Unique decor, and atmosphere

Great location that was easy to find. Snacks and coffee provided. Decent breakfast. Friendly welcome. Nice bright dining room.
The bathroom had clearly been recently renovated and was clean and bright and nicely tiled, but the bedroom wasn't great. Bed not comfortable. Window frames sorely in need of a little TLC and a lick of paint.

The Rosemont Inn is an old mansion with fantastic architecture. Breakfast was very tasty. Location is near the zoo, art district and brewery district. The zoo is small but well represented by many species which were mostly active even in a warm afternoon, I highly recommend if you have an hour or 2 to get some steps in. Brewery district is composed of some historic older pubs with cool bars and good food.

Wonderful place , cozy and comfortable. I really recommend it. It’s a unusual hotel but really cute and good. I took a perfect shower there and I had a good time there.

the charm; the breakfast; the beds
nothing at all.

Rita and Bob are fabulous Innkeepers and are running a lovely, warm and welcoming B&B. It has a great deal of Victorian era charm, is very comfy and the breakfasts are lovely.
The only thing we would have changed - and admittedly a small thing - is that the water was cold one day when we tried to run a shower. We got up late so I think the tank had run out.

This is one of my most favorite B&Bs I've ever stayed in! My husband and I checked in late on a Sunday evening with our bikes to start a tour down the Erie Canal. The staff were warm and let us park our bikes safely inside. We had a private room and bathroom that were great, and the shower had jets and a rainfall head.
Breakfast was even better! Our hosts served bread pudding with caramel, fresh pastries, home-made sausage, and offered yogurt/granola and fruit on the side. There was coffee, of course, but we helped ourselves to the loose leaf tea bar in the breakfast area. Really phenomenal experience in Utica.
Nothing!

The inn is gorgeous, both architecturally and in the furnishings and decor. Breakfast was delicious — even the bread pudding, which I generally don’t like; I ate every bite. Rita was very personable and welcoming.
The walk to downtown felt a little sketchy in the evening.

An excellent B&B located in Utica, NY. The owners were very nice, accommodating, and solicitous of our well-being. The breakfast was excellent and individually tailored. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing. Everything was great!

We enjoyed being on the first floor. The breakfast was very good.
We did not like the bath shower set up. It would not be good for a handicapped person or person with limited mobility.
