It was OK but certainly not a 5 star hotel in our view. Needs serious attention to improve the food.

We liked the pool and garden area. We liked the beach. We liked the fitness centre and the staff

The food was poor - in particular the evening meal. Poor quality, poor choice and like in a school canteen. this was our biggest point that we did not like. The spa area was uninspiring, outdated and old. Towels getting old. Room ok but very standard, a question mark about the cleanliness of the bathroom between the tiles. The interior needs a refresh

Brilliant for a calm, beautiful stay ❤️

It was our second stay at this hotel and we would come back again next year. 😍 We are in love with the beach, the shallow and warm water in the sea and in the pool, comfy rooms, stunning view from the balcony, friendly staf, tasty food, a perfect organizing of every aspect and it is located in a quiet area. A really calming stay❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very lovely ambience, very relaxing stay. Not enough staff and the food could be improved.

The ambience and decor was lovely and modern. The pool area was clean. The photos do make the pool area look bigger than it is.

The staff were not very attentive. There were not enough staff on duty to serve at peak times in the restaurants or around the patio in the evening for drinks.

Great hotel with lovely facilities

Pool area was lovely, with plentiful loungers, tables and umbrellas, so no unseemly rush to get seats in the morning.

Great Hotel and Outstanding Staff

This was my 1st visit to Cyprus. Something happened that could have ruined my holidays and they went beyond to make my stay very pleasant. Felt really very welcomed in Cyprus by all the wonderful staff. Special Thanks to the outstanding Natalie, Kyriakos and Ann. They really care about their customers. The facilities are lovely with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa, beach, restaurants with delicious food. Very child friendly. All the staff is very attentive. Will definitely come back and bring family and friends with me next time.Strongly recommended! One of my best holidays!

Exceptional

One of the best hotels I had to stay in ever. We spent 4 nights at this hotel and felt really comfortable. The room was plenty big enough for us, very clean and elegant. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast dinner and lunch were all delicious:) The pool is very clean , bar with a lot of tasty cocktails Buses 424 and 425 were available in front of the hotel, 20 min to larnaca city center

Great - just to be a bit mindful that people do fall asleep throughout the day too!

Everything was great! And for a change it was nice to see they actually had fresh juices on the breakfast menu! Plus they gave us a complimentary champagne and fruit because we just got married!

In the morning after breakfast we usually take additional naps. I believe that the cleaners have failed to understand that people don’t go immediately out of the hotel or at the beach or the swimming pool when the finish their breakfasts. So there was a lot of noice coming from the hall way from the all cleaning. I understand people need to clean up but they should do it more carefully. It sounded as if they didn’t think that people are trying to fall asleep in the room. That woke us up a few times. Other than this all perfect.

Great place truly recommend except for the pool transats management

We like many things such as the food, the jacuzzi in the room balcony, the staff and pool/Beach access. Room are spacious.

We were not happy about the pool/beach bedding reservation where people that were staying for 3 weeks could keep all the best along the pool.. transat close to the pool for all the stay even if they were not going. You end up looking for transats while they are all reserved and empty... Not great. I invite all people that felt the same way to comment on management. It's not fair for the new arrival.. should be limited in time because some people with two young kids should be able to be close to the pool. Anyway that was not much since we had reserved a jacuzzi in the room that we used very much.

Brilliant family holiday, none of us all enjoyed the hotel, the location and the facilities.

Fab location - pool area very clean and great beach bar. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Range of facilities available.

Hotel ist good but it is situated in the "nowhere land", no infrastructure, no life, only a street.

The Lady who has done the performance on the stage in the evening on 12.06.2023 was great! Wonderful piano/organ player and an extraordinary voice! Maybe Mrs. Elena Manoury? Thank you lady for playing "always rememberus this way" as last song. With your voice you should be in the charts! And also the cleaning ladies are great! Thank you for being wonderful persons!

The temperatures in lobby and deining rooms are too cold! Outside wind and low temperature and inside you cool down the rooms too much. I do not travel into a warm country to freeze in the hotel. Das Essen könnte eine größere Auswahl vertragen, generell aber gut!

Pleasant

We received an upgrade to a mini-suite, that included a whirlpool on the balcony.

The room furniture and the facilities are very old. Therefore it comes across as dirty. The service is not a 5star service ( no baggage support at check-in or check-out, no tern down in the evening)

Brilliant hotel - location, staff and service.

Brilliant location on the beachside. Breakfast good. Great hotel for families. Amazing and exceptional customer service all-round, particularly from Irina who went over and beyond, to make sure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for making our holiday special.

Nice hotel but not 5 stars

Nice, comfortable room. Mezze restaurant was really good - lovely setting and great food. Outside bar area and entertainment enjoyable The pool area was lovely

This isn’t a 5 star hotel and it felt a bit dated. Lights in the gym kept turning off, ant problem in bedrooms, spa area smelt like drains. A few fairly small to medium things that just take the edge off it being 5 stars - sister hotel Lordos Beach is nicer in my opinion

Pleasant

The location and the rooms of the hotel. The rooms has an amazing view of the sea and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Every balcony had furniture which was really nice to enjoy the view of the sea. The hotel itself is pretty .

The cleanliness is bellow the standard and needs massive improvement. For eg. The mirrors in rooms were smudgy and minibar is dirty inside. Bathroom Glasses and wine glasses had watermarks and for sure was not washed properly.Spa floors when had a treatment were filthly and covered in candle wax spots. Very outdated tv,hairdryer, towels very rough inc. Bathrobes. Pillows and duvets as well. Food was mostly tastles and enjoyed only breakfast and the rest of meals choose to dine out in local restaurants.
