A fantastic affordable hotel

Extremely comfy bed and wine happy hour between 5 and 6 PM. Great location.

Was awoken by someone taking out the bins twice at 4 AM. Bathroom was very small and as a result water got everywhere!

Perfect location, good value, home feeling

Go green concept is very accountable, Free morning coffee and wine selections in the afternoon was perfect

Room was tiny thats ok we alreafy knew bathroom sink was tiniest ever seen could not use it(we change the room) overall was very good

Great location and lovely staff but room to improve

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from the Metro made it easy to reach the hotel. The bar was a nice place to relax and we enjoyed the free wine offered to guests in the evenings. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The bathroom did not have an extractor fan which meant the room got very damp after a single shower. This made the first night after a late check-in somewhat uncomfortable, and for the next days we had to keep the windows open to prevent moisture build up. The sink drain was difficult to use as the drain looked broken and had to be re-adjusted to prevent filling up. It was easy to hear noise coming from the hallway and the plumbing between rooms, but the hotel provided earplugs which was helpful.

Nice and central.

Good and central location. Friendly surroundings. We did not have breakfast, but free coffee and a free glass of wine.

Fortunately, this time the digital access card worked. It has previously been a problem. Could need some renovation.

Det var okej men kommer troligtvis välja något annat hotell nästa gång.

Bra område, trevligt med frukostpaket till rummet & trevlig personal

Rummen är väldigt gamla och nedgångna, ser inte ut som på bilderna. Det är dessutom extremt lyhört, så man hör så fort någon går förbi i korridoren eller pratar högt i någon av rummen intill.

I was put in a room with very drunken neighbours. Furniture falling, shouting followed by quiet and then very loud unpleasant sounds from their bathroom at 3.30am

Not worth the price

Vriendly staff, wine hour

Bathroom/wetroom doesnt drain so its always wet. Room walls are made of paper mache abd the bed is from ikea. Paid extra for breakfast but it was some hipster organic snack pack - not a breakfast for people who are travelling. Still waiting for refund on day 2 breakfast

Das Ambiente liess uns unmittelbar wohlfühlen.

Das Savoy Hotel ist unheimlich stilsicher gestaltet. Mensch fühlt sich unmittelbar wohl. Mitarbeitende sind äußerst zuvorkommend und wissen gut Bescheid. Bier- und Weinangebot abends an der Bar wie auch das morgendliche Frühstück waren super.

Nice hotel, well located, friendly staff!

It's a nice little place on the avenue, it's pretty well located, close to the train station and buses. The room was cosy and tidy with adjustable heating, so you could choose the temperature needed. It was easy to connect your own content to the TV, big plus! The staff was super nice and helpful. I had breakfast one morning, it was alright.

The morning cleaning was a bit noisy, doors slamming etc. It was a bit weird with 3 exits, sometimes I tried 2 different doors to leave the building.

Wonderful hotel

It is a nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable. Beds great.

The booking app didn't work for us which after a days travel was frustrating. The coffee for breakfast is a bit rough.

Уютный, чистый и комфортный отель с прекрасным расположением

Неожиданно уютный и чистый номер. Под кровать один раз завалился телефон, и не было никаких залежей пыли под ней. Очень мягкая и приятная постель, чистые полотенца, всё было отлично.

Не хватало питьевой воды (местная из-под крана отдавала канализацией, даже чистить зубы было не очень приятно), но в остальном превзошло все ожидания

Easy, convenient and competitively priced hotel

The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location — all for a pretty reasonable price for Copenhagen!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut. Die Lage war super, nicht weit von der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer waren zum Innenhof und damit sehr ruhig.

Fällt mir nichts dazu ein, war alles super.

More than pleasant stay at the Savoy Hotel in cozy room with friendly staff at the center of things, 10/10 would hig

I liked that I stayed in a historic building (First building built in the country with an elevator that STILL functions), that the rooms felt cozy, that the bar/lounge area downstairs felt welcoming, and that the Staff were VERY friendly. I also loved the close proximity to everything in Copenhagen.

Everything was stellar, if not for the fact the the elevator was down when I arrived to check in, so I had to carry my luggage all the way upstairs to the top floor (6th). Full Disclosure: The receptionist very kindly volunteered and offered to assist me but I turned her down, as I didn’t want to indispose her. Elevators were functioning later in the evening, so no issues afterwards.

Good value for money and ideal for a short stay

Great hotel and good location. Lovely staff and loved the complementary wine hour!

Rooms pretty compact and shower is very small - bathroom is a wet room really. But still enjoyed our stay.

Gutes Hotel für 3-4 Nächte

Das Hotel ist von Aussen und Innen ein architektonisches Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll abgestimmt, die Lage in einem spannenden Quartier, eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Hotel, der Hauptbahnhof ist fussläufig oder per Bus direkt erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit ist gut das Bad funktional und aussreichend gross.

das Fenster liess sich nicht vollständig öffnen, was schade ist, weil der Hof grundsätzlich ruhig ist. Die Wände zu den Nachbarzimmern sind schlecht schallisoliert, die Zimmertür zum langen Gang auch. Wenn die anderen Hotelgäste in Ordnung sind (war bei mir so) dann schläft man aber ruhig. Der Zustand des Hotelzimmers war nicht topp, aber kein Drama, aber Abnutzungserscheinungen sind sichtbar.

Nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel.

Die Lage war sehr zentral.

Das Frühstück war unzureichend. Eine Tasse Kaffee, ein trockenes Croissant oder Nougattasche, ein Apfel oder wenn noch vorhanden, eine Banane. Ein Naturjoghurt mit Granola, ohne Alternative für Allergiker. Das war es.

Our room must recently been made into a room or something because the door was not that soundproof and made a lot of noise itself. Would be nice with more toilets for the rooms without. Warm room!

Amazing staff, bad tiny room.

Room was extremely small for a couple. Bed was 1,5 maximum. It wasnt double. Worst part, it was full of flies and dirty carpets.( Bathroom was cleaner but nothing special)

Excellent stay at great location

This hotel is stylish and conveniently located, with the main train station just a 10-minute walk away for easy airport access. All major tourist attractions are also within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, although it lacked a fridge (which didn't bother me personally). Overall, the hotel provided everything I needed and I loved my stay there.

Please Stay elsewhere.

It was stylish downstairs and good concept except for cleanliness. They have fixed the issue around self entry and check in after 10pm and the receptionist gave me directions to get the train/tube from the airport.

There were bed bugs, old mattress and additional mattress too, and cleanliness needs improving. I couldn’t sleep all night as the bed bugs had bitten me badly and I had swelling. It is an older property and old carpet so they need to do proper fumigation so the bed bugs are not just in the mattresses or frame but also walls and cracks near the bed and surrounds. I wasn’t offered an apology. No discount or anything. I was told that there were no notes on file for that room. Please do not stay here.
