Ci siamo trovati bene. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole

Molto curata e abbondante la scelta a colazione. . Pulizia e servizi ottimi. L'hotel è molto bello con piscine termali grandi e ben organizzate. Posizione ottima vicino al mare.

La cena nonostante la scelta dei cibi fosse varia, si sono susseguite le stesse pietanze per più giorni. Il parcheggio per l'auto non è garantito e si può rischiare di pagare un parcheggio ad orario.

Definitely worth the visit

We really enjoyed our stay, room was spacious, super clean and beautiful. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Our kids loved it as well.

Very pleasant experience

We have a great time in this property. Very spacious room with nice bathroom and big terrace. The room was clean , nicely decorated. Very good breakfast. The staff were very polite and friendly. Special thanks for “majstorica ga” Tanja Stevanoviċ and Aleš Klonas.

BITTE um Rückbesinnung auf die Werte dieser Life Class Gruppe in Portoroz!!!!!

Reichlich Auswahl, quer durch die Bank Abendessen gut,aber der Jahreszeit etwas Flexibilität wegen Dunkelheit und Kälte früher anzusetzen... junges Service-Personal etwas mehr zu Schulen für ein 4 bis 5 🌟 Life Class Resor

Frühstück: Gebäck wäre schön mehrere Sorten auch im Ganzen zur Selbstbedienung Abendessen: Essenszeiten der Jahreszeit im Winter früher anzusetzen wegen Dunkelheit und Kälte. Dickes "Minus": Aushängeschild der Life-Class Gruppe ist und war der Barbetrieb nach dem Abendessen!!!! "Keine Einzige Bar ist mehr geöffnet" ,falsche Richtung!!! Mühseliges Warten auf den Lift,mit teilweise blockieren in den Stockwerken vom Reinigungspersonal mit unfreundlichen weg schauen oder Handy schauen!!! Keine oder viel zu wenige freie Termine bei Massagen oder Wellness ,haben es viele viele Jahre davor gerne im Haus angenommen und genützt,aber anscheinend gibt es kein Fachpersonal mehr oder viel zu wenig,dass uns sehr sehr traurig stimmt für die Zukunft.....!!!!!!! Fehlende Hände beim Empfang und Abreise ,sowie ein liebes Lächeln hinter der Rezeption. Hoffe auf Änderungen bis nächstes Jahr mit freundlichen Grüßen, ein langjähriger Gast im Haus!!!

Huge hotel, spacious room, close to the beach and bus stop.

The staff was nice and friendly, the bed was comfortable, room was very clean and spacious. It is close to the beach and to the bus stop to Piran (only a few steps from the hotel). Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. You can use different spas like Thermal Spa, Sea Water Spa what is a great opportunity. Sauna park is also great, with many option to relax (for extra fee).

You have to pay extra fee for parking (12euro/day) and bathrobes(6euro/person/stay). We had a view from the room to the outdoor units of the AC equipment systems, it was very disturbing to listen to the monotonous noise during the night, even if the windows were closed.

Breakfast is great! I liked fruit salad, eggs, pancakes from special flour. The modern and comfortable bathroom. Balcony. The pool in hotel Slovenia.

Climate control doesn’t work, no aeration properly and no cooling in the room, hard to breath because of strong smell of dust. The mattress is old. Only one elevator, for this amount of levels and rooms. It could be more, because at breakfast time it is constantly busy - mostly no chance to use. At breakfast bakery was not fresh, stays from previous day probably. Towels looks very old, not pleasant to use.

Superb

Large and completely renovated room with big balcony, very clean, good location, good breakfast, guiet. The pool ok. Everything as expected for 4-star hotel. We were there just one night. Hotel was not full and parking place was not a problem.

It is irritating that you have to pay extra for every little thing, such as a bathrobe in the room 6 EUR, a towel for the pool 4 EUR, a sauna 12 EUR (per person). The problem is not in money, but in the policy of such hotels. It would be better if they included everything in the price, even if it is more expensive at the start.

Room was very nice. The breakfast was also good.

The pools could open earlier. Bathing suits could be free of charge. As well as parking.

Room and view.

They charged for garage parking without advanced notice, since outdoor parking was full. Breakfast was ok, was expecting better for this price. Saunas were not working.
