We liked how close it was to town. Everywhere we needed to go was a comfortable walking distance.
The staff are all great and very friendly.
I was surprised with how dated the room was. Given the price we were paying, I was expecting a lot more.
The studio rooms are pretty basic. We will stay somewhere on the esplanade next time.
The breakfast is missing an à la carte menu. The staff were helpful with accommodating me due to not being able to eat from a buffet due to pregnancy but there were limited options and so we went elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
The rooms are not well-insulated against sound. You can hear everyone out in the halls from your room.

I liked the overall look of the place and the pool are looked amazing
Not enough chairs with umbrellas
attitude of staff saying well it is amazing we have this many umbrellas when asked
Not friendly bar staff - too caught up in their own conversation and taking photos of themselves with flowers
The restaurant was expensive, and the lamb shoulder was just some sort of meat deconstrued and not a lamb shoulder but the price was steep.
Our room overlooked the roof of the restaurant despite me saying we were staying there for a special birthday.

Beautiful front of house, a few lovely staff at reception and bar.
The location was good.
Room dated and grubby, no table or chairs inside only bed to sit on. The bed was 2 singles clipped together.
I wanted to love this hotel as its cost was significant.
Weird light situation with the bathroom having a frosted glass in the bed area. Anyone using the bathroom at night flooded the bedroom with light or went in darkness. Towels were old and stained.
Appreciate this is a tropical area but the mould was visible in the bathroom.
No privacy from the apartment in front of the room.
I'm sure others have a great experience,

Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, gorgeous pool area and outdoor meal area close to the pools, easy direct access to the beach.

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a brick. We both had shocking sore backs and each day it was worse.

What a great stay. Beautiful property in good location. Staff were great, even scored an upgrade which is fantastic after a long flight. Would definitely stay here again should we return to palm Cove

- the pools area and landscaping is lovely and well maintained
- Lagoon Bar is very nice
- all the staff I dealt with were pleasant and professional
- they fully refunded my last night when I left a day early due to the noise, without me even having to ask for a refund. A very pleasant surprise.
- hotel wifi was so poor (ok for email, but video dropped out and buffered endlessly) that I used my phone's hotspot instead
- no fan in the bathroom meant the room was hot and humid after a shower
- STUDIO ROOM, which is what I had, is basic and tiny (most assuredly not "spacious" as the hotel website says). The website also says: "simple yet luxurious" -- simple, yes, but I saw no luxury! Not even a bathrobe in the closet. The bathroom is large, but the living area of the room has maybe 1m of clearance around the bed. (see photo) There is no comfortable chair to sit on, so the choice is the bed or a 'desk chair' that looks like a cast-off from a dining area. The balcony chairs are equally uncomfortable but in a totally different way -- no back support, and you slump, you don't sit. (see photo of chairs) Two people would constantly be in each others' way in that room.
- I could rarely sit (or stand!) on the balcony, or even open the door for air, due to...
- THE NOISE from the open-air restaurant and bar. I had the immense misfortune to be given room 223, directly above both. (I'm sure other nearby rooms had the noise just as bad.) In addition to the noise, the smell of the food drove me off the balcony -- the smell of food is appealing only if you are about to eat it; otherwise, it is not welcome and not pleasant, particularly if the food is meat and you are a vegetarian.
- THE WEDDING RECEPTION on Sunday evening was even noisier than the general restaurant, with the addition of amplified speeches and party music going thump-thump. That was the last straw, and I jumped online to book somewhere else.
- LIVE MUSIC on Sunday afternoon in the lagoon bar. Also open air. No escape.
Bottom Line: Would I stay here again? NO.

I can't fault anything about our stay. We were in palm cove for a week and booked 2 different hotels. Pullman was by far our favourite! A real stand out for us was how friendly and helpful all the staff were. We have already recomended this place to friends and family.
We only booked for 2 nights!

The size of the rooms and very well set up for stay in or go out.
The staff were absolutely lovely and had a genuine warmth I have not felt/seen in some time.
Also enjoyed the extra activities they had on for the holidays.
The cost for a one bedroom was excessive and whilst I would have loved to stay long it was out of reach but I understand it is school holidays.

Wonderful space where you can fully relax and enjoy the peaceful and cute Palm Cove. All the facilities of the hotel were simply great and the staff was incredible. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Breakfast is very standard but you can still enjoy a lot of places just close by. All the rest was great including the hotel restaurant called Temple of Tastes.

Very classy facilities. Nice and clean. The food at the restaurant was YUMMO!

The staff and the cleanliness
One of the pools were shut down so there were so many people and not enough chairs. The location was also hard to get to the shops if we forgot something.

The pools are amazing with lots of possibilities to lie on chairs around it, very close to the beach as well and Palm Cove for dinner possibilities. The breakfast was the best I ever had and the staff were very kind.

Beach
The large swimming at the external left is very dangerous. This is the pool where family and kids play. There is a shallowing with steps for kids to play.
The connecting point from the shallowing to the deep end is a sudden drop. my wife and son almost drowned with my son. There are no sign boards about this is a sharp drop. It’s like falling into a well. It’s that bad.
I made a complain as well at the reception please look into it.

Very helpful staff. Just around the corner to the main beach dining & shopping area of Palm Cove. Good aircon & bedding.
A struggle to get a pool side lounge. Breakfast ordinary. Lack of staff at the poolside lounge made it lengthy to get service.

Great location, highly recommend Vie Spa, great location.
We had a room facing the lagoon I was extremely surprised with how dirty the lagoon side of the building was. Every side of all buildings were CLEAN. Except that side! It was filthy!
