The hotel is located close t the park, just a few minutes walking from the bus. The hotel is a piece of art, designed in an old Train Station building. My room was on the last floor, with a nice view to the park. On the entrence door there was written my name. I didn't order breakfast in advance but I had changed my mind in between and wanted to pay for a coffee with croiassant but instead I got it for free, served in the most magical place downstairs, in a room full of plants and flowers. The hotel was a perefct choice, and I am sure I will come back there with my family.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

the cutest and most charming hotel ever!!! the owners were so polite and nice, adjusting to our schedule so we could arrive a bit earlier and leave in the middle of the night. they even booked us a cab. the place itself is BEAUTIFUL, full of details (make sure you spend some time appreciating it). bed was comfy, view was amazing and the neighborhood made me fall in love. I’d be back a thousand times

I don't want to overpromote the hotel as I want to keep it as a well-kept secret, but the whole building is exceptional, and the hotel is kept very well maintained and clean.
Almost nothing. The room was a bit warm in the morning but there is a fan. The location might not be the right one for those who seek to be close to the center, but for me it was an amazing break during my city break.

Spacious room, friendly hosts, perfect breakfast.
It was a bit further from public transport than ideal

The staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful and spacious.
The bed was a little uncomfortable. (we have a great bed at home so that may be a big factor here too)

Fantastic place: a beautifully converted old railway station, run by very friendly and helpful staff. Good food.
Nothing bad to say at all, really.

Very nice place - the hotel itself is very cozy and homey, room was very well equipped and clean, bathroom had everything. The food places are really nearby. Worth staying in.
Everything was great actually! Just as an info - the rooms are up and you need to climb the typical Dutch stairs and the public transportation to Amsterdam is by tramway - almost an hour.

very nice and clean hotel.
the location in Amstelveen about 30 mins from Central Station and the city center but you can find many transportations to get there.
good breakfast.
you will find many restaurants and supermarkets around.
the owner and his wife are very decent and cooperative .

The hotel was amazing, the staff were super nice and helpful, the went the extra mile to help us get comfortable. Offered us free coffee/tea while we waited to be checked in. The hotel itself had a lot of history to it. Family run hotels always have an extra personal touch and connection.
Just the distance to Amsterdam central but that’s not their fault.

The old station has been beautifully restored. The breakfast room is like stepping back in time and the breakfast offered superb. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. The location is exceptional in the heart of the old village with relaxing surroundings and multiple excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy access to the airport.

What a jewel this wee place was, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to very so very special by Katarina & Johan. Perfectly located in the town you are only a minute from the bars & restaurant's but still away from any late night noise. the room was very spacious so clean & well stocked. we were greeted at breakfast by name and treated to an array of fresh breads, cakes, cold meat, homemade granola & fresh fruit a fantastic way to start any day.
The stairs are really steep and look daunting, we found that after a few beers in the local bars they became far easier to tackle.

Very friendly and warm welcome in a house with attention for details. Everything is very cosy and makes you feel at home immediately. Hotel is located close to a small pedestrian area with a couple pf shops, bars and restaurants.
Especially on week-ends, and unless you are willing to walk for quite a while, it is difficult to rely on public transport when, for instance, going to the City of Amsterdam.

Really well decorated. Lots of charm and character. We loved the bath and walk in shower. Overall, this is a really nice B&B. I also liked that it wasn't too big. A great pizza restaurant down the road! Close to the city centre. Can't really find a fault in this hotel.
Tiny bit loud from the airport. But flights stop quite early. And you really don't notice it after a while.

This is a wonderfully quirky B&B ( soon to open its own restaurant we understand) in the former small, red brick, 3 storey station house of Amstelveen, close to the pretty old town. It has been carefully renovated keeping its yesteryear charm with tasteful modern features . Reminders everywhere of a bygone era making it easy to imagine what it must have been like as a small working station house. Our room ( one of six) was a suite. called Conductor. Roomy, cosy and luxurious. The breakfast unhurried, freshly prepared and huge. The staff could not have been more welcoming or done more for us. Great value for money. We wanted a romantic night away and we could not have picked anywhere better. We are def def going back.
There is nothing not to like unless you want the same old same of huge, impersonal city centre modern chain hotels. In which case do not insult the family who own and run this wonderful place by wasting their time with your lack of appreciation.

Charming and cosy hotel boutique. Excellent service and nice details to make your staying a very enjoyable moment.
