Tip Top

Location Room amenities were good size of apartment was good

Key drop off - would not be able to drop the key off at the convenience store if i had the first flight out of a morning. Only opens after required time to be at airport & that doesn't account for travel from Brisbane CBD to the airport.

it was nice

the location was very nice, it was very accessible for the 3 of us having a fold out couch.

there was quite a few stains on the floors and even blankets which was abit upsetting was we paid a fair amount

The location was great, the apartment was sufficient for what we required.

Loved the location. If the apartment furniture was updated, it would have been a really nice stay.

The couch was broken, one bed had the wrong size mattress, and the other bed was very uncomfortable and sank in the middle. The shower had mould in the grout. The shelf in the living area was barely just hanging there. Also the kitchen wasn't equipped with a full set of cutlery.

Apartment was not clean. Not at all what we were expecting. Not at all happy with our stay.

The location was great. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The place was not clean. The staff were quite helpful however the response time wasn’t amazing. We struggled with feeling comfortable in the room. Room was not at all what we were expecting for the price we paid. Pans, cups and cutlery was dirty.

Very unclean and below average apartment

The Lobby was the nicest area of the apartment. The location was great as we could walk everywhere.

The apartment was unclean, walls were scuffed and dented, carpet pulling (first thing you see when you walk in), lounge and cushions were unbelievably dirty, actually they were gross. The glass and touch screens were heavily marked with finger prints and filth. I'm pretty sure there was a young child's booger smeared on the window glass too. The shower was mouldy and there was hair on the walls. Not even the bench top was clean. For a two bedroom apartment there was only one two seater lounge and one dining chair. Was not comfortable at all. Very minimal cheap furniture, not sure what the $500 deposit is meant to cover. The building entry was lovely and then you open the door to disappointment. The key was bent and didn't even work. The reception downstairs is unable to help as this apartment is not managed by them. Very over priced for what we got. The photos advertised are not that of the room, the view is of neighbouring buildings and the apartment patios. You could just see the river and the story bridge between two buildings. Highly disappointed in our stay here. I would of added more photos if it allowed..

Exceeded our expectations

A great apartment in an incredibly convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

The toilet seat looked like it had been stained by a past visitor with fake tan a long time ago. Would have been better if this was replaced. Other than that, everything was great.

Disappointing.

Great location.

Was told the keys would be dropped off on arrival but was only given keys to one apartment, no staff on site so had to call and was then told the key for the second apartment had to be collected from a convivence store down the road. Not a huge deal but could of been better communicated to avoid confusion. Booked both apartments together and they couldn't of ended up further away from one another. Had to enter the building on complete opposite sides of the building and only way between was to come out on to the street and walk around using separate lifts to get between, again not the worst but would of been nice to know before booking that this may be the case. The lifts at one entrance were also out of order constantly during our stay, a lot of the time only 1 of 3 was operating and never saw all 3 working at once. This made for some long waits and always a busy/full trip to get to the room on the 40th floor. Both rooms could have been cleaner, a lot of stains all over the carpet. One apartment had no tv, just a bracket, the other had a tv but no antenna lead so was useless. If the chairs weren't already broken and shoved in the bedroom closet then they weren't far from it. Shower in one apartment had a completely blocked drain which took some work to fix to be able to use it. Apartments have potential but seemed to lack maintenance.

Terrible, Unlike the photos, do yourself a favour and don't bother for this price, you can do better

The fact that I had to call to get the room clean was terrible. We entered the room and the place was a disgrace. Food all over the floor, Beds had not been changed from the previous occupant, towels all over the floor in the bathroom. It could have been acceptable if they didn't try and get out of it and said it was done, then asked if it was acceptable as is. If you are going to charge so much for accommodation. The least you can do is clean it. The couch was broken and unusable. I would have half expected to be sleeping on a bail of hay at this point. DO NOT USE THIS APPARTMENT

Needs work on communication

The room and facilities were great and very comfortable

Wasn't the greatest holiday destination. The accommodation was lovely but having to pick up the key in a completely different location and receiving emails saying our stay was coming to an end and we weren't due for a couple of days made me have to make contact with nil response. Also received no assistance where to park when asked and I do not recommend Wilson St Parking as I was slapped with overnight parking fee of $150. Also we had no clear direction where we had to go as there were 2 separate towers.

