3.5
The hotel is located close to the city center where most of the shops are, it has a nice environement and decoration is beautiful.
The hotel is way too expensive for what it offers. The room was not exactly super clean, the street is very noisy and as we were there during summer, we had to open the window and sleep with the noise, because no air conditioning available. The room is super dark, they are eco friendly but in a way it reduces too much your confort and you still have to pay the same price as a fully confortable hotel.
3.5
Very environmentally focused
Exorbitant charge for using vehicle charging station. Charge for dogs 300 kr but no dog amenities provided.
4.0
Nice hotel in a convenient location. The decor and toiletries are nice. The location is noisy if you have the windows open.
There was no speaker in the room and the tv sound quality isnt great.
4.0
Nice location in the city center, with stylish entrance. Charming old building.
Very expensive breakfast, we took it outside which was perfects, lots of opportunities. The garden was not available to sit and we had no balcony or possibility to stay outside. Expensive for what you get and difficult to reach by phone
4.5
Great location, cozy and nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable.
The only negative I can think of is that the breakfast is somewhat expensive.
4.5
The room was nice, maybe a bit smaller than expected, but actually good for one person. The lobby area is superb. The design is very nice, feels like a piece of Bali right there in CPH :) Staff also very nice and organisation impeccable.
Check-in only at 15:00 (although luggage storage available), room a bit small and the toiletries although very nice and qualitative almost empty in the room - actually details that would have made my experience perfect :)
2.5
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The reception and lobby were very cosy. The interior and design of the hotel was beautiful.
We had a room on the upper floor, the 5th floor. The hotel is quite old and you could definitely experience that in our room; the little window didn't block the noise coming from the street. It was also very warm in our room and we couldn't cool it down because of the small window. There was also no real curtain, but just some wooden window blinds that couldn't block the light entirely. There was also not enough pressure on the water in the shower. We were very disappointed with our room, because for the price we had paid, we expected to have at least a silent room where we could regulate the temperature with airconditioning. There was a big flatscreen tv in the room, but I would have installed quality curtains and a good working shower first.

The location looking out into the park is very attractive. Local transport was convenient and its a nice area to walk in. The staff were very helpful and the rooms quiet and comfortable.
It is not an economical hotel, but for this standard cant fault it, and would definitely stay there again.

Good location, very central, easy to find and they have car parking in the garden! our room was large and nice:)
location,interior, services.
4.5
It was very eco-centric!
The room was well stocked with all you needed - the regular hotel things like bath and hand washes, but also had lovely oils, combs, tooth brush and tablet tooth paste.
The balcony was welcome, as the room was kind of small, so it made it feel less claustrophobic.
The room was small. You couldn't really move astound easily in it.
You could also hear the sound from the other rooms.
The lift was very bouncy and left me feeling dizzy on arrival to my floor. 😵

The staff was nice and very beautiful house and room
The bedframe was very dusty... and you can hear sounds between rooms a little bit.
4.5
Great central location, room was comfortable and clean. They have bikes for rent (the best way to see Copenhagen).
5.0
Artistic, welcoming and comfortable home away from home!
4.0
Great value for money in Copenhagen. Cousy and fresh scent. Nice products to use in the bathroom.
Beda a little bit too hard. No A/C could be a problem during summertime
4.0
Not much variety in breakfast.
4.0
Nice location, clean and quirky room. Very helpful staff
Room had no air conditioning and was very warm
4.5
Would me nice to have a fridge
4.0
The large bedroom and the nice common spaces and terrasse.
The lack of thick curtain and the wood floor shaking at the passage of people.
4.0
It’s a cute, comfortable hotel close to the main station which is great if you are planning trips out of Copenhagen. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was great (even if overpriced).
The lift was dodgy in one of the buildings and the shower was too small. We booked a double room and a more expensive double superior, but the former was nicer as it faced the quiet courtyard as opposed to the street and was a nice size either way.

Eco credentials and the breakfast was lovely.
The room was a little cold and the breakfast while delicious was pricey

Quirkey, slightly excentric decor gave it a nice ambience. Room was comfortable and staff helpful.
No particular fault

cold floors and room
no mini bar

The bathroom was tiny and the shower cutain….
5.0
Everything, including the warm welcome when we arrived many hours late because of a delay to our flight.
The breakfast was fantastic, I think the best I have ever had. A great choice of tasty, healthy options.
The whole staff team were friendly, helpful and professional.
We also really appreciated the environment friendly approach taken in sourcing all the products provided in our rooms.
There was nothing we didn’t like
4.5
the vibe was casual and easy going and I loved all the nice shampoos etc they offered in the bathroom.
