Uruselt bemötande, otrevlig receptionist. Fick betala mer än lovat. Bad oss gå därifrån när vi ifrågasatte varför vi inte fick det pris som utlovat samt utlovat faktura när vi kom på plats.
Vi blev väldigt dåligt bemötta, det var rentav obehagligt. Hade inte kl varit så mycket så hade fått till ett annat hotell.

Personalen var trevlig.
Tv:n var dubbad och det gick inte ändra det via inställningar och personalen ryckte lite på axlarna och sa att morgondagens personal säkert kunde lösa det. Frukosten var hemsk. Personalen skramlade med porslin och bestick hela tiden, fanns inte tillräckligt med sittplatser till alla och placering/flödet var inte alls bra för att ta maten.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, prima Frühstück, gute Lage, in 9 min mit dem Pendelzug am Hauptbahnhof!

Den nya kvinnan i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående
KILLEN SOM JOBBADE NATT SLÄPPTE INTE IN MIG 01.50 PÅ NATTEN, TROTS ATT JAG SA MITT NAMN OCH RUMSNUMMER.

Estació de tren davant de l’hotel, que et deixa en 25 mins. al centre. Un Supermercat (Coop) davant de l’hotel.
Només un lavabo per planta.

No windows in the room , dark , noisy at night time every 30 min there was a door opening and closing from 11pm time 1am.
Staff excellent, , Breakfast was great. , location great good transport.

Läget var bra, bra möjligheter till parkering gratis på näterna, enkel hotel, helt ok frukost, rent i rummet.
Problem med duscharna! (gemensamma). Det var stopp på avloppet så det blev översvämning, jag fick hjälpa med en skrapa för att vattnet inte skulle hamna i korridoren, hjälpte till att torka i korridoren, nattpersonalen dök upp och skyllde på mig "vad har du gjort? Den manliga personalen lämnade en hink med en mopp utanför duschrummet och gick.
Senare visade sig att det även var stopp på avloppet i handfatet i en toalett, toaletterna vad dåligt städade!!!

当日は雨でしたが、駅から近いので助かりました。フロントが３階にあり、英語ができないため入る時に戸惑いましたが近くにいる人の親切で入れました。チェックインが遅くまで対応してくれているのが嬉しかったです。朝食は小さい部屋ながらも充実したラインナップで満足です♪

Lo único que me gustó fue el desayuno que era muy variado.
La ubicación está a unos 20 min del centro.
La cama era incomodisima! Era un colchón muy fino sobre otro más gordo que se hundían.
La almohada dura y muy alta.
A pesar de poner el cartel de no molestar entraron a mi habitación!!!
En recepción había un señor muy agradable, otro que no se en que idioma hablaba porque no lo entendía, y una chica muy desagradable. Le pregunté si podía tomar un café a la mañana siguiente ya que salía muy temprano y el desayuno todavía no estaba disponible y me dijo de mala gana que si. A la mañana siguiente tanto recepción como la cocina estaba cerrados!! Muy desagradable esta chica.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja tuż przy stacji kolejowej, skąd bardzo szybko można było dojechać do centrum Sztokholmu. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Śniadania skromne ale smaczne. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, można było dobrze wypocząć.
Pokoje trochę małe, w pokoju nie było zestawu do przygotowywania herbaty co było zawarte w informacji o wyposażeniu pokoju.

Room was warm and we were provided with extra sheets and covers.
Bathrooms were not clean. Like, the most basic of rooms. And they smelled bad, like the whole hotel pretty much. The breakfast also seemed like it wasn't safely prepared. So, we didn't eat much.

Städning, inredningen behöver definitivt fräschas upp, oerfarna hotellägare, trasiga rör under handfat, frukosten enkel men helt duglig( saknade äggröra och bacon).

The breakfast was very nice! The staff was very friendly. The location is very conveniently right next to nice restaurants and train/bus station! It's easy and quick to get everywhere.
The doors to rooms and bathrooms were quite heavy (and loud during the night). The bathrooms and toilets were okay, functional enough. Be sure to take some soap with you as it had run out multiple times during my stay.

it’s very close to the train station. it’s clean. Best part is the complimentary breakfast - it’s fantastic- heaps of options, delicious and plenty of it.
The town itself hasn’t anything to do or see. We only went there to sleep.
The room was old and very basic. wallpaper peeling. Lino floors. one very small pillow. bathroom very basic.
