the place was very nice
when I booked, it didn’t say anywhere that I needed to pay in cash. she said that they have problems with their card machine. as an international student, taking out euros is very expensive for me, if I had known in advance then I could have done this on my own but instead I had to pay an extra 150€ in fees in order to pay for the apartment in cash. this made my stay way too expensive and not worth the price at all. additionally, I emailed in the morning to say that I would arrive at 15:00, when I got there I had to wait another hour because she didn’t see my email.

The view was great, very handy for what we wanted, to meet with friends and to take our dog (even though we were charged an extra 20€ for the dog).
It was very basic, it needs a few repairs things not finished, no plug or bowls for the sink, shower holder falling off, no wi-fi ( we asked about it and was told she had sent a link for the pass code or it was in reception, I didn’t receive it, looked all over reception no luck there, for two nights we managed with mobile data, TV with only Spanish channels and some of them we couldn’t access, it just needs a bit of love and attention, hardly any cutlery in the draw, no sharp knife etc.

If you want to go to the beach, the location is great. Very close to airport as well, but no issue with noise.
This is not a hotel with apartments, it is really a building with apartments, so nobody at the reception but the person in charge can be easily reached. In 2022, there is still no WIFI offered (at least in apartment 4) which is really a surprise and a big deception. We had to go to the reception area to be able to connect. Apartment is relatively small. Very limited number of plates, glasses, cups available in kitchen. Very expensive for the value you get.

The apartment is close to the beach and the airport. The kitchen is small but functional. The terrace gives you a partial beach view. The two twin beds can be put together. If you don't mind having no wifi, no elevator (to the top floor), and no lock on the terrace door, it might be a fine place to stay.
The apartment is located in an intersection with a lot of traffic. We could hear the traffic when we slept during the night. We have several concerns. No wifi in the room was highly inconvenient. It was listed as having wifi in the public area. But the first day, we had no wifi, even in the public space. We started to have wifi the 2nd day, but the wifi was not strong even in the public area. There was some plumbing problem. Although the hostess tried fixing it, it was not great after that. Our biggest concern was security issues. We were not able to lock the terrace door. We contacted the hostess about it, but she said no one could climb that high. Being a city person, I know someone could easily climb up there and get to our room. We contacted booking.com customer service, but the communication was not great, and we did not get much help. The hostess said she could bring us a stick (to stop the door from opening from outside) but never did. We stayed there for a week, and it would be nice to have toilet paper and paper towels for the week. They gave us only 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper and five pieces of paper towels. The kitchen was not very clean when we arrived. One of the lights did not work. The living area was quite dark.

Friendly owner that offered me anything to accommodate us

Clean, comfortable, small studio on the ground floor with a balcony large enough for two people enjoying breakfast or drinks in the evening. Only a few meters from bus stops driving you along the coast, to the airport, or to the centre of Palma, and even closer from the beautiful Palma Beach, bordered with restaurants and bars...
As a bonus, host is kind, helpful and she also speaks French (among other languages).
Would be nice if it were possible to plant or attach a parasol on the balcony, as it can get extremely hot very quickly when sitting there.

Great location right next to Palma beach with the
buzzing Arenal and Can Pastilla both in walking distance
very spacious with good basic facilities!
Free parking in the area- you just have to drive around a bit.
Bus lines running past too and supermarkets within walking distance .
The staff were very lovely, you just have to call on WhatsApp
to meet them or if you need anything as there is no one at the desk.
It was a shame we didn’t get any fresh towels & bath mats .
There was no shower soaps either so I had to buy my own.

Francisca is very nice lady and everything was smooth with check-in and we definitely appreciate early check-in (11:00). Apartment is very close to the main beach - 2mins walk. Also there is nice grocery store, big playground and bus stop near the apartment.
The room was old, not perfectly clean and Wi-Fi was not working. The price was high compare to what you get. Surrounding area is very noisy during the night. Also 10€ for baby´s cot per night is really high. Kid´s bed was bit older.

Lovely owner very helpful
Bus stop for palma and airport 2 mins walk
No balcony but didn't matter too much as had huge windows and nice view. It was so hot that being inside with aircon was great

Air conditioning was good. View was good. Not far from the beach.
Francisca was kind and quick to respond. She left us in the room longer and for free - check out.
We arrived when the ground floor was being reconstructed, so the workers woke us up in the morning. Once the construction is complete, you can look forward to the bar in the building. But we were not so lucky :(. The beds were on wheels, that surprised us a lot.
