De tudo. Hotel moderno com ótimas instalações. Piscina no rooftop no 20 andar. Empregados atenciosos. Pequeno almoço, fantástico!

<2 star experience in a supposedly 4 star hotel.

Check-in was smooth and the staff at the reception were always friendly and professional, even if they were unhelpful.

Starting with the big one: It's not normal to have to ring the reception 3 times in two days to get toilet paper, and then having to end up going to Lidl to buy it yourself. Pretty sure there are no hotels where getting toilet paper is a problem in Europe and somehow it was impossible here. Futhermore, all our requests to reception were completely ignored. We asked for the trash to be picked up from the room and we also asked for more seating in the room to allow all 4 of us to have a meal together, nothing ever happened. I get the impression that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in that hotel. We booked paid parking and left the car in the valet queue. As i was unloading, the valet approached me and told me I need to park on the street because their parking is full, after reception told me to leave it there and that they would move the car in their parking lot for me once a spot became available. The valet even had the nerve to tell me he can't drive my car for me and that I need to move the car. Interestingly enough, once I confronted him with the receptionist, the receptionist took my car key, gave it to the valet, who accepted it without question. I guess he was able to drive my car all of a sudden. As for the room itself - the room is not a family room, don't fall for it. It's a larger normal room with a big bed and a pull out sofa, but it's anything but family friendly. From the stupid design where all the buttons are within children's reach to a TV on a stand IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM for kids to trip over, the room simply isn't designed for a family to comfortably stay in. Sure, it technically sleeps enough people but is that really the bar for a 4 star hotel? Will definitely not book again.

Hip, mooi hotel met geweldig aardig personeel! Lekker ontbijt ook!

Ontzettend mooi, fris hotel. Zeer behulpzaam personeel, altijd in voor een praatje en SUPER tips over de omgeving. We hebben erg genoten van het zwembad op het dak. Het ontbijt is geweldig en heel erg uitgebreid. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een aantal dagen Zagreb. Ook makkelijk te parkeren bij het hotel.

Eine freude so ein Hotel weiterzuempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder

Das Hotel bzw. das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist ein erlebniss vom Parkplatz zur Lobby, die Einrichtung und Lichtefekte, der freundliche Empfang, mit den Lift ins Stockwerk dann das gebuchte Zimmer, es war sehr sauber und einladend (bei einem weißen Zimmer, Hochachtung fürs Zimmermädchen) das Bett war sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr gut gegen lärm Schallisoliert. Man hört nix. Mit dem Frühstück wurden wir nochmals überrascht über die vielfältigkeit, Sauberkeit der Buffet, freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir kommen wieder, wir wollen auch mal das Pool am Dach im Sommer erleben.

Very cool hotel with lovely staff but be advised that the pool is adults only

The hotel was new and very trendy, the staff are amazing, very friendly & so helpful.

The suite we stayed in was lovely but needs better lighting in the bathroom. Also it needs to state in bigger writing that the pool is for 18+ only. I didn't click on the facilities drop down when booking the hotel so I completely missed that the pool is adults only, I only read the description of the hotel. It is a little misleading, I had 2 little girls that were in tears when we were advised at check in that they could not use the pool. Lesson learned for future bookings to read all of the drop downs of all of the tabs not just the description.

Cool and funky place!!!

Funky room! Loved the bath by the window. Great to watch the sun go down. Rooftop pool and bar was fun!!!! Great for an overnight or weekend stay relax in style.

Only buffet dinner options available and rooms service was difficult to navigate.

Pool for fashion over function.

Huge bed, which was very comfortable and soft pillows. Room was very clean. A nice gym downstairs.

The room was very cold (aesthetically). Lacked any warmth or decorations. Bathroom was strangely designed. Shower kept going out of the shower and on to the floor. Shower head wasn’t central on the wall but off to the right, making it slightly awkward to shower. We booked this hotel for the pool, which was nice but it was raised and there was no where to sunbathe. The signs for the place were very confusing, especially when we were trying to find the pool or gym. Asked for an iron and was told we couldn’t have one as all were being used, was not told this the first time and had to chase them up. The whole place was fashion over function and failed to deliver.

Great hotel!

Cool interior. Nice (paid) (valet) parking with charging possibilities. Old center is pretty close.. Nice and helpful ppl throughout the hotel and bars! Felt welcome. We got a upgrade from a single 4 to 2x a double next to each other which was actually great :)

The hotel popped up whilst looking for family friendly hotels with swimming pool but i missed the line were it stated adult pool only. It wasnt the end of the world and at least the kids could have a look and take a few pictures. But the pool isnt ideal for kids after seeing it so i understand the decision. So this is more a tip than a complaint ;)

Dangerous swimming pool area on the terrace

The staff was friendly and welcoming

There is no.health and safety on the swimming pool. The stairs are slippery without slippery floor signs, no life guard, no light therefore we experienced a terrible accident on the stairs. The response from the management of the hotel.was poor and not sufficient. Unfortunately I don't think they have the experience and they do not follow the health and safety of European standards and I am planning to contact Croatians authorities who are responsible for the tourist sector. I have received a call from a manager but I didn't understand the meaning of it. As well the hotel has not sufficient lightning probably due to the fact that it was renovated poorly. We couldn't see very well in the corridors and on the roof terrace the lighting was so little. What if a pregnant woman fell from the swimming poor stairs? Or an older person? Very disappointing

Nicest hotel we've ever stayed in! Rooms are just amazing. Pool is incredible too! Super clean. Overall would stay again. We will be back!

Only that we didn't stay longer! Loved the hotel! One note is that it would be handy if you could get some food other than sushi while at the pool. Even if it was chips or crisps or something. I was starving and had to go from 20th floor down to bottom floor to order a sandwich that was pricey and took 20 minutes.

Everything was so perfect.

We liked everything.. was exceptional, the room was amazing, so big and comfortable, with so much technology and every is so easy. even if it we did not take the breakfast, everything was amazing. Was our best hotel in Croatia. It’s incredible that this was the most cheap but the best far away hotel we stayed in.
