Ausbaufähig

Sehr moderne Ausstattung, dezente Musik tagsüber am Pool, super Frühstück, fehlt an nichts. Abendessen ist auch in Ordnung. Generell für die Lage sehr ruhig nachts. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle. Zimmerwechsel vom Einzelzimmer auf ein Doppelzimmer war möglich.

Das Einzelzimmer ist wirklich mini. Das Licht im Zimmer sollte heller sein, war echt zu wenig beleuchtet. Es fehlt an Ablagen oder Haken. Das Personal an der Rezeption war recht unfreundlich, zudem sagt der eine das und der andere wieder was anderes. Sehr verwirrend. Personal beim Frühstück etwas unmotiviert.

Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, das Frühstück köstlich und die Atmosphäre am Pool einfach cool!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich fantastisch! Das Zimmer war perfekt und die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Der Kleiderschrank war geräumig und praktisch angeordnet, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück war darüber hinaus ausgezeichnet - sehr lecker und vielfältig. Es gab eine große Auswahl frischer Speisen, die unseren Gaumen verwöhnt haben. Insgesamt bewerten wir unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel als SEHR GUT und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Zusätzlich möchten wir der jungen Dame an der Rezeption danken, die uns sehr geholfen hat, als ich mein Handy in der Umgebung verloren hatte. Ihre Hilfe und Freundlichkeit waren wirklich bemerkenswert in meiner misslichen Lage so konnte das Handy auch wieder gefunden werden!

Einzig die Lautstärke am Pool hat mich persönlich gestört, da ich mich nicht ausreichend auf mein Buch konzentrieren konnte. Aber hey, das Hotel heißt "Cook's Club" - CLUB, also war es in Ordnung! Insgesamt bewerten wir unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel als hervorragend und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen."

Hôtel sympathique et bon rapport qualité prix

Bel hôtel grand et bien décoré belle piscine Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée Personnel très sympathique

La chambre était correcte mais le ménage pourrait être fait plus méticuleusement (traces dans la salle de bain, cheveux..) et l’endroit semble assez bruyant mais vous avez à disposition des boules quies dans la chambre

un buen hotel con un gran desayuno.

la habitación limpia y agradable, y el desayuno impresionante por la variedad y calidad, el trato en recepción excelente y el servicio técnico rápido y muy atento (amable).

la televisión no está ajustada al cambio que ha habido con el TDT, con lo cual no funcionaba y la puerta al balcón estaba descolgada y no cerraba bien, consiguientemente se oía todo el ruido de la calle...

Clean, modern and central with great music and sunbeds

A very remarkable beach hotel not far from the sea. Well decorated, had a modern classic theme, extremely active and good music at the pool side. There are also multiple sunbeds and the service was great! We got a great room on floor 6 with a nice view into the pool. We will definitely come again!

Breakfast was nice. Pool was great. Close to the beach. Not a far walk to a few nice restaurants.

City view rooms don’t offer a nice view, go poolside. Building is a little old, nothing fancy. Neighbourhood was predominantly German - German food and bars playing German music. We had to wander a little bit to find English music, souvenirs, etc. We stayed here for a mini honeymoon right after getting married and told the hotel in advance. Disappointed they didn’t do anything to recognise it as most hotels would have. Definitely more of a party hotel than a getaway for a couple.

Avoid at all costs if you're English

I had a balcony

No one spoke english this is an entirely german hotel which they fail to mention here.... i was the only english person. Housekeeping staff just let themselves in continuously whilst im in bed, ALONE. And then proceed to just stare at you in bed. I was too scared to go for breakfast as it was so hostile, so I missed it both mornings and went out somewhere instead. You can't buy any drinks or food in the hotel without buying 'tokens' hence i didnt buy anything. Complete lack to dignity, privacy and care. I do not recommend it.

The room was small and unclean. The pool music was bad and you could hear it in the room. Walls so thin that you can hear the rooms next door talking.

Awesome place with lovely breakfast and a good pool

The place if beautiful decorated and has a very calm atmosphere (despite the music, which isn’t calm, but I liked that!)

Comfortable but quite noisy.

The aesthetic of the hotel is pretty cool and very modern and “instagramble”. Also quite environmentally aware by providing only the what is needed cutting down on waste.

A great hotel, in a great location

The hotel is modern, stylish and beautiful. the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. the room was very comfortable and clean. you have a small fridge which is great! some people complained about the noise during the night, but I honestly don’t understand what they were talking about. The pool area was amazing as well. nice music throughout the day that gives the place a great vibe and atmosphere. Breakfast was great as well. so much variety of good, fresh food. And of course the location. not far from the amazing beach, and you have many restaurants and bars in short walking distance. It’s a great location since you don’t get all the noise from the bar/parties area. but it’s all close by. I will most certainly recommend this place, and probably will be back there again next time I visit the island.

Poor

Rooms were incredibly dark and difficult to see. Could barely see in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was unfinished concrete and rough on feet. Bed was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever slept on! Felt like a dorm room mattress. Hallways are loud and I was constantly woken up by sound. Horrible experience.

Nice enough hotel but don't stay unless you want to go to a German party town!

Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nicely renovated hotel. Big pool and comfy sunbeds. Easy and cheap access to Palma and the airport.

The area. It's a party town specifcally geared towards German stag and hen dos and sports tours. Do not stay here if you're not aware of that, or if you fancy a calm place to stay while visiting Palma. If it's your scene, no judgement - just know what you're letting yourself in for! The hotel is fine and nicely done out but still has a party vibe with really loud music poolside all day, so not relaxing.

Great new concept hotel - worth checking out!!

I loved the new concept this hotel offers great entertainment. There was a great beach resembling area where they staged a party with live DJ. People danced barefoot and it was great. Forgot to mention the swimming pool area is awesome with comfortable sunbeds, a bar and a live DJ.
