Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Grand Hotel

Alles war sehr sauber! Die Auswahl des Essens vielfältig und lecker! Unser Doppelzimmer war in Frontlage zum Meer! Toll! Eine wirklich gigantische schöne Aussicht! Das Zimmer war renoviert mit einem hochwertigen Bett; leider war das Bad sehr klein, die Dusche sehr eng, nach dem Duschen totale Überschwemmung auf dem Bidem, da die Duschkabine undicht war... alt!!!

Die Therme war allgemein zugänglich... seeeeehr viele Kinder, völlig überfüllt! Die Meeresbecken im anderen Hotel waren über zig Gänge, Treppen usw. zu erreichen... leider kein einziger Liegestuhl frei, keine Haken für den Bademantel etc. Enttäuschend war, dass die Sauna 15 Euro unter der Woche bzw. 24 Euro am Wochenende für ganze 2 Stunden kostet!!! Dies entspricht nicht der Hotelbeachreibung! In den Beschreibungen war nicht ersichtlich, dass das Hotel gar keine eigene Sauna hat! Das Personal war im Großen und Ganzen meist freundlich; an der Rezeption waren alle stets freundlich!

Lage perfekt, Meerblick vom Zimmer sehr schön, Frühstück sehr viel Auswahl

Therme nicht zu empfehlen, sehr in die Jahre gekommen, extrem laut, Sanitäranlagen schrecklich!

Hotel situato in posizione centrale, direttamente sul mare. È la quarta volta che veniamo qui è ci siamo sempre trovato molto bene. Quest’anno l’hotel ci ha fatto un upgrade della stanza dandoci una camera familiare con balcone e vista mare. Sempre molto gentile e disponibile lo staff

Der Speisesaal ist extrem dunkel und uralt, das Personal sehr distanziert, ohne ein Lächeln. Auf den Gängen riecht es sehr unangenehm. Im Zimmer hat es nach kaltem Rauch gerochen, außerdem war das Mobiliar sehr alt, auch das Bad war sehr alt.

Non ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie aspettative

Ottima la posizione con il balcone vista mare veramente bello. Belle piscine grandi.

innanzitutto il secondo giorno l’acqua degli idromasaggio non era calda per un problema tecnico, e in generale mi aspettavo una temperatura maggiore delle piscine e per usufruirle tutte devi attraversare 3 hotel…La pulizia della camera durante il soggiorno lascia desiderare, praticamente hanno tirato su la coperta senza nemmeno passare il letto dai capelli. Un’altra cosa con la mezza pensione il bere non è compreso e 500ml di acqua naturate a 2.90 mi sembra una esagerazione in più non espongono un listino prezzi. La qualità del cibo discreta invece mangiare su delle tovagliette di plastica dove tutti si appoggiano e dove mettono le posate l’ho trovato veramente poco igienico.

Over-Priced... price-quality questionable

The thermal swimming pool was a good experience for us. The hotel has additional activities, we had very good 2-hour- cycling tour to the Croatia border by bicycle road. The hotel is located in the center of Portotoz very close to the old town of Piran. In the first day we walked to Piran, the next day we preferred the local bus. The beds were comfortable.

The sea did not seem clean and clear. The visitors can swim by using the stairs, but, it is not a sandy beach, so, it is not good for the families with small childeren. The chemical used for cleaning were so intensive, it disturbed us too much. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but the quality of the food was not good. I do not recommend paying extra for the breakfast and dinner. Another negative commands about the hotel is serving water in the dinner. Although the water quality is perfect and drinkable all around Slovenia, you have to pay 5,10 euro for 1 lt-bottle water. This is an unacceptable service for an high-star and highly priced hotel, please at least serve tap water for the customers who prefer it. You shouldn't force us to pay for the water.!!!!!!! The hotel is overpriced when you think what you get... Parking is very limited on the streets, and secured parking is too expensive... The hotel enterance was full of parked luxury cars and these cars stayed all night, there was no enough space for hotel guests to enter the lobby. You have no right to block my way.

Das Personal war rundum sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie bemüht. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Auf Wünsche und Anliegen wurde schnell reagiert. Wirklich tolles Service im gesamten Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern aber nicht schlimmes

Das Essen war großteils top nur vl paniertes ist durch die Warmhaltebehälter nicht mehr so knusprig

A tisztaság, a szoba felszereltsége.

Az ételek minősége, választéka. A liftek lassú működése. A tengerpartról a szálloda tájékoztója, saját partszakaszról szólt. Szó sem volt fizetős napágyakról, napernyőkről. A homokos tengerpart inkább apró kavicsos, földes.

Nelle camere vista mare primo piano si vede solo la tettoia dell’ hotel, cena ….nella media non sicuramente all’altezza di un 4 stelle ….. una bottiglia d’acqua 5 euro mezzo di prosecco 20 euro, sapone e shampoo con il contagocce ….

Ottimo hotel storico, in posizione centralissima, con molti confort e accesso diretto alle terme. Bella camera con affaccio sul mare. Ottima pulizia. Colazione ricca e di buona qualità.

Arredi un po' datati ed alcune zone dell'hotel meriterebbero un rinnovamento.

Gegen die lärmenden Nachteulen im Nachbarhotel kann man nichts machen, ausser die Fenster zumachen. Sonst gibt es keine Beanstandungen. 😊

Parkovisko nieje pri hotely , je daleko a este platene. Pri prichode nas tam odviezli,no ked sme odchadzali boli arogantny a posielali nas tam peso aj ked prsalo !!! Izby hlucne ako keby boli steny z papiera. Stazovali sme sa na hluk no recepcia to neriesila!!! Pristelka vrzgala tak ze sa nedalo spat!!! Neodporucame tento hotel. Uz nikdy viac !!! Pri odchode odporny zamestnanec pingl v sivom saku, drzy a arogantny !!!

- loved the seaside view rooms on the 7th floor - included spa access was great - decent breakfast - great value for price in the area - nice modern rooms - accommodated wish for two rooms close to each other

- car parking was extra - weird smell in the spa entrance - some of the restaurant staff could have been friendlier -spa didn't offer towels

Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Aufzüge. Zentrale Lage. Restaurants und Schwimmbereich im Meer an Uferpromenade in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 3 Gehminuten). Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

The position

The foto in booking aren’t exactly right , the beach that they showed us in this fotos doesn’t belong to the structure, so when we went there we didn’t get any special price for the stay . And we think anyway that for the cost of the hotel they should offer at least a place on the beach . They give you nothing , not even a place for your car .

Lovely village, nice sea shore, good sandy beach, cosy hotel.

Nearly everything, mainly location, the room, the wellness. Ample food, tasty exhibition.

Change the aircondition system to a more effective, since it cannot cool enough when 35-40 C outside (26 C in the room). Waiter system disturbing when collect the used plates: noisy, disgasting to collect food remains at the middle of food hal, in front of eating guest. Solve it other way!

Bad restaurant management, everything else decent

At the recepcion we were not told that if we were guests of the hotel we could have paid the dinner 12€ instead of 25€ 4/5 nights we ate at the hotel at the price of 25€+drinks and on the fifth night noone came to us for 5min to sit us at a tables and take our order The atmosphere between the staff was rather unsetling and we also witnessed a fight between the chief of staff and a waiter, because of the hostility anf unwelconess on the fifth nifht of our vacation we ended up leaving the restaurant and eating elsewhere in town The restaurant management needs to be reorganized
