Avoid the basement!!

Property is lovely, modern and contemporary. Food was really good, I didn’t eat there but my colleagues did. Looked amazing.

I was put in room 110. Bit of strange room. Again comfortable and modern but you have to get a lift to the 1st floor to take 3 flights of stairs downwards. I’m almost 60 and had to take 3 trips with expensive work equipment to store it overnight. Had to do a return journey the following morning to check out. It’s that far down in the basement I elected not to go for dinner. I couldn’t be bothered so had an early night.

A wonderful place to stay for a short break, or an entire holiday!!!

The location, on the seafront, was exceptional. Wonderful sea views from my room.

Shower was difficult to use due to my arthritic fingers.

The location of our room up 3 flights of stairs along a corridor then down 4 flights of stairs was totally unacceptable due to my wife's disability Also we were starving on the Sunday tea time only to be told the resturant was closed at 5 pm ?

Really enjoyed the downstairs area of hotel shame upstairs didn’t meet same standard

We have mobility issues and we weren’t informed that the lift was out of order,Uncomfortable bed and sofa and that was in an upgraded room,needs updated

Great Stay - food good too!

used to stay regularly for work but not stayed for some time due to covid. They had put me in the basement room which is known to have poor Wi-Fi. I asked if they could find me an alternative room as I needed to work and they kindly upgraded me. the staff member on reception was very helpful, friendly and kind. I chose to eat in the bar - food was very good and plentiful

Location great and facilities good.

Room has too much furniture in and badly placed, wardrobe impedes doorway to bathroom. Armchair blocks full length mirror. Lamp and armchair unnecessary. Round mirror reflects lights from bed. Both mirrors on same wall. Too hot in room even with heating off. Wardrobe too big and in bad place. Needs interior re-thinking.

no sleep dungeon room.

was in a good location, overlooking the sea.

we got out in what I can only describe as a dungeon. right down on the bottom floor next to the kitchen. all we could hear was crashing doors opening and closing we never slept through the night. Had requested a late checkout and was never told about the surcharge which wasn’t a problem however a heads up would have been nice when I emailed the hotel about it. one last thing the room was freezing no heating and no extra blanket. such a shame I look forward to nights away and feel as though this one has been tarnished.
