I would go back there with no hesitation anytime.

amazing room, amazing facilities. the breakfast was great, the pool was spectacular.

it was a bit odd to go to the 25th level for the hotel but in time everything made sense.

Excellent service, location and facilities

Excellent location above BUGIS MRT station and walkable to many places. Lovely rooftop bar Mr Stork; great pool- could always get a sun lounger. Breakfast food was excellent but try to avoid busiest times. All the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend.

One of the most enjoyable stays we had!!!

I really liked everything about this property. Location is great if you prefer area away from Marina. The hotel is very close to little India, Chinatown, Turkish town, Bugis, Chijmes, lots of shopping etc. Beautiful building, rooms are good size. We had a deluxe room with king bed and extra bed for our 16 year old son. It didn’t feel crowded. Deluxe corner room has fantastic views. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, polite, kind and helpful. We went to Mr Stork twice, it’s great bar with amazing views. If you ask for best table for the view they will highly likely get you one. Make sure you reserve it before. We never tried breakfast since we wanted to explore food options in the villages. Sunroom is a very relaxing place near lobby with complimentary drinks ( infused water, coffee) and snacks. We had a lovely stay here. I would definitely come back.

Nothing to dislike really. I’m just a little picky with few things. Not many hangers to dry towels ( the towels can be replaced every day if you want to ). Closet area is roomy and opened, lots of hangers but no shelves. But it’s perfectly fine since there is a lot of room to store suitcases.

Great location and very stylish Hotel - definetly coming back

The Breakfast is outstanding in variety and quality. The Cocktails in both bars are also extremely wonderful, so if you wanna have a nice evening with a few drinks its a great spot. The Coffee is also high quality, and we enjoyed having access to it all day. Rooms are spacious and quiet, the beds are extremely comfortable, and they even offer different pillows to select from to get the perfect sleep. The bathrooms and showers are spacious and stylish, and all in all, it was a great experience. The views are amazing. We had a room facing the Singapore Flyer and the open Sea. The location next to the Arabic street is a great spot. In the evening, the bars, cafes, and restaurants in these streets are highly recommended spots to have a few drinks and get some live music.

Our room was unavailable at Check-In, and even if we arrived at 4 pm, we had to wait another hour. We got that out as an extension and could check out an hour later, but it still was a bit of a bummer. Waiting is, of course, made very comfortable by them, and everyone is super friendly and helpful

Amazing stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Everything. We loved the location especially. Haji Lane and Arab Street are within a few minutes walk of the hotel where you can shop, eat, and take some amazing pictures. The train system and Bugis Junction are at the basement level of the building. There’s also a shopping center that is at the ground level. We loved how you can just step out of the hotel and get immediately immersed in Singapore’s culture.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Our stay was too short!

Relaxing

Great position closed to MRT Bugis station, Arab street, little India, colonial district within walking distance, nice room (we had a corner room), amazing view, great pool, great breakfast, great concierge service, guest complementary area with snacks and refreshments, roof top bar

Check in counter a bit weird and cleaning service sometimes in the middle of the day even if we left the room early morning

Fantastic boutique hotel experience in a trendy part of the city.

The room was fantastic and hotel facilities were fab! Little things like a free minibar and free welcome drinks go a long way to a great customer experience. Mr Stork, the rooftop bar was exceptional - one of the best bars in Singapore! The location of the hotel was great - we explored a side of Singapore that we had never been before - Arab St/ Haji Lane. All staff at the restaurants, lobby and housekeeping were very warm and friendly.

Our views did include overlooking a construction site, which is inevitable in a city like Singapore that is constantly developing. Otherwise, there was very little not to like!

Relaxing stay in the heart of Singapore

Great location, comfortable good sized room , delicious breakfast with excellent friendly service, beautiful pool and roof top cocktail bar

Cantonese restaurant was poor and you felt they were forcing you to drink tea so they could bring you another pot and charge for two pots - strange atmosphere

Perfect location, very friendly staff, great food.

There was a minor issue with the lights in our room, in 4 days we could not figure out how and which buttons turn on and off the lights properly, it was quite randomly working.

Good quality but misses something to be a 5 stars hotel

Good location to move around also by foot. Nice view from both the room and the rooftop/swimming pool. Very good room service and nice touch having free snacks/drinks in the room and at the bar during all day.

Cleaning was messy, housekeeping said they would have come at 11, they never did. At 3PM had to ask 3 times to reception to send someone. For being a 5 stars hotel, a little weird to see the staff not even dressing a uniform (they look random people from the street) nor bringing you to your room.

一.服务极差，表现在，你的任何服务要求要么被无视，要么延续许久许久.比如.我通过booking .com 联系他们，我大约发了七条信息，我没有得到任何回复，这是我几十年住酒店经历中的唯一一次，我订个三个房间，最晚快到晚上七点，才拿到最后一个房间，二，客房清洁极差，房间的浴袍肮脏，没有拖鞋，没有瓶装水，理由是环保酒店，我付了2511新元两个晚上，得到这样的待遇，但如果我提意见，那就是不环保，这个理由很好，道德制高点，但很无耻，三，这个酒店的管理层一定很差，这不是Andaz的水准，

自助早餐还可以，味道不错，风景也很好。25楼Louge全天提供咖啡、水和一些水果饼干。酒店B3直接连通地铁蓝线和绿线，去机场还有其他景点都很方便。

这次去新加坡和苏梅岛，最不满意的就是这家Andaz。卫生打扫的也不是很干净，入住的时候说的是Mini Bar畅饮，但是第二天打扫完没有补充，提出补充的要求后，竟然还问我需要哪些。

A beautiful place to stay, will definitely go back on our next trip to Singapore.

Beautiful spacious room with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen! Lovely and very attentive staff. Rooms are clean with great views of the city and it’s very quiet at nights. The breakfast was also spot on. So much choice.

Not a huge deal, but room smelled abit damp.

Expected more, not satisfied

The room is very big, and the view is absolutely stunning. Pretty cool design of the room. The minibar is quite big and free. The staff is receptive and involved in making your stay good.

The room doesn't really smell good. I had to change rooms because the first one wasn't really smelling good at all, but I guess it's also due to the air conditioning? Pretty confusing/difficult access to the hotel. It shares the building with offices, so you go to the hobby only by car? Or you can use an escalator that employees use to access it. There isn't much information about it. The room is good but the design isn't the greatest, lot of empty space, the furniture isn't always in its best shape (scratches, stains, holes, and broken buttons), need to switch elevators to go from lobby to reception and reception to room floor, and the cleaning staff seems to only come in a fixed unflexible time.

Nice space in a very good location.

Loved the rooftop bar and pool area. Generally the interior of the hotel is very cool and modern. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch.

Staff were quite cold and not the friendliest. Having travelled to Thailand and Japan either side of our stay at the Andaz, there was a huge difference in the attentiveness of the hotel staff. This has more more of a business feel to it and much less geared towards families.
