location.. right next to the beach
breakfast could be better

Pequeno-almoço e o espaço circundante. Piscina adequada à estilo do ontem. Acesso à praia, pelo hotel.
Nada acrescentar.

Rooms are clean. The beds were quite comfortable. Good breakfast service, wide choice of products.
Beach front.
We came to Porto Santo for anniversary, we informed hotel in advance with a question if they can prepare something special - they confirmed but then we didn’t get a single thing, nothing was prepared in the room.
The rooms are not soundproofed properly, you can hear everything from the corridor. They are also quite old, partially renovated.
All the spa facilities are extra charged - I believe for that price for stay there should be at least some spa service included in price (jacuzzi or sauna). But what was absolutely unacceptable - sunbeds at the beach are also extra charged for hotel guests (15€ per day 🤣) - I have never been to a single hotel who would charge their guests for something like this - maybe that’s why no one is actually interested in staying there.
‚Gym’ is very poor, just couple of machines for cardio and one for lifting.
Last but not least - zero flexibility in earlier check in even though the hotel was not even half fully booked.

Pięknie położony hotel blisko plaży, ciche miejsce gdzie można odpocząć. Miła obsługa i smaczne śniadania.

Love the location, setting, breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Some things looking a bit tired; Rips in sun bed covers for example.

There are not many tourists from November till April . You can swim alone in the warm silent ocean with the great sand beach as far as you want.

Perfect location with the beautiful beach below & close to town. We walked from the airport to the hotel which only took 30 minutes. We arrived very early in the morning and as the hotel quiet at this time they let us check in early and have breakfast. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. Staff super friendly and helpful. I had an incredible massage in the spa. A lovely, peaceful place. We can’t wait to return!

Fabulous 60’s hotel with all the original features. Hotel were unbelievable, changed the dates of our stay at no extra cost due to easyJet cancelling our flight, an absolute winner. Breakfast was good, buffet style, endless amounts of food and drink. Setting was amazing, right on the beach. If you’re thinking of staying here, do it, no regrets. Thanks for a splendid stay. Will definitely return.
No complaints, whatsoever. Why would you?

Good location, friendly staff and extensive breakfast.
Overpriced restaurant. Paid 10 euros for 7 fried calamares, but at least it was delicious. Hotel seems a bit outlived.
4.5
Ancient building but very well maintained. Beautiful garden with palm trees and direct access to the beach. Superior room has a cozy bed, a sheltered balcony and enough outlets (incl. two USB sockets). Overall a very peaceful Hotel with plenty of areas to relax. The hotel staff had managed an earlier check-in, which is a big plus but exception. Breakfast was ok.
The wardrobe could be replaced because no shelves and sluggish to open in comparison with other Hotel wardrobes. The safe was too small for a 15 inch notebook.

the location on the beach and the big swimming pool so I was able to have a proper swim. We found beautiful walk which we did not previously know about .

Extremely well located for those who love be near the beach
SPA facilities were not working in full.. Could mention that the sand treatment were not available, considering the lack of staff due to the COVID-19 consequences.
3.5
Excellent location, on the beach.
Very nice and welcoming staff, always smiling and willing to help you.
Very good breakfast and dinner.
The view from the balcony was pleasant.
The hotel has a beautiful garden.
The room was small and terrible, the bathroom even smaller, it fits one person at a time. There are no coffe or tea facilities in the room. The bed is not comfortable at all. The safety box was so small it couldn’t fit a tablet in, the furniture needs to be replaced, the floor was old, there are no carpets in the room. I would say maximum 3 stars, and if you go there, it should be for one, maximum two nights, not more.

Everything was fantastic. The location, hotel, facilities, proximity to the beach, excellent food and service at the beach bar, breakfast and room service. Reception staff were so helpful and friendly also the staff in the rest of the hotel.
I do not have one negative thing to say. Everything was better than I had hoped.

Loved the style of the hotel. 1960s but classy loved the pool was great size and marble surround very opulent and the location to beach perfect. New rooms really comfortable older rooms fine but bathrooms could do with up grade.

Location and beach perfect a hidden gem
Very retro 1960s
Spa was additional to enter without all facilities working … no hamam .. spa just be for quests ….

Staff were so lovely, friendly and accommodating. Great location too.
Rooms and facilities were a bit dated and worn.