Great location. Poor view, bathroom, communication, & lots of hair.

Great location - close to everything we needed. Clean kitchen - both microwaves and freezer spotless. Clean sheets, no marks or hair in beds.

- There was a lot of long black hair everywhere - clogging the shower drain, in the carpets, in the couch. My partner had to personally unclog the drain and pull out hair as it was about to flood the bathroom. There was also paper towel/toilet paper in the shower, stuck behind the shampoo & conditioner so we didn't see until after first shower. Mould in the corners. See photos. - For a 2 bedroom, 3 person, 2 night stay - there was one roll of toilet paper, so we had to purchase more. - In first bedroom there was an ensemble on the floor with no legs, and a slim mattress (terrible to sleep on) on top. Was VERY low to the ground, below a squat to get in and out of bed. - In second bedroom, while the ensemble had legs, it was larger than the mattress (e.g. queen ensemble, double mattress). - Scuffs on the walls - Whilst I normally don't really care for an amazing view, I would prefer not to be looking into someone else's lounge room & bedrooms. We were on the inside of a triangle of buildings, could see nothing but other rooms. - No check in instructions were available via emails, until after 2pm. We were waiting on the street. The moral of the story is that this is a roof over your head. Use this booking if you are out A LOT during your stay.

Couldn't beat the view and location

Location was great, rooms were clean and great views.

we didn't realise but booked two rooms on two separate floors with access to two seperate elevator lobby's. A staff member helped us find our way to our rooms but said she didn't have to as we hadn't booked through them. Room could have had hairdryer too.

I loved the facilities the apartment had to offer and the stylish and comfortable apartment I was staying in. There were a lot of useful amenities and it felt like a great and actually felt like I could relax and have a good time

Location of the place

Had 3 apartments booked. 1 had a poo in toilet. The sink leaked all over the floor. Shower didn't drain properly. Had no tea, coffee or sugar. 1 had mould all through shower. The couch/sofa bed was broken. We were also using it as an extra bed as requested & yet no extra bedding was provided.(my 2 year old ended up sleeping on the floor). There was also no bedding for the portal cot we requested. All 3 rooms had not been vaccumed. I could visibly see the dirt on the carpet. The microwave, toaster & dryer did not work. The bed my 60 + mother in law was using broke the minute she laid down on it. There were empty glasses & soft drinks bottles under one of the beds. All in all for the money I spent I feel I got absolutely no value for money what's so ever!!!!!!!!

Do not stay here, it's not clean and the service is poor.

The location was the only decent part of our experience with Airtrip Apartment on Margaret street.

The apartment was very dirty. It seems as though it wasn't cleaned between stays. We had fresh sheets and towels but that was it. The floors were stained, a dirty towel in the loungeroom, someone's hair all over the apartment, insufficient cutlery in the kitchen, no bowls, dirty tissues left under the bed and someone else's clothes left under the bed. We chose not to stay here and let the hostess know, she will not refund what we payed. They also take a $500 security deposit which they don't inform you about before booking and you have to pick up the keys from a convenience store a few blocks away. The service was poor and mostly via text as my calls were not answered. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

Miscommunication about second Party Air Trip whilst booking via Booking.Com Having to pick up keys from a Night Owl a block away. Way over priced for what the room provided. Broken Sofa Bed, broken Bed in another bedroom.Zero supplies to utilities facilities like laundry or dishwasher detergent etc. Stains on the carpet. No on-site Staff

Would never stay again. Horrible apartment conditions.

The room was poorly cleaned and had remaining objects from other guests such as their eye drops. There were stains all over the furniture and carpet as well as the walls. The fridge did not work and overall not worth the price.

Severe lack of cleanliness of the apartment and support from staff to rectify this.

Convenient location

Be aware of $500 security deposit on arrival. Not sure why they take it, they don’t seem to use it Linen was dirty and stained on arrival. The room for 3 people did not have spare linen for the sofa bed Brown (suss) stains in the carpet Underwear left behind from the previous person One chair was broken and sofa bed ripped Condoms left in the lamp of one of the bedrooms. I assume not complimentary and left behind from previous person
