Location was perfect, off street parking, sea view room
No coffee or water in room, buffet breakfast was a little underwhelming.
3.5
Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser, Parkplatz vorhanden, geräumige Zimmer
Unaufmerksames Personal im hauseigenen Restaurant, geringe Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet

Excellent central location.
Lack of cleanliness in rooms and restaurant. For instance, plates were dirty and food from previous night was on the floor at breakfast.
My son developed food poisoning from dinner.
Also, lack of attention to details, such as no tissues or water in rooms.

Mainly location
No internal access from hotel to underground car park.

Amazing view overlooking the Port of Cobh. We even had a pod of dolphins swimming past!! Comfortable bed, lovely room. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Nothing, everything was great.

Mitten drin… alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Staff were excellent, nothing was a problem, food was also very good

Charming water front hotel. Convenient to everything. Wonderful accommodations with spectacular views.
Stay was too short.

Amazing breakfast, perfect location for meeting family off a cruise ship.
Good transport link to Cork and other places of interest.
Had two great dinners and one not so good but maybe the chef was just having an off day.

Well, everything was perfect. The view from the dining room and our bedroom was looking onto the harbour. The evening meal and breakfast was perfect.
4.0
The view was lovely and the bed was very comfy, in fact the room was very nice. We had a lovely meal on the evening as well.
The breakfast wasn't anything special, it was as though the produce wasn't of the best quality.
We would have enjoyed a bar area to sit and have a drink before dinner but there's only the lobby which although is nice it didn't seem the best place to sit and relax.

Nice location. Parking site right at the hotel.

View of the bay was beautiful! Nice variety of foods at the breakfast buffet. Rooms were large. And the shower was excellent!!
It was stuffy and warm in our room. We opened the window but couldn’t leave open due to exhaust smell from boats.

Amazing views from room
The hotel had an amazing view, but its dated… and tight budget wise… They locked the heating so you couldn’t put it up or down, and didn’t refill the buffet breakfast when it ran out! My husband waited over 30mins for it to be refilled (after been promised it would be) and nothing…
I got them to make me two hard boiled eggs for myself and my boy, but we couldn’t eat them tas they were so raw! We could hear the boats coming and going all night in the room. with all the lights though the gaps in the curtains… no blinds!
no safely locks on windows either. Oh and the wine is on tap so it’s gassy 🤯
