Vi är super nöjda

Fantastisk frukost. Det ända som saknades var att kunna grädda sin egen våffla annars var det en bättre hotellfrukost.

Middagen vi åt var god men ingen wow uppplevelse som man hade trott. Hotellet låg lite avsides.

Clean, comfortable and value for money. Just what we needed.

The location was great. A short train ride to the centre of the city, so very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and the temperature was perfect when using the air conditioning. Breakfast choices were fantastic. You definitely couldn’t go hungry even if you were a fussy eater, there was so much to choose from. Had a couple of small issues but after talking to a member of staff they were sorted in no time. Housekeeping was available when you wanted it, and in a time when we’re all trying to think more about wasting the planets resources, this all makes sense.

We had to hire coffee/tea making facilities, yet there was an ironing board/iron in the room? Just a bit back to front in our opinion, but at least they were available if we wanted them.

Great location, facilities and staff attitude needs a revamp

It was really close to the station and was so easy to get around. Breakfast was really good, great selection

No fridge in the rooms, even though stated. Also no air con, just a noisy fan in the ceiling with no controls that work. We were a large group over from England for a wedding and any time we tried to meet up in the hotel, there was head shaking from the staff. They wouldn't accommodate us at the restaurant, yet when there's a group of almost 20 police officers staying, they were happy to accommodate them. Suppose it's their loss as they could of made quite I bit of money from us but refused to serve us

Worth the money!

Very close to the city centre in a very calm area. 5 mins walk till the metro station and then another ~10 mins till the centre. Very clean and decent place. Breakfast is very good, with a lot of options and very high quality food!

Next time when I'll be in Stockholm I stay in this hotel.

The perfect location near the commuter train station. The room was comfortable, with a good view. Also, the breakfast exceeded our expectations

Lack of a fridge in the room, for such kind of hotel it's weird.

They do not except modifications or cancellations. The Room will not be cleaned if you don’t ask. I didn’t understand when and how to ask. Fir this kind of hotels, this is absolutely unacceptable.

I would avoid this hotel next time.

Free car charge

Paid for parking more than it is stated in Booking.com. I paid 275 instead of 200 SEK. Parking in front of the hotel costs 150. Locker is too small for big laptops. Bath was not clean. Missing towels. No emergency button in the bath. Breakfast is bad. Breakfast area is too small for big hotel and very crowded.

Quality hotel for a short business trip

The food offering at breakfast and dinner was nice and staff were pleasant. The check-in process was seamless and the room was clean and spacious.

I only had 1 curtain that didn't cover the width of the window? Very odd. Woke up by the day light very early every morning. No fridge. Safe was broken. No tea/coffee in the room. Very basic

Superb

Comfortable and clean - fantastic location

Baggage store (after check-out) was not secure at all, so had to take all my valuables with me. No ticketing system to deposit and collect bags, so you could just get into the room and help yourself to anything you wanted.
