Lokalizacja i podejście personelu do klientów był cudowny. Co do wyżywienia zawsze można było coś zjeść. Potrawy z grilla twarde i nie jadalne. A przeważały takie potrawy. Desery natomiast bardzo dobre. Trudno coś za coś. Ponownie jadąc na Maderę wybrałabym ten sam hotel.

Jak wyżej napisałam jedzonko z grilla.

Personnel sympa et jolie vue

Personnel sympathique, parlant Français et Anglais à la réception, joli vue depuis le balcon, la nourriture était plutôt bonne, soirées organisées tous les soirs. Salle de bain spacieuse. Accès rapide à la plage et au front de mer

Isolation acoustique très faible, on entendait beaucoup a travers la porte d'entrée mais aussi les fenêtres coté mer, du fait, les soirées organisées jusqu'à 23h n'étaient pas toujours les bienvenues quand nous nous levions tôt pour partir randonner

Could be so much better

Staff were lovely

No music outside except but standard live entertainment inside of an evening. The food, whilst abundant, was generally overcooked and bland, watered down juice. No coffee facilities in the rooms, toilets need some bleach, shower was weak, tatty bathrobes. Beds are small singles with cheap plastic mattress protectors which make you sweaty. Rooms are a lot more dated than in the photos and the general atmosphere is non existent

A short week to chill and relax!

Good location, nice pools! Great staffs! We had a good room with a balcony and sea view!

The property is in need of attention and upgrading! Pillows need upgrading and room cleaning can be haphazard, wastepaper basket not cleared, used drinking glasses not taken away, used compliment toiletries not being replaced. As we were on all inclusive package, the catering manager needs to pay attention to the daily offers, great on quantity not on quality, especially the deserts! Mostly gelatine based deserts, with little variations! We pitied those who could not take gelatine! We did not taste much of the fresh and variety of fruits and vegetables that were abundance at the local markets! For the poolside, the loungers and tables are in need of a good clean! I did mention to the hotel via email regarding pool side tables with dried drink marks and dead flies inside the drink holders!

Pestsna need to close and refurbish - not worthy of a supposed high quality hotel chain

Access to beach

Tired decor throughout, internal social spaces drab, pools shallow. Room lighting poor, furniture been there for years, carpet filthy, no air conditioning in room. Kitchenette?why in all inclusive hotel?. No minibar as advertised. Had to recycle water bottle. Hotel reception policy to issue single room key is a nonsense, certainly not 4star.

Facilities excellent All reception staff totally professional, kind n helpful especially Marianne n girl working with her and both evening gentleman lovely and friendly Bruna n other girls doing yoga n aqua gym classes such fun n experienced and happy. My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location, right by the ocean shore, was breathtaking and provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to help with any request or issue. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a delightful culinary experience. I truly enjoyed every bite. What impressed me the most was the dedication and engagement of the entire team. They were genuinely invested in making my stay comfortable and memorable. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were quick to respond and resolve any issues that arose. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. Very good. Hotel a bit remote because we changed our mind about the rental car and my wife had problem with the hills.

remoteness from town but you did provide a very good free bus, maybe have 2 extra stops between the town and the hotel.

A great place to stay in.

This is a very nice place to stay in. The room we had was excellent, clean and with a great view of the ocean. The personal are very accommodating and very helpful.

Perfect location and tasty food! First line by the beach and all rooms with a sea view! Was very comfortable to get to the city by bus from the hotel! Maybe this hotel not for youth, but my son enjoyed his holidays)) Thanks for the all!

The location is excellent, close to the beach and very well linked with town by bus , a free shuttle . Rooms are clean and spacious and most important, for my, all facing the ocean and you can admire beautiful sunset from your balcony. Food and drinks are excellent and staff friendly ready to helping you with everything. Definitely I will come back!

Loved this 6 days stay at this hotel. Above all, the staff made it an unforgettable experience, not only the front desk (Susana, Flávia and Micaela, amongst others) but also restaurant (Manuela), pool (Sérgio) and the barmen. They all made me feel welcome and since it was my birthday, I had a cake and bubbles waiting for me in my room. Thank you so much for your attention, it made me feel at home. The location is excellent, you can enjoy the pool as well as the beach, just in front of the hotel! Food is good. Had the rest I needed and will for sue come back to this hotel!

the mattress was very hard and no usb plugs anywhere to charge phone. The tv was small and the other tv signal was bad. Very limited channels to watch. The wifi was bad.

Very good

Very friendly staff, nice ocean view, good location (almost no traffic around, very close to the actual Ocean). Food was good.

The toilet and bath looks a bit outdated :) Some guests smoke cigarettes on the balcony and hotel’s design forces everyone to “enjoy” the taste of nicotine.
