Nothing it was , the worst experience I have ever had
THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! I was treated unfairly in the worst way possible. I paid for a whole week. Decided not to stay in the first night since my baby had a fever and the air condition was barly working and smelled like a dead animal. I came the next day to ask for my key, and reception didn't give it to me!
They probably made a double booking and gave the room to someone else!
I decided not to go to the police and not ruin my vacation... but I should have.
Don't go there, it is the worst place I have ever seen.

The location was superb, being just above Corallia Beach and near to restaurants and pleasant walks. The swimming pool was a decent size and the gardens were nice and private for sunbathing. The staff were helpful and accommodating.
The general decor of the hotel was very outdated and in dire need of refurbishment and modernization. There was also no WiFi in the rooms and only in the reception area, which wasn't ideal and one one expect WiFi in the rooms given it's 2024.
3.1
Fantastic location, great views, plenty of free sun loungers around the main pool area, regular housekeeping.
No flexibility to amend your booking, no Wi-Fi or working air con in my room (223), outdated furniture and appliances (the refrigerator was defective), intrusive noise from the room above mine throughout my stay and also from the beach car park.

Everything was fine. The apt is big, nice seaview and silent region. And this apt is on my favourite beach. :)
No wifi. Bad point.
And no microwave, but I didn't need it, so it was okay for me.

We stayed only one night and the apartment was OK. The staff is friendly. Good location for one fax trips.

Wonderful Stay!!!!!
Only one night accommodation but worth it.
Delicious breakfast and cost only €5.00 per person, plenty of choice and homemade cakes, marmalades.
The views are amazing, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious but mostly are very clean.
The beach is the best beach. Fully organized.
Fantastic from the moment of my arrival to the departure.
Very kind staff and friendly welcome.
Excellent facilities
Right on the best beach.
Restaurants and bars.
Mini market on the site open for you whenever you need it.
Room and public areas very very clean, too much impressed
but surprised from the other comments.
On my departure today I met some other guests who are
repeaters for many years and this confirmed my feeling of returning back.
This time I was in Cyprus for business trip but next year I will go back with my family.

Location was good, right on the beach. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Value for money.
Grounds could do with an update.

It had a good pool area with a great view of the sea. The pool bar seemed good however we never ate inside. Staff were friendly and offered us an alternative hotel when we had an issue.
The property itself is very outdated. It didn’t have plug sockets in the bedrooms and the air con didn’t work properly which made a huge impact during our stay. The breakfast seemed nice however opened latest at 9:30am so we never actually got round to eating. Being on the ground floor we did wake up to ants in our room every morning and one morning they were in our bed. Now we just swept them away thinking it was just because we were on the bottom floor, however, we stayed in another hotel for one night for a wedding on the ground floor and didn’t have this issue. Also the mini supermarket wasn’t fully stocked up and was poorly organised.

The location was perfect
Our room needed up dating, the furniture and soft furnishings were old and dated.
The hairdryer in our room was dangerous when we picked it up to use it it stuck to our hands ! when we tried to complain we were told don’t worry about it you’re only here for one night.
3.1
Awful, worst place I have ever stayed in.
The room was falling apart - literally!
Aircon gushed water and saw cockroaches. We couldn’t even shower the bathroom was so bad.

it’s location and the pool facilities, good value for money
the mugs were very small, and it would have been useful to have a kitchen cloth to clean and wipe sides

I chose the hotel for its price and closeness to the beach, and my family was very happy with it. The rooms were clean and spacious, had fully functional kitchenettes and spacious balconies. The pool was the highlight of our stay, along with the views. I ended up asking for a different room since my dad has difficulty walking and needed a room closer to the elevator; the hotel was able to accomodate us, even though we ended up paying for the upgrade. The upgraded room had superior views of the sea, and was well worth the extra payment. We did not use the beach but it was very close and very nice. I'd definitely come back.
There was no wifi in the room and i wish we had more large towels. The layout of the corridors was a bit strange but not impossible.

Very clean
Didnt have a kettle in the room

The shower had good pressure. The pool was nice and the staff at the pool restaurant were lovely
Shabby room, kettle, stove/oven and aircon didn't work. One bedroom and two single beds in lounge. One bed in lounge you had to sleep either downhill or uphill of the hard bar down the middle of the bed.
3.1
The pool area was lovely, the apartment were good
only 2 plug sockets in the lounge, tv didn’t work, cooker didn’t work
sofa was uncomfortable, and very old
3.1
Great location and plenty of free parking. A supermarket is close by which is handy. Great staff and lovely sea views with a great beach.
No electric kettle or sockets by the bed.
3.1
Beach location
Tv channels very few in English no cable channels
Sofa’s to low especially for me as partially disabled
Kitchen utensils, no frying pan, no washing up pad

Location was excellent and the outdoor pool good! Staff, many from Romania, were very hardworking, efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good value for money, and on the occassions that we had the evening buffet, again it was plentiful, and good value. The bar and pool bar were also good spaces to relax in. Plenty of sun loungers, with views over the sea. Reception staff were polite, and friendly.
The double room was extremely outdated and didn't seem to have been decorated or updated at all, for many years. It was meant to have cooking facilities, but these were very basic. No microwave at all. The most disappointing of all, however, was the absence of any outdoor space to relax on, either balcony or terrace. Wifi was very intermittent, with best connections in Reception.

Room very dated, no wifi in room also no electric sockets in bedroom
3.1
Good location, convenient for coral bay
No wifi in the room, at night room was cold blanket was no help
3.1
The size of the room. The view. The location. Good size & clean pool.
Very outdated. Public areas smelt musty. Advertising breakfast on booking.com for £4 and the restaurant was closed as was the cafe nextdoor. No quilt for the bed & blanket very thin & stained.

There are many things what some guests have been complaining about. However, when you look at the prices and see the location, it is obvious that it is no ***** hotel. Nevertheless, when you are into a little nostalgic adventure, care more about books (they have a small library) and not so much about the WIFI (no internet in rooms), this place is perfect. Especially when you are someone who makes your choices not so much based on a hotel room but rather location and views. Also, the bus 615 from Paphos has its´ last stop literally in front of this hotel :) Anyhow, I am glad and grateful that I managed to stay there in the end of Nov, before they closed for few off season months.
3.1
The staff was very nice, the view great, and village close with lots of restaurants and things to do.
Unfortunately if you are looking for a getaway that has a lot of on site activities, or coordinated activities, this isn't it. They haven't updated their facilties/ amenities profile for what must be a very long time. Unavailable as of 14 Nov; Tennis, Spa, Restaurant, Child care couldn't be arranged two-three days in advance, Bar, Airport pick up/Airport shuttle - This is a taxi coordination not a shuttle. All the listed amenities are just other businesses in the local area that this hotel has listed on their site to look better. When approaching the staff about these they gave me a blank look as to say they have no idea about that stuff. Furniture is a bit antiquated, but not terrible. They shut the water off unannounced / posted our second night there. Bathroom fixtures could use replacing.
