellent. Drinks were free at locations in the hotel…coffee / hot chocolate machine…great. Breakfast was very good. Freshly squeezed orange juice…as much as you like was my pick! Eat as much as you like is not really a concept i like as i think its a bit old fashioned butin in the restaurant in the evening “tapas” menu and breakfast it worked really well for us!!

Finding every at breakfast was a little difficult for me. They leave you alone, flexible in their approach. You come and go as you please! Nothing was wrong with this hotel.

Nice, simple hotel with Mexican flair.

Pet-friendly accommodation with a great Mexican restaurant attached. Great cocktails and fresh cooking, also good for vegetarians. Our room was generously sized, the bed very comfortable, and staff were helpful.

Our room was rather dark and the bathroom poorly ventilated. The terrace was a tiny space outside, separated from others by wooden screens.

Fantastic sunny place on Ameland

We stayed with my mom and my dog at Hotel Dolores. I loved everything about it - it’s located at a quite village Hollum on Ameland. We arrived with the first ferry - so very early, and the room was already waiting for us. We slept under the sky full of stars seen through the roof windows, enjoyed the solarium in the shower - how fantastic it is!, walked everywhere, had a great breakfast. The hospitality of staff is amazing. I’d love to return. I loved it.

Nothing to improve. One thing to remember for elderly quests / people who have problems with legs - do ask for the rooms at the ground floor, you’ll avoid many stairs

Overall I had a very good experience. Comfortable room, great breakfast, nice extras such as a sun shower and a sauna. The staff are very nice and really looking to help. The owners are absolutely wonderful people! For me this was the most important part, they made me feel so welcome and so comfortable. They are very lovely and friendly. I noticed that hotel restaurant Dolores have regular customers, which means that other people share my good experience. Definitely recommend to stay there when visiting Ameland. The hotel is in the centre of Hollum. There is a bike rental just around the corner, and beautiful areas to visit along the Ameland route.

We enjoyed our stay very nice rooms with all facilities

Breakfast was good, we prefer a kingsize bed but this was allright. Personeel was very friendly and helpfull

More choise for vegetarians for breakfast and diner would be appreciatie.

Good choice for a holiday stay

Spacious and comfortable room, with access to a nice terrace. Great breakfast as well, delivered every morning to the room in a cool basket. Just around the corner, there is also a bike rental place that comes very handy if you want to explore the island. Overall, a solid choice for a holiday stay!

Nitpicking: the restaurant has a rather limited offer, but could prove helpful sometimes (as for the time being, the terraces schedule was limited to 12-6pm).
