The maitre de was helpful in the restaurant.
Some reception staff informed the chef l was to be eating vegan meal in the evening ( some didn’t)
Some reception staff were helpful (Emma and Christabelle)
Management tried to sort the internet, but they didn’t call back.
Guests were being given wine and meal vouchers when complaints were made.
There was construction work going on inside and outside of the hotel. The receptionist told us all travel agents had been informed, this wasn’t true. We changed rooms to get a better walk in shower for my husband. There was l toilet for guests that was obviously a store cupboard/ staff toilet behind the reception. There were more toilets in the adjacent restaurant, the cubicle was so small the door opened directly into a persons knee, we were unable to help my disabled husband in the toilet. There was masking tape over a lot of the dusty and dirty carpets. There were trip hazards around the corridors. We heard other guests complaining about the rooms and the noise. The receptionist told us it had been going on since last November and told us we should have known, we didn’t know. We were situated in the tower block room 5129 and 4135 . We have never been so pleased to leave a hotel for home. My husband needed to rest, but this couldn’t happen. The external construction started at 7.30am and the internal construction started at 8.30am, sometimes earlier.

Ottima posizione vicino alla fermata degli autobus che portano a La Valletta .A colazione ne
Beach club bene organizzato
A colazione non esisteva una zona per chi ha intolleranze
Per un hotel così grande 2 soli ascensori sono pochi si facevano lunghe attese
La Spa era accessibile solo dall esterno perché c erano in hotel dei lavori di ristrutturazione

The rooftop restaurant was amazing. The view from the balcony, distance to the marina and ferries to Valletta was perfect and gym was well equipped. Beach club was across the road, but staff were lovely there and nice food/cocktails.
The building itself is a little dated, so rooms were basic but clean. Air con in the room was perfect, but none in the corridors and the lift is exceptionally slow, so can get a little clammy while you wait for the lift.

Pool was a little small and could have done with some kids entertainment.

Location was ideal for the beach, centre and getting around.
The staff were excellent and always willing to help, always smiling.
Sun terrace nice but needs TLC.
The ice machine was a bonus.
The breakfast was over priced for the quality.
It wasn't clear what was a family room, ours was one medium sized room with no adjacent room as shown on the website.
The indoor pool closure into our stay, we were not made aware via any emails / staff / signage up on day of the closure. This excllent could not be used to the max.
Two lifts for the rooms is not enough.
Lack of menu's in the room to advertise the hotel restaurants was a.missed opportunity.

The Window was on inside in the hotel, no fresh air. Sound strange, never stayed in a room like that. Massive curtains but behind it was window to the corridor of the hotel.

Location
There was a rather embarrasing situation at a check-in moment. The reservation-booking-payment was made by a different person via booking.com as several times before and in a due course. Nevertheless this time the administration of the hotel requested for additional confirmation from the card owner that the latter would authorise payment, asking for photo ID to be sent to the hotel etc. Fortunately both the visitor and the payee arrived to the hotel together and resolved the issue. That happened on a late Saturday evening and initially only the tenant-to-be planned to arrive and check in. The other person was ment to be beyond reach. And the tenant would not be able to check in as intended. That's what the receptionist explained. There were no advance warnings or similar notice about such requirements though it should be. Moreover we requested the administration to provide explanation and guidance where would a customer learn about these tight regulations. A responce was promised but never materialized. Very dissapointing story.

Had great view from the roof terrace great restaurant with great food.
The staff were very helpful I will be returning to the Preluna Hotel 😎
The only thing I can say was there was building work going on next door but they kindly moved me to another room which did the trick 👍

Everything is perfect excluding the wi-fi connection
This level of Internet in 21-st century is a shame

Size and view were excellent. The breakfast was good.
The bar area is poor with no atmosphere.
The breakfast arrangement could be done better example no trays to carry the food, cups etc.

Really good selection of food on offer.
Restaurant decor was a little tired, with stained seating.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very comfortable (common rooms and our suite) Lots of choice for dinning and breakfast buffet was great. Pride of ownership shows - we could see the hotel was recently upgraded and kept in very good condition.
My only complaint was the underground parking. I found it creepy and Closter phobic. But given the parking availability in Malta we were lucky to get a spot. ;-)
