Tutto bene tranne l'aria condizionata.

Posizione strategica per muoversi sull'isola. Comfort assoluto. Professionalità. Pulizia. Servizi eccellenti. Lido super con piscina stratosferica.

Troppo bassa la temperatura dell'aria condizionata negli spazi comuni. È una negatività presente in tutta l'isola. Inammissibile in tempo di risparmio energetico e tutela dell'ambiente. Non verrò più a Malta.

Bellissima struttura nel cuore di Sliema

Hotel nel cuore di Sliema, a due passi dal molo da cui partono i taxi boat per LaValletta e le principali escursioni in barca per tutta l’Isola. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima Saint Julian. La struttura ha ottimi servizi e personale molto cortese ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Molto bella la piscina lungomare, con ottimo ristorante.

Un hotel pour passer une bonne semaine à Malte

très bel hotel , piscine à deux pas sur la mer avec un accès mer par les rochers . Belle chambre très comfortable et personnel très attentif

un peu de musique forte à la piscine extérieure . Pourquoi ne pas fixer des créneaux "dits tranquilles' . Tout le monde serait content . Mais c'est un très léger désagrément .

Thanks to the staff and the hotel’s services, our vacation was relaxing.

The staff was exceptional. The hotel was clean, with an infinity pool less than a 5-minute walk away. There's also a rooftop pool at the hotel, which is also top-notch, with excellent service. The breakfast was satisfactory.

It's unfortunate that there are no bottles of water regularly provided in the rooms, especially considering the price of the hotel.

Me lo esperaba mucho mejor.

Hotel muy caro para lo que era. Pedimos una habitación superior y bajé a decirles que se habían equivocado. La vista era a un patio lleno de aires acondicionados y la terraza no tenía ni mesa. Me dijeron que esa era incluso mejor que la habitanción superior y que no me cobraban otro extra. La habitación pequeña, pero no estaba mal. (Sin armarios, sin cajones, baño pequeño). El hotel no tenía ninguan vista, el bar era interior, sin terraza y pequeño. La piscina no estaba en el hotel. tenías que bajar una calle, (200m) y llegabas a la plage club (el cual estaba bien). el hotel por supuesto no tiene playa (aunque sí la publicitan). Al lado del beach club había un acantiliado y podías bajar al mar por una escalera. Repito, no tiene playa. Así que la calidad precio muy mal.

Etwas hellhörig unser Zimmer. Der angeschlossene Beach Club ist leider zu stark ausgelastet, zum Teil keine Liege und Handtücher als Hotelgast erhalten!

Incredible staff including taxi service!

Staff, food, and amenities were great! Buy one get one free cocktails in the lobby bar daily from 4-7pm. Pool across the street is a great addition with complimentary towels and its own food and bar area plus access to the ocean. Taxi service through Franklin Garage was the absolute life saver. Uber in Malta is incredibly unreliable as rides are continually canceled and drivers changing which increases wait time exponentially. Lucienne manages this service and you can text her easily through WhatsApp or call to arrange all types of transportation needed. She's incredibly prompt.

One younger guy working thr towel/entrance area at the pool didn't want to provide us with towels simply because no loungers were available but we were completely happy going down to the rocks and utilizing the Ocean so another kind man gave us and others towels. We did notice one of the sheets on our bed was stained so we moved it to the floor but that was a bit worrisome.

On paper and on the outside the hotel looks great but a few issues which I hope get sorted out

The location for the hotel is pretty decent with friendly staff. The breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of food options.

There was construction opposite the hotel going on which would start very early in the morning and therefore it was very disruptive when in the room. We also had a constant thumping which was very annoying indicating some refurbishment was probably going within the hotel. Unfortunately our room was opposite the lift so we had a lot of noise particularly at odd hours and during the night. I’d recommend being moved if you find your room opposite the lift. The toilet door would not close, as it had been broken previously and left as it is. The A/C didn’t work well too either.

Decent hotel, but stay in Valletta

Nice room, great spa area with access included in room price! Pool area/beach club looks amazing, but was too cold to use during our visit.

Location isn’t great — loads of construction nearby and the area at end of Sliema is pretty trashy. Would recommend staying in Valletta. Also the room was over 200 euros for a “suite” and definitely not worth the upgrade. A standard room would be a good deal with the spa and beach club included.

