Good location near downtown and university, clean, and more reasonably priced than other Booking options.
Noisy, some guests did not follow quiet rules, and absolutely no atmosphere.

short walk from the city.
bed was really small and the room was quite cramped

It was good having the whole apartment to ourselves, with 3 couples.
The location was good with access to interesting restaurants and night life.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The place was not well cleaned, especially the kitchen area. There were some basic things missing for kitchen use and we had to ask for tea-towels an buy tablets for the dishwasher.

location was good.
no on-site parking
student accommodation available in holiday periods
5.0 / 10.0
The location was excellent as it was close to the main street areas i.e. shops, pubs, restaurants and stores were all in walking distance. The staff at the reception were also friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was very pricey (€300 for 2 nights) for the amenities it offers. Toilet still had pee stains when we checked in. No parking space facilities for your car. Amnis only offers a discounted ticket from St. Finnbar Q-park (5-min walk) for 1 day. Therefore, you'd have to pay for the normal rate for the rest of your stay if you are staying for more than 1 night which is expensive. There was no TV, air conditioning or even a kettle area in the room.

Excellent location. The room was really clean. The shower was amazing. The bed was big enough for two people and the blinds for the windows were good. All in all a really nice way to spend some days in Cork.
Not enough toilet paper. No bin in the bathroom.

There is almost no better localisation if one is interested in Cork University College. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. I had some problems with luggage, keys, and boarding card. Thanks to the team, all of them were fixed at once. The room is well furnished for work (big table); the bed is comfortable, and the shower cabin is spacious.
Be aware that it is primarily a student place. The room might be a bit cleaner. There are no cosmetics provided and not enough coat-hangers in the wardrobe.

it was new enough
wasn’t very clean, wasn’t made clear enough that it was shared student accommodation

Facilities were very good; when we reported the shower not draining properly it was resolved same day.
Lift was broken, tv didn’t work in the lounge, lock on room C1.1c didn’t lock automatically when we went out.

The location was excellent and having cooking facilities helped keep the costs down. The room was quite luxurious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful.
The kitchen/lounge area could've been a little cleaner
