Great stay!

great location, nice rooms and comfortable beds. the facilities were great and the host was very responsive.

The wifi could have been a bit stronger in our room, but overall it didn’t change the experience very much

MOLTO DA MIGLIORARE RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO

la posizione :a 10 minuti a piedi dal Ponte Vecchio con un parcheggio gratuito a 900 mt e a pochi metri lungo le mura della citta' gratis la domenica e la notte

TANTO:...........visto che per una notte dal 02 al 03 marzo 2024 ho pagato 162,00 euro senza colazione Check-in da fare ON-LINE senza nessuna recption in loco la targhetta dell ingresso in una posizione poco visibile se ci parcheggia un mezzo alto davanti ,ho fatto 2 giri dell'isolato .e' quasi impossibile anche solo fermare la macchina x il tempo di scaricare le valige dato l'elevato traffico del viale ..... l'ingresso ha 8 scalini decisamente scomodi con valigie pesanti e persone non autosufficienti .. la finestra della stanza era accostata con infissi d'epoca quindi poco GREEN e la stanza era appena riscaldata (si e chiuso con molta difficolta') la luce dav. la porta del bagno e sul soffitto (cornicione) della camera non funzionavano ...ci siamo accorti a tarda sera ... la mattina della domenica 03 marzo 2024 il termo del bagno non andava x cui doccia con locale non caldo ... all interno della doccia nessun supporto x shampoo etc etc e solo soffione fisso al muro letti singoli accoppiati non un letto matrimoniale non all'altezza di un LUXURY B&B.... non sono sicuro se ho tralasciato qualche altro (difetto)

Camera e bagno grande, terrazzo esterno, a 10 minuti a piedi da ponte vecchio, parcheggio di fronte e lungo la strada gratuito dalle 20:00 alle 8:00 e nei festivi. Frigobar, bollitore in camera con tutto gli accessori per tisane, saline con macchina automatica per il caffè

Proprietà situata in un posto molto strategico a pochi passi dalla fermata dei mezzi, arredamento esterno molto gradevole all’occhio

Rapporto qualità prezzo lievemente fuori range data l’offerta ma per una notte fattibile

Nel complesso carina, accogliente l’area comune e l’ingresso col portone che si apre automaticamente. Ambiente caldo. 20 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Area comune bella ma di fatto non utilizzata poiché non ci sono servizi. Il deposito bagagli non c’è ma si possono lasciare nel salotto comune. Noi per sicurezza li abbiamo lasciati in cucina visto che nessuno può sorvegliarli. Camere da curare, pareti rovinate, mobile del bagno rovinato. Il condizionatore fa rumore e tutta la notte (anche da spento) si sentiva un rumore fastidioso. In bagno non vi è neanche un mobile per poggiare le proprie cose, abbiamo dovuto mettere una sedia dalla camera. La camera è troppo spoglia nonostante sia grande e possa ospitare maggiore mobilio, per sedersi e per poggiare le valigie che abbiamo dovuto lasciar per terra. Non essendoci reception vi è solo contatto whatsapp che la mattina del check out non ci ha neanche risposto se non per ricordarci ( per l’ennesima volta) 5,50€ a testa di tassa soggiorno.

The hotel is based in an charming old building but needs work to make a stay pleasant.

The location was OK, but still a reasonable walk, and the room size good.

It was extremely cold because of the bedroom window did not close properly. The air conditioning did not compensate for the cold felt through the window.

La habitación estaba muy bien, pero tienen que mejorar la cama que se separa!

La habitación era muy espaciosa con una terracita a la que se podía salir. El personal muy amable y la ubicación muy buena.

La cama aunque era cómoda eran dos camas de 90 juntas que en cuanto te girabas un poco o te acercabas a tu pareja se separaban y eso es muy incómodo como sugerencia podían poner un canapé de 180 y fijar los colchones por lo menos. Las almohadas parecían cojines en vez de almohadas un poco incómodo para dormir.

Boboli Gem

The room was spacious, we were able to check in early, and the location was excellent! There's a great little tabbacchi across the street that serves up wine and beers too! Very clean.

Honestly, there's little I didn't like. My biggest hang up was that I stayed somewhere else first before discovering this gem. It's practically across the street from the Boboli Gardens.

Good location a short walk from the Giardino di Boboli. Communication before and during the stay was good.

Room sparsely decorated with the bare minimum. Calls itself a B&B but there is no breakfast. Bathroom in dire need of a refit. Not worth £200 a night...

Sehr Zentrale Lage

Lage sehr zentral,Zimmer sehr groß. Personal beim Empfang sehr freundlich , als wir unser Auto beim Hotel abstellten ,haben wir sehr viele Tipps bekommen ( wo man gut essen kann,etc). Auto kann man beim Hotel Villa Betania kostenlos abstellen ( 5 Min.entfernt).

Auf die Sauberkeit kann man besser achten, Boden im Zimmer war nicht sauber. Badezimmer war auch nicht sehr sauber, Duschkopf und Wasserhahn alt und verkalkt,Silikon zum Teil verschimmelt ( gehört erneuert).

Amazing place in Florence

Antique old nice furniture looks rich with drawings on ceiling i loved the old details of the building entrance and the beautiful tableaux on walls .. was very clean and housekeeper was doing her job perfectly.. the owner never showed up but was the best owner I knew she was answering me very fast .. very helpful and giving all information u may need in Florence plus she helped me in a situation and was really nice would definitely recommend this place.

great location, but google how to work the air conditioner-as it is on a timer!

the location was great and rooms were very clean. staff was very nice and responsive.

The air conditioner was not working the first night, so we called staff. they said that they could not fix it that night, but would in the morning. they told us it was fixed, but when we returned from touring, it was not working. after googling the thermostat, we found that it was on a timer and set for specific days. it was not set for our stay. we were able to get it set ourselves. after that, everything was great!