Excellent stay

This hotel was excellent from start to finish. With a glass of Prosecco on check in, to curtesy calls to check my stay was to my satisfaction and making sure I had transport to the airport home. The hotel is in a good location, super friendly, polite and helpful staff too. The room was clean and comfortable and I liked the keypad to enter the room rather than carrying a key around. The spa facilities were a great addition and a perfect end to a day of walking. I had two treatments, both were fabulous. Breakfast was filling and plentiful. Needless to say I would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Personal war extrem freundlich, motiviert und aufmerksam. Dank ihnen war der Aufenthalt umso schöner. Die schöne Lage des Beach Clubs hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Dampfbad funktionierte nicht richtig, es konnte nicht richtig eingeheizt werden. Die Sauna benötigt eine Renovierung, das Holz ist schon sehr abgenutzt. Zudem wäre eine Schöpfkehle um die Sauna richtig einheizen zu können hilfreich gewesen. Ein grosser Minuspunkt ist, dass nicht täglich eine neue Wasserflasche ersetzt wurde. Nur bei Ankunftstag erhielten wir 1 Wasserflasche. Wir hatten das Zimmer inklusiv Frühstück gebucht, deshalb hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass alle Tee's morgens inklusive gewesen wären. Für einen Früchtetee wurde ein Aufpreis verlangt. Schwarztee stand zur Verfügung ohne Aufpreis.

Relaxing and interesting break.

Excellent breakfast. All staff were outstanding- very friendly and helpful. Located well for restaurants, promenade along to St Julian’s and Valletta ferry.

Room was a bit noisy although I appreciate that external noise couldn’t be avoided.

Great overall ...

Room was very clean and comfortable Nice bathroom and shower was powerful Spa was lovely and no extra charge Staff were very helpful and friendly Good location for catching the ferry over to Valetta Easy to get buses from close by to different parts of the island Away from the main sea front/harbour area in Sliema there was more traditional and pretty buildings

Building work starting at 8am adjacent to our balcony was very noisy on most days of our week long stay but we were generally out exploring during the day so it wasn't the end of the world. Aircon and mini fridge didn't work properly - someone from maintenance looked at these things we were told but it didn't seem to make a difference, this wasn't too bad in march but if the weather was hotter I think the room would be too warm and you'd want the mini fridge to be colder. Location wise we felt that Sliema itself was too busy and didn't have enough traditional charm for us, along the sea front area there was too much noisy traffic (dual carriageway at some points) where it would have been nice to sit and relax overlooking the harbour and the view beyond to Valetta but the traffic noise spoiled this for us.

Best stay in Malta

Such a great hotel! Once they heard that we are on our honeymoon they upgraded our room to the best one with a wonderful view through the balcony! Lovely staff with a smile all the time. Great spa area to relax. Comfortable bed and big shower. Overall a wonderful experience, will definitely come back one day!

Por un lado las fotos del hotel te llevan a confusión (parece que estas a pie de playa y todo lo contrario entre bloques y encima rodeado de obras (todos los días a las 7:00 de la mañana nos han despertado incluso en el propio edificio). Por otro lado el desayuno buffet es totalmente repetitivo.

Parfait

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel, le installations, le spa, la ballade organisée comprise avec un vintage bus, le personnel aux petits soins, le petit dej excellent.

La seule et unique chose que j'aurais a reprocher c'est que nous n'avions qu'un drap tout fin et que le chauffage n'avait pas l'air très fonctionnel. Pour un mois de février, c'était limite. Après demande, ils nous on emmené une seconde couette.

Nice room, free spa

Breakfast was good, the room like on the fotos, with a small balcony. Was nice and a nice rooftop with a nice view. One could use the spa for free which was really nice. There was an indoor pool ( with jacuzzi functions, if you press the buttons on the side of the pool), sauna, Turkish bath(was not working unfortunately)

In the pool my bf got hurt/cut by something on the bottom of the pool which created an injury which was bleeding and could not walk properly for a week. The staff provided first aid but no compensation or anything.as it was end of Nov the pool in the other hotel was not open unfortunately.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais certains voisins étaient très bruyants (fêtes avec musique dans le couloir jusqu'à 2h du matin)

Absolutely enjoyed my stay and would recommend. Definitely going back there when next time in Malta

The room size was okay, although not too big but having balcony was a plus as we could dry our clothes and the bathroom was rather large. The cleaning service was absolutely brilliant. The facilities in the hotel were fantastic and the stuff was professional and helpful. Perfect location!

The only little thing I could comment on was breakfast which was very basic and same every day. Some more fruits or perhaps introducing fish could be an option to consider.
