A royal castle full of flowering trees and cute cats, with a noisy music bar in the neighbourhood

The garden is truly magical. I felt like a princess when I was led to the room for the first time. Cats in the garden - very cute. The beds are comfortable and clean, without any bad smells. The A/C is very efficient and silent. The owner is an elegant lady with English education and manners. The rooms are in such a position that the guests rarely bother each other by noise. The coast is just one street away from the hotel - but you need to walk around the hotel resort. Two supermarkets in a short walking distance, affordable restaurants as well.

Trees surrounding the walls of the hotel bring insects (always, not just here). We were struggling with spiders and ants daily. (No, when kids start screaming SPIDEEEER!, it is not a time to go to ask for help - one just has to hike the ceiling and kill it.) The ants were quite numerous (tens daily killed) and they liked our luggage and clothes, so my daughter caught several ones crawling over me even in the aircraft on our way back home. I was not happy with the solution of the toliet paper bins. After the change (made by the cleaning staff) the bathroom smelled badly for hours. (Why? Wrong procedure, placing the bin over the toilet before removing it?) I had to clean the surfaces with wet tissues to improve it. Last but not least: we are special-needs guests, as my daughter suffers from epilepsy, which is triggered by bad sleep or by waking up during the night, especially during the evening. That was why we chose this hotel - the reviews describe it as really quiet. During the first night, it was perfect. Quiet, the garden smelled with flowers into the open window of our room. But during the second evening, a hell opened up. Very loud (and still louder) music from the neighbourhood that did not stop until almost midnight - the worst conditions for me and my children. I went to the reception to ask for help or complain but I was told that it was still before midnight, and so - OK - why do I complain? This made me really mad. One child was at serious health risk (barely sleeping with hearing protectors) and the other one, who had no protectors, was desperate of tiredness, fell asleep at 1 AM - sorry, this is not a hotel for children. The final disappointment came on the other day when the owner texted me and tried to rectify the situation, telling it was a "house party" and a singular situation, while GOOGLE MAPS SAY THAT THE SOURCE IS A MUSIC CLUB (Skylight Music Bar), no private house! I felt and still feel tricked. We checked out early.

Een prettig appartement, gunstig gelegen en zeer aardig personeel.

Het is een ruim appartement met alle benodide faciliteiten, de ligging is rustig en gunstig en omgeven door goede restaurants en supermarkten, de bushalte naar Larnaca is aan de overkant. Het appartement beschikt over een zeer ruim terras waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten.

Het appartment is aan een renovatie toe, het maakt een wat verwaarloosde indruk qua onderhoud.

Great stay, large room with everything we needed and very friendly staff!

Room was large and very clean, with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was great, very clean and the kids loved it.

I think a safe in the room could have been nice.

One big disappointment

Good location. Good just for sleeping, otherwise a big disappointment.

Room #43 is very used. Equipment is modest and too old. The kitchen cabinets horrible smell musty. The refrigerator is rusty and the paint is peeling, but it works. It is very uncomfortable to put food inside. The bathtub is very old and used. The wardrobe door is dirty near the handles. In the morning there was a cockroach on the ground. We were very disappointed.

Lovely place to stay, great location and an apartment with everything you may need for good price.

Great apartment with all necessities and utensils, I loved the kitchen with fridge, microwave and a stove - super convenient! The room was clean and comfy as well. The location was great as well, super close to the beach, a few stores just next door, bus stop near bye. The staff was very friendly and helpful - I totally forgot to take a travel adapter with me, and they gave one to me even without me mentioning it.

I would like to have a small night lamp next to the bed and a power socket there as well, but that's a small detail, really. i have no major complaints about this place

Lovely stay

Spotless, well equipped apartment, good facilities, friendly atmosphere, staff was very polite and instantly made us feel welcome. We were also given an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. WiFi was good, swimming pool and surrounding areas were clean and well kept. We'll definitely be going back.

Tsialis Hotel one of the most pleasant and warmest receptions ever in Cyprus

We booked this as the villa we were staying in would not allow us a later check out time. We only stayed for the day and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff and owners were exceptional with their hospitality even to the point of messaging me to make sure our flights were OK at the airport just in case we needed to go back. The place was a fantastic safe and welcoming stop gap for my family and myself to ensure we weren't left out in the heat with no where to relax and keep cool. The rooms and area was clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that finds that their Villa or Hotel won't accommodate a late check out, go here it's in a perfect position for the larnaca airport , less than 20 mins drive . Thank you to everyone at Tsialis Hotel , we will see you again I'm sure .

It was a shame that food wasn't served after 2pm however they explained there were many restaurants nearby , we went to the pylion restaurant around the corner.

Paradise within a Paradise

A home away from home, just what the doctor ordered after such a weird couple of years. The location was perfect - with a variety of different public and private beaches, authentic restaurants and bar's to choose from, just a short walks distance. Phillip (The Man!) was always on hand to help with taxi's if needed (He was on hand to make you a drink whenever you wandered past him too!) But to be honest, the scenery is so stunning in every direction I'd recommend walking! The balcony was humungous - the perfect space for family dinner or some late night drinks or even a little yoga stretch. The external (and internal!) decor stunning - keep an eye out for the hanging art pieces in the common area. It took me a while to notice, but they're all different perspectives of the hotel, giving the place a sense of awe. My first time but certainly not my last. Sophie (at the desk) tells me they have regulars coming back all the time, and I can see why. For this price, it was a paradise within a paradise. She tells me she's been there over 30 years and wouldn't have it any other way. As for me, I'll be going back to see the Lemons ripen on the Lemon tree's as soon as I can. To Phillip & Sophie; Thank you for your warmth, hospitality and energy. It was a pleasure, and see you soon!

Nice and quiet hotel

Nice and professional staff, always helpful. Very quiet place and nice garden at the back. The appartment was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a one bed room appartment instead of a studio. Good English breakfast.

it was great for a short stay and good value for money

very good value for what we paid. very helpful staff rooms had everything you need even fairy liquid sponges etc air condition works really well rooms are really nice

If you have mobility problems ask for a ground floor room as there are no lifts. 9am breakfast is a bit late when you have children Shower head was a bit weak.

Clean, comfortable, not bad location, lovely staff and good value for money.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The staff, from Sophie at reception to the cleaners were friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good, being a short walk across the road past the bigger hotels to the beach. Lovely gardens at the back of the apartment blocks - pity the balconies didn't face on to them! Lovely, decent sized, well-kept pool next to the restaurant (only for breakfast and lunch) and bar (complete with pool table). Plenty of nice tavernas/restaurants in the area, including a very nice Indian takeaway/delivery.

Only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but that's a common thing! Not many budget places seem to have a pressure system.
