Great hotel in a fantastic city

Superb Finnish breakfast, very helpful staff and in a great location.

Room didn’t seem as big as advertised but was fine.

Very nice hotel that I would recommend to friends.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice staff at reception. Large breakfast room. Nice extras in the room (umbrella, hairdryer). Separate lockers to store luggage. Big selection at breakfast buffet.

The bench in the room was not wide enough to hold my suitcase. Would have liked scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet.

Very comfortable with good facilities and good breakfast

Clean and I felt safe there. Also very easy to get to main square Stockman’s Marimekko etc.

Hotel staff was super friendly and flexible. I was able to check out couple of hours later than normally so I could carry on working. Much appreciated. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Hotel was quiet and location is really nice.

I booked the hotel as it was described that they have a gym. However it is only open from 10am and closes quite early. I couldn't go there after my business dinner nor next morning. It was disappointing. Room was really small and you can see it's made with cheap materials.

Family stay in Helsinki

We had a lovely two nights in Helsinki for our family with two twin rooms (more like doubles, but individual duvets, so no problem). Very comfortable rooms - one was an accessible room so had extra space, beautiful breakfast, and a great location right in the centre of Helsinki.

The Room and the Views of the Street were beautiful. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. One of the best priced Hotel with excellent cetral location. Great Value stay that would meet one Luxury expectations.

amazing location, friendly staff!

The reception are friendly, great location and price is reasonable. I always stay here when I’m in Helsinki and have done so for the past 8 years or so.

Didn’t have anything negative during my stay. one thing would be that the kitchen is open every day and room service available every day but this isn’t going to affect my over all stay.

I did not like the air conditioning system it was way too loud and I think broken because I could not turn it off nor I couldn’t set it to a lower speed.

Lovely hotel with great location and comfy beds

We loved the hotel as it was close to the Christmas market and some lovely restaurants. They helped us book a large taxi to get everyone back to the airport the next morning for our flight into Lapland. Lovely atmosphere, large room, amazing shower

They weren't too keen on booking us a taxi from the airport but I guess they don't have a shuttle service themselves

One pleasant summer night in Helsinki

Awesome location in the heart of Helsinki, very good breakfast(loved the pastries), the design of the room is beautiful and modern. The hotel is animal-friendly.

A free bottle of water in the room would be a nice-to-have. It’s a 4* hotel, after all:) Also, be careful: a fluffy toy sitting on a bed is not a gift. My dog chewed it immediately and then I saw it’s price in the mini bar menu, 19€. Sad.

close to perfection, a bit of effort and it will be fantastic!

Breakfast was served in the meeting room. It was OK, and fine for what we had to do with the team... but it was not a whaoo breakfast. Location is fantastic instead, close to the city center.

Room was clean and perfect for a single bed... but with 2 twin beds it became frankly too small. I couldn't almost fit my luggage anywhere :-(
