Very nice hotel, big rooms, clean. It would have been even better if there was breakfast.
Nothing.

Good restaurant downstairs, 24hr reception, free parking underground and outside. Great staff at reception
The hotel looks great on the outside, but inside is very dated, bad, mouldy/stuffy smell in the room. Not very clean, especially the bathroom and terrace. We booked a triple room and the third bed was not even prepared, had to ask for sheets, towels etc.

Good value for the money with a generous balcony. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is central, yet still far away from the main tourist areas. Would definitively book again when in Bourgas.

Good location - quiet, near by park, fast food, groceries, restaurant. Parking is very useful and accessable by elevator.
At the morning the sewers smells bad.

The only positive thing about that hotel is the location.
We stayed for six nights. The rooms are cramped and not suitable for a stay longer than a day or two.
We were greeted by a receptionist who acted like we had eaten her cookie. In the following days one other (Russian) took to questioning us most rudely about when we were going to go leave. Eventually we found out that only two younger female employees were being polite.
We were put in a horribly dirty room, smelling of sewage (everything smelled - sheets, towels, the room). There was dried liquid spilled on my bedside table. The towels were dirty. The radiators and bathroom tiles were also dirty - covered in something dried.
The hotel itself is quite old and everything inside is very worn. For example, there was no way I could open the bathroom door without waking my family and neighbors. The conversations in the next room were also audible.
For the first three days, a maid came by to put out the trash pegs, change the linens and towels. For the next 2 days no one came. I don't think they cleaned anything around the room.
The so-called parking lot is more like a basement. You can only go inside and park normally if it is absolutely empty. Once there was even a car parked at the entrance to the car park and we had to sit and wait for them to unblock the entrance. To open the garage door, again you have to ask the “polite” lobby staff at the front desk.
After seeing the condition of the room, I decided to check out the hotel reviews on Google, too. There the owner shows the same rude attitude to anyone who left a negative comment about the hotel, which is infinitely unprofessional and unacceptable.
In that hotel no COVID-19 measures are followed. Masks are not worn (including from the staff) and nobody asks for COVID certificate.

The location was great. There was a nice balcony that I could use.
Staff seemed to me a bit unwelcoming, or rather unexpectant of non-Bulgarian tourists in this part of the year.
