Great location with clean rooms

What a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, river walk and shops. Parking was easy but it's a very tight car park so you don't want a big car. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The car park was was very tight. We have a small SUV and it was fine but wouldn't want anything much bigger.

Great stay in Brisbane in centre of CBD

In the centre of cbd of Brisbane, great views, decently sized apartment for the 5 day stay

Internet wasn’t the greatest, bathroom always had a smell to it, possibly needs a slight upgrade

Very impressed the service on reception! Super friendly and helpful. Given unexpected gift as the staff gave me an upgraded room as higher floors and excellent view! It was my business related trip for two nights but I was feeling like a great healing myself. Perfect morning walk in botanical garden and river walk and everything I need is near! Only I had to be paying attention is the carpark driveway is a bit narrow for SUV or bigger vehicles, but ok if I am carefully driving. So 10 of 10! Thank you so much. I will definitely come back for the next trip! Highly recommend ❤️

Terrific property for a city break, will certainly stay again.

Excellent location with a wonderful view of the Storey Bridge. Check in and out vey smooth due to the professional yet friendly staff.

13th floor, room 136.

Our apartment was quite large with a nice balcony and view. Upon booking we didn't realise our apartment would have 2 bathrooms, so that was a nice surprise for us. Beds were comfortable and the view from both our bedrooms were fantastic.

Could have been a tad cleaner. Noticed a babies dummy, dirty spoon and toys under the furniture which was a bit gross, god knows how long they were under there. The aircon in living area doesn't completely open up. Also the 13th floor has a terrible smell just outside the elevators, like cat pee or wet garbage. Basement parking was a little hard to get in and out of as it's quite a tight squeeze. Other than those few things our stay was pleasant.

Heart of Newcastle!

Location was amazing! The facilities were beautiful and the view from the top floor during breakfast was unmatched! Loved how everything was rounded to complement the building itself. It was a wonderful stay!

Local parking is very limited when not opting for the valet(our car was too tall to fit).

Location was great and easy to walk around

They didn’t pay close attention to details like the lobby staff saying good morning or frequently vacuuming the elevators and cleaning staff would show up at different times when lobby staff said they would show up.

Great location with river view. Nice apartment, well appointed. Friendly staff. Pool area was nice and clean but smaller than appeared on the photos.

Lifts took forever to arrive, one was out of order unfortunately, awaiting parts which we're delayed due to the Christmas holiday period. Car park was very tight on the ramps if you have a big car.

good location

poor room design poky and dark paid over $700 night for 2 bed apartment with only one bathroom. despite numerous requests to the staff it felt like no attempt was made to accommodate our request for an early checkin. We drive 3 hours for a wedding at 3pm. checkin was at 2 and I asked to be called if room ready early. they said they’d call but noone did and only when we went to reception at 1.45 we were told oh yeah it’s ready, however no call. I’ve stayed there before but wouldn’t stay again. wasn’t a great experience for the price.
