Great apartment hotel very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Free coffee in reception and upstairs

The location is excellent. Close to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Big rooms with excellent facilities.

Slightly more than we would normally pay for a hotel but Singapore is not cheap for hotels. Shame we couldn’t use the pool as it was having maintenance.

Home away from Home

Hotel was great. Staff polite and helpful. Room was well equiped and wonderful to have a washing machine and cold fridge. Food options close by and the Hawker centre only a 3 min walk was a bonus and I ate there everyday. Highly recommend.

Best Experience EVER!

I was there with my mom and it was her birthday. They upgraded the room and it was a wonderful birthday present for my mom!

There were no front giy who can help upload the luggage

值得住的高性价比酒店。

地理位置很方便，出游、吃饭都方便，有洗衣烘干机，每天都能洗衣服非常好。酒店员工态度都很好，房间安排的楼层、景观都很好，卫生也非常干净，尤其是房间清洁，做的很好。

泳池维护的时间花的有点久，入住的后半段碰到泳池维护关闭，而且关闭时间要好几天，都没法使用泳池。

Muy buena ubicación y piscina con vistas.

La ubicación es excelente para conocer la ciudad. El equipo de recepción y limpieza muy agradables. La piscina es un punto destacable.

Encontré un par de cucarachas en el baño, típico por la humedad de la zona, pero el equipo lo resolvió con desinfección de la habitación. De no ser por esto, el hotel sería un 10 para mí.

I requested for side by side room as we are a family of 6. We booked 2 rooms and was give rooms on seperate level. Room

Room was spacious.

Parking was inconvenient. Parking for 2 nights cost us almost $100. Pool was small.

It was situated in a very convenient place. The staff helped us when we needed some things sorted. They were always very friendly and obliging.

the swimming pool is small and not attractive for kid.

除湿されれば、満足。

広くて清潔で、アメニティーも良かった。MRTの出口から近いのでとても便利。

室内が快適な気温だと、全く除湿されず、せっかく洗濯機が有っても乾燥機にかけられない洗濯物が全く乾かず困った。室内に洗濯機があるから選んだホテルなのに、がっかりでした。除湿器を置くとか工夫してほしかった。

The personnel was great. Stuff in room was as described. Complimentary water and coffee each day.

For Europeans it was a bit cold with aircon, but i get their point to lower humidity and u just need to get used to it in the lobby. U can of course control it in your room.

Location

Staff did not attend to various faults reported despite mulitple interactions with the front desk and committments to send engineers. Hotel in dire need of an upgrade and is definitely not five star.
