We got upgraded to a room with sea view, spacious and with a big balcony. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, although I would prefer more local products.
Our only complaint is that they didn't provide us with a second room key.

The room was comfortable and in general the hotel was very clean
Too much money for a medium class hotel with nothing more to offer. The breakfast had many things but almost everything was of bad quality. The pool was terrible with no shade. The spa was always closed and actually chain locked. We booked a superior room for 3 but there were 2 pairs of slippers, 2 glasses and 2 bottles of complementary wine, no bath robes although stated in the web site. Supposedly the room had sea view but it was only partial. There was no room service catalogue, you had to call and ask what was offered and in which price. The TV had a terrible signal. The cocktails in the costa costa bar were terrible. We asked for a manicure and the lady at the reception said they don’t offer that service, she didn’t even know it was mentioned in the web site. The next day another receptionist finally agreed to send a manicurist at the room. Unfortunately the lady did a terrible job although it took hours. There was no security in the parking lot and in the hotel in general, anyone could enter .

Location, garden, beach bar - fantastic!
Most of the staff nice.
No proper mirror in the room.
Some housekeepers do not finish their work.
4.5
Proximity to the sea and to Kalamata
Access to hotel's private beach is restricted 9am-9pm, therefore early or late swimmers need to visit some other beach. Hotel's beach is too tiny to accommodate all people, having only 5-10 umbrellas on a first come first serve basis

The room was spacious, the beach nearby and we loved the breakfast.
We aren’t used to having so many cats in and around the restaurant.
They weren’t a problem - just surprising to see them.
4.5
the room and the swimming pool
the restaurant was not very good and other restaurants can only be reached by foot via a dangerous route.

Fabulous position very nice room great pool and lovely staff but unfortunately the worst food I've had in Greece ever !! Go out to eat.
Awful food. Food definitely felt like an afterthought and unfortunately a hotel has to be more than just great facilities and a good room. We want the whole package. No excuse for terrible food in Greece.

The staff were great. The resort is very well maintained. Rooms very clean.
The stone beach area with beach chairs and umbrellas has a unique charm.
The location of the resort is far away from any shops, services, restaurants, and walking areas. Having a car is highly recommended.

Fabulous, spacious and well appointed accommodation. Super breakfasts with a wide choice in large dining room. A special thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. Our stay was low season but the value was exceptional. Thoroughly recommended.
Guests will need to have own transport and all facilities (pool) not open until after Easter.

The resort is beautiful , located few minutes away by car of the Kalamata's main beach , in a quiet and safe place. The rooms are spacious , sparkling clean and the staff was great too. Parking place is sufficient, well organized.
The morning coffee could be a bit better (especially that we are talking about Greece). In the rest everything was great exceeding our expectations.
4.5
This hotel is not far away from Kalamata which could be a great advantage or disadvantage, depending on what one seeks. It has a private beach but the shore is full of small and bigger pebbles which makes it difficult to walk there barefooted or wade. We enjoyed a huge private parking next to the hotel and the view to the sea. The receptionist was comprehensive and changed the initial room facing the noisy side to the other one room which was much more silent.
This hotel is probably the worst of 4* hotels we have tried in Greece during our last visit in October 2022.
Some time ago, it was a new giant, ready to accommodate many groups of tourists, given the size, private pool and beach. Nevertheless, today It is very basic 4* hotel which needs some renovation. The key to the room is a heavy piece of metal. Room size is not spectacular and there is no hair conditioner in the bathroom. Toilet paper seemed to be of the cheapest kind. In addition to that, one could not serve himself during the breakfast 'because of the coronavirus' which is just ridiculous. In addition to that, breakfast servants didn't speak good English and could hardly explain ingredients if some meals were Greek, they would keep on putting them to your dish!

Rooms were small. Air condition was too noisy.

normal big hotel, decent breakfast but nothing special...well there were better hotels on the trip...at this class
beach is acrossed the main road, quite small and most of the stuff were out of season...

The location is great, not far from a big town but in a very calm area. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, with a nice view on the sea and on the mountains. The personnel was kind and friendly
The bed was very uncomfortable due to a hard mattress, the soundproofing is also not at the top unfortunately
