Our family had a wonderful experience at this home. Everything was super clean and inviting. Very kid friendly. The host was courteous and quick to respond. Would absolutely stay here again!

The listing was very accurate. Pictures shown were exactly as the house looked. We were very pleased with contact with property manager. Close to beach and walking distance to downtown activities. Host gifted coffee, snacks, fruit which were most appreciated! Quiet neighborhood. We would stay again if ever in the area.

We chose this property because it had 2 full bathrooms unlike most of the others we compared it to. We are a family group of women who get together yearly to spend time together. We have never stayed at a site so well stocked--Wow! A bottle of wine, waters, OJ's, Keurig coffee pods, snacks--all available there for us. Also-there was a collection of toiletries in case you forgot your own. We felt safe during our stay. Ryschard was readily available for any questions we had. He even offered to mail a forgotten pillow back to one of our group free of charge. He went absolutely above and beyond what I expected from a VRBO rental. Place was clean, sheets were great quality, mattresses were comfortable. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Definitely recommend this place! (Another recommendation--The Cheese Lady--fabulous little shop in Muskegon with cheese, vinegars, and amazing honey butter!)

We spent a little more than 1 week at the house. It was very nice and comfortable and it easily accommodated all 7 of us and would comfortably fit 8 people. It was comfortably furnished and had plenty of room to spread out in smaller groups for different activities. The backyard was large and had a fire pit for campfires surrounded by adirondack chairs (firewood for the first two fires was generously provided). Our host provided complimentary toiletries in case you forgot something and welcomed us with a host of fruit and snacks to hold you over until you can get to the store. Everything I called our host about to see if it was in the house our host made sure was there. The location worked for us. We walked to the Farmer's Market several times and to the Art Museum. The house is close the Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan. All in all we had a lovely stay.
However I would not book through Evolve again. The customer service at Evolve was atrocious.

House was accommodating to our family of 7. Yard was nice for the kids. Plenty to do in the area.

The property was good but needs some improvement.
The internet kept disconnecting so many times and it was very slow.
The first-floor full bed mattress is not good at all and the sponge layer made it worse. It can hardly fit two people.
The dishwasher needs repairing.
The hot water and the cooling systems are excellent.

Hidden Gem
If you look at the surrounding neighborhood, you may question this property, but once you arrive and look at the spacious backyard you will fall in love. The communication with the owner (Rychard) was well above what I had expected. He truly cares about his guest and went out of his way to insure we had a great experience. The only down side was there was limited space to put trash. There was only one can available which meant you either need to make arrangements to dump the trash on your own or find a suitable place to put it. It tried to pile it up neatly outside but we didn't think that through. An animal got to it and tore the bags a part. This was explained and hopefully this didn't leave a bad taste with the owner. The house did have older AC units, but it was suitable for our stay. Overall, with this owner, I was more than pleased and this property is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone

Nice stay at Terrance House
It was a wonderful house for our family gathering. The house was very clean and nicely decorated with a T. V. and air conditioner in each bedroom. The host had a nice welcome note with a bottle of wine and great snacks, breakfast foods, k-cup coffee and creamer along with a first aid kid and an assortment of extra toiletries. The backyard was nice with an areas for basketball, cornhole and a firepit(bundle of firewood provided) The host was very attentive . We had an issue with the internet only working for two devices, but the host was very responsive, and promptly upgraded the wireless plan for future guests. We inadvertently left an item and the host contacted us and graciously offered to send us the left item We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. I would recommend this property.

Week in Muskegon
This was a week long vacation for mine and my sister’s family. The communication from the owner was exceptional and we had his direct number if there were any problems. The house is an older house in an older neighborhood of Muskegon. We were greeted by goodies in the kitchen to snack on and a bottle of wine which was a personal touch. Bathroom was also stocked with extra toiletry items for use. The house was tastefully decorated with plenty of space for our group.
The only downfalls we experienced were the dishwasher was broken (which wasn’t a huge deal for us) and the dryer only seemed to heat on low setting which often required running twice on each load. The mattresses were very hard (which is okay if you like that) but I found it uncomfortable to sleep on). High quality mattresses would be a great investment for this property. The only other downfall is due to the age and style of this home and just requires caution on the stairways. The ceilings are low coming down the stairs and we had a few incidences of hitting our heads. But this is just the style and era of home and this didn’t influence my rating.
The house is close to a lovely downtown dining area and a short drive to many local attractions. Overall, a great trip to Muskegon.

Nicest Airbnb/VRBO I've ever stayed in.
I've stayed in 2-3 airbnbs/VRBOs every year for the last 7-8 years, and this is easily the nicest. The owner seems to have thought of everything. There are k-cups, a first aid kit, spices for cooking, towels laid out on the beds, extra shampoo just in case, etc. It felt like being at home. Would highly recommend.

Terrace house
This property was really comfortable and super clean. Bedrooms are set up very nicely. Outside areas really added to the good vibe. Pictures are accurate and manager called us to make sure everything was ok. There were many hospitable touches......travel info about Muskegon....kitchen well stocked. Coffee station included creamer sugar coffee choices. Close to downtown and beach. Highly recommend this vacation property.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was perfect for our group (4 adults, 4 small children). The large yard, sitting area, and basketball hoop gave us more ways to enjoy the property. The bbq grill is actually a smoker which we were not prepared to use but it was not a big problem for us. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to our questions. Overall this was a great option to stay somewhere close to beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and Michigan Adventure Park.

Great house, close to water, beautiful space for the rental - odd location in neighborhood!
The house was great, all hospitality services were fantastic. Owner left coffee, bagels, extra towels, etc. to make us feel comfortable in the space and I loved the house. Incredibly cute and clean. The only reason this house receives 4 stars and not a full 5 stars is due to the fact that it is on a street with several abandoned houses, odd neighbors (a little sketchy) and in a not well taken-care of area in Muskegon. That was a surprise driving up to the property and parking, but this house was an exception around the area and was great. 5 minute walk to the beach and downtown Muskegon. Very communicative and hospitable host.
