Dated and rickety but great location

The location is great - right behind Bond Street / Marble Arch on a quieter central London road. For this, it's dreamy. Clean bedding and clean towels, comfy night's sleep and was quiet

The hotel is a bit rickety and dated - patch fixes here and there. The tap in my room was so wobbly and had been gone over with a sealant / grout several times over the years but still leans over when you try to use it The room smelt really strongly of heavy perfume, so had the windows open when I was ought also bought some air freshner to support, so by day 2 it was fine Things are a bit dusty and worn, but for a place to lay your head is good

Comme chez soi

Le salon est super agréable avec sa déco surannée anglaise. On adore. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres impeccablement bien tenues produits de toilette de qualité.

La déco et l’ameublement des chambres est à revoir. Mais cela reste très confortable

كانت جيدة نوعاً ما

الصراحه الفندق كان جيد نوعا ما ، الموظفين فتره النهار كانو ممتازين جداً بالاخص الموظف المغربي ، الموقع كان جيد جداً قريب لكل شيء والتنظيف كانو ممتازين .

الموظف الفتره المسائيه غير متعاون طلبت بطانيه للغرفه قالي انتظر ماعندي احد يجيبها لك للغرفه ، والشيء الثاني ماعاد فيه اغلاق للأبواب بعد 9 فقط يكون مردود يعني كل من هب ودب يدف الباب ويدخل اللوبي من برا عشان يستخدمون دورات المياه الله يكرمكم وهذا شيء غير مقبول و السكيورتي مان غير متواجد ابدا .

جميع الموظفين محترفين و يقومون بمساعدتك فيما يخص السكن او غيره من النصائح الجميلة للحفاظ على نفسك ، بالاضافه انك تشعر بالود و اي طلب تقدمه لهم سيقومون بتلبيته وان لم يكن من ضمن اختصاصهم وذلك لمساعدتك باكبر قدر ممكن ، شكراً لكم ادارة وشكراً لكم موظفي الاستقبال وشكراً لكم موظفي الروم سيرفس .

What a wonderful hotel it was like stepping back in time when the comfort of the customer was the mo

I had suffered a injury before I got to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and even changed my room so I didn’t need to climb any stairs. They were so helpful and friendly. So much so that we will now stay at the Leonard each time we go to London

I cannot think of anything really. But maybe the only thing would be to have a walk in Shower.

Great location and staff, I could definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location and staff. The suite was great and comfortable, with a small kitchen. The location is excellent, being very close to Marble Arch, Oxford St and Hyde Park.

Being an old building, sound isolation between floors isn’t the best, often you could hear footsteps from above. Most of the time it was fine, but one night the guests above our room were noisy in the early hours. To be fair, it didn’t spoil our stay.

Nice hotel with lots of charm and friendly staff, good sized room for a Greater London Hotel

Good sized clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and attentive, friendly staff . Nice hotel with lots of charm for a central London hotel. Nice to have a couple of wine in the room too.

The TV didn't work on arrival- staff sorted it but in the morning again did not work.

Overpriced room, but a good location. Despite all that, I may return if I can find a good deal

Location is great, just a very short walk to Marble Arch tube station. Staff is friendly.

Room was very small and in my opinion, overpriced. It was also right by the elevator, which made it noisier.

Great location but very aged and in need for immediate renovation.

The location

This was my 3rd time here in the last 10 years but the first time since 2018 and there was a marked change in the quality of the accommodation. The landlord really needs to spend money to give the property an upgrade. The entire facility is very aged and out dated. Things are ancient and broken. We had a grand suite for a cost of £650 per night yet the bathroom mirror was broken, furniture squeaky and aged, carpets very tardy. Furthermore the footsteps of people upstairs walking is very noisy in the room. £650 per night is a lot of money and the space we got was brilliant, location perfect but the property seriously needs a renovation. I would happily stay here again if I know it’s been renovated otherwise I would find something else.

An excellent stay in a great traditional London Hotel. Staff were so friendly and professional.

The hotel and the room were excellent.Full of character. Perfect lovely and quiet.

Nice stay behind Oxford street and close to all central London!

Nice and quite stay just behind the vibrant Oxford street. Very close to Hyde Park and Oxford street with all the shopping places and restaurants. Underground and lots of buses around the corner. Very nice stuffs and clean rooms. We booked a suit with 2 rooms, for 3 adults. The continental breakfast that we had it was very delicious. We will love to stay here again!

Will definitely come back again

I have been staying at this hotel many times. Great location, next to the metro. Great staff. I like the size of the room, the interior, cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the presence in the bathroom of not only shampoo, but also air conditioning (shower gel and body lotion too), iron, hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, wardrobe, small desk, adjustable air conditioning, two bottles of water daily.

On the first floor, where I lived, Wi-Fi practically did not work. Inconvenient location of sockets. The windows did not open, but they say that for security reasons.
