Overall comfortable stay with all the basic amenities

Very quiet area, quiet and clean rooms, friendly staff.

The hotels interior looks a bit outdated especially in the hallways. There was no specific coffee maker (just a kettle for boiling water) which could have been included in this type of hotel. There is no internet tv which at this day and age can be expected.

De badkamer is prima.

De eerste kamer die we kregen, daar zat nog iemand in. Heel vreemd, nog nooit meegemaakt en erg gênant. Dat kán toch gewoon niet?! Verder zijn de kamers erg erg warm en doet de airco het niet (goed). De kamer was 22 graden toen we gingen slapen. De airco stond flink te draaien de hele nacht om het koeler te krijgen (en ja, de instellingen stonden goed). Toen we wakker werden, na een hele slechte nacht, was het 23 graden.

Очень приятный отель. Все понравилось. Советую всем. 9-10. Персонал крутой, все вежливые.

Очень приятный персонал, прям удивляет иногда, когда так вежливо обращаются. Крутая парковка. Правда на улице возле парковки были столики для лета и на них было не много мусора, но а так все отлично. Я удивлен. Советую отель 9-10

я думаю телевизор поменять надо на смарт устарел не много только тв каналы и передачи а ютуб не посмотреть и нетфликс тоже (

Goedkoop, kunnen kiezen voor bad of douche, vriendelijk personeel

Geen Netflix op de tv. Er lag beschimmeld fruit in de koelkast van de vorige gasten, ik heb dit in de gang in de prullenbak weggegooid maar de koelkast stonk alsnog enorm. De kamer was verder ook niet goed schoongemaakt. De douchekop zit los en draait naar de zijkant tijdens het douchen, redelijk irritant

Good for a short stay.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Comfortable beds and good bathroom

1. Quality control of rented bikes could be better. Lights and brakes sub-par on more occasions. 2. Lack of toilet-brush in bathroom :P

Great for what I needed. Room was very comfortable and staff at reception were very friendly.

Decent size room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was amzing, and all the team working there was also very kind.

The reception team was not very welcoming, and i don't understand why they panick when they receive a guest coming along after (7 hours flight ) instead of giving him priority for an early check in!

Pleasant and relaxing with a hint of luxury.

The service was helpful and kind and ready to help. I had the breakfasts which felt really classy and luxurious. The hotel has a great location, not far from the Zuid train station, and the city, but still in a quiet area.

The place is a bit pricy, but it makes up for it with the location and the service.

Overall a nice stay !

The value for money of the room was really good. The bus was a min away to access many train and metro stations (Zuid, Rai, Europaplein). The staff was really professional and nice. There was a snack shop open 24/7 with reasonable price. I did not went there but there also are a gym, a restauraunt, a bar and a small terrasse that can be nice when the sun shines ! As it is far, or not walking distance from the touristic places, depending on where you want to go on the city check the location before booking.

good experience of Amsterdam but would stay closer to the city centre next time

staff was friendly and helpful, free parking on weekends

it was a little far from the city centre it took us around 1 hr to walk back from the town centre on NYE as buses, trams and taxis were either full or stopped running. also the beds are two singles pushed together which was okay but just a little uncomfortable

Superb

It was a lovely area about 30 mins from central town. Very clean and staff excellent.

I know it's a personal choice but, I found the bed extremely hard. My body ached every morning.
