موقعه والطاقم ممتاز وسريعين في التواصل

الازعاج وكان هناك عمال يشتغلون بالخارج و وكذلك لا يوجد عازل صوت فكنت اسمع اصوات الغرفة بجمبي واصوات عمال تنظيف الغرف الله يعزكم مكان الدش ضيق

Value for money, comfortable room, all facilities available

Super clean, spacious room, friendly staff, good value for money. Breakfast buffet have all kind of variety. There is a night club, 2 sheesha cafes.

Pool is small & area is always full of kids like a water park.. there should be separate adult pool in a hotel of this level.

انا من زوار الفندق دائماً ، وذلك بسبب الموظفين البشوشين، ونظافة الفندق، والهدوء في الغرف .

الموظفون دائما ً يسعون لخدمة الضيوف وحسن ضيافتهم دوون استثناء.

ليس ذو اهميه كبيره وهي خارجه عن ارادتهم ، فقط التأخير في جلب السيارة بسبب الضغط الكبير.

النظافة والأناقة في المكان سرعة الاستجابة من الطاقم توفر جميع الخدمات كل الشكر لموظفة الإستقبال الأنسة ( Natacha) لسرعة انجاز العمل وتلبية الاحتياجات

فقط لم اتمكن من زيارة حوض السباحة لوجود صيانة ولكن المرات القادمة ستكون أجمل

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt kann man das Hotel durchaus hinsichtlich Preis/Leistung empfehlen

Das Frühstück und der Service waren gut. Ebenso war der Besuch des Japanischen Restaurants MIYAKO sehr angenehm.

Das Zimmer ist ist Geschmackssache - es hat ein wenig den Charme der 70er Jahre. Die Klima-Anlage bildet eine eine solide Geräuschkulisse. Das Bad war so gut wie gar nicht mit den gewohnten Toilettenartikeln ausgestattet. Der Zugang zum Kühlschrank / Minibar war mit einem Schloss versehen und der Zugang nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Die Gebühr für Late-Checkout (abends) war teurer als die regulär gezahlte Zimmerrate. Es vorab nicht zu erkennen, das der Aussenpool saniert wird und dadurch nicht zur Verfügung stand. Der Ersatzpool im Appartement-Komplex ist kein Ersatz und eines 5-Sternehauses unwürdig.

Just an average hotel with unwelcoming staff.

Compared to other Hyatt, this is just okay.

Reception staff at the breakfast restaurant at the first floor didn’t seem happy and her approach felt quite unwelcoming. Prefer to stay at Hyatt at the Dubai creek over this. Staff definitely needs more training I suppose in terms of mannerism.

I came to Dubai in 2000 and I like this hotel very much. However, this stay made me very regretful and very bad. The minimum service of a five-star hotel is a mess. I drove to the lobby and handed the car to the parking attendant, and my luggage was still in the car. After I checked in, I found the parking attendant and told him the room number, and then went to the room. However, two hours later, the luggage was not delivered to the room. I came to the lobby, and my luggage was still in the lobby. The porter said he didn't know whose luggage it was. I don't know the minimum service process of a five-star hotel? Whether it is the parking attendant, the porter or the front desk attendant, they didn't communicate well at all. I couldn't open the mini-bar refrigerator in the room, so I asked the front desk and told them that I couldn't open it without a deposit, but I had paid the deposit when I checked in. Later, the room attendant came to the room and said that it was not locked, but the mini-bar door was tight. The hotel front desk and the waiter said different things. I really don't know how the hotel manager manages it? I won't come to this hotel again. Very bad experience.

Я забыл в номере шампунь , кондиционер и зарядку от мак бука , персонал говорит ничего нету ! Пару лет назад я там же был у вас и забыл часы , вы также сказали ничего нету !

Polecam z czystym sumieniem , super hotel z miłą obsługą i dobrym jedzeniem w dobrej cenie

Bardzo dobry hotel , nieco oddalony od centrum ale za to blisko starego centrum Old Souk (Deira) Dubaju, hotel 5-cio gwiazdkowy zgodny z tym co prezentuje oferta, kilka basenów, korty tenisowem , specjalna bieżnie do biegania koło kortów , kilka restauracji, 24 h siłownia/fitness, lodowisko, ładne widoki z okien, urozmaicona kuchnia wg świata . Wewnątrz bardzo czysto, bardzo miła obsługa, dobre jedzenie , czuć klimat orientu od wystroju przez dyskretną muzykę po zapachy,nie daleko od lotniska DXB , choć hotel nie należy do najnowszych zasłużył na mocną bardzo dobrą ocenę.

nieco mocno zabrudzone okna zewnętrzne i wysokie ceny drinków przy basenie, w zasadzie nie ma się czego czepiać

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was disappointing due to poor service, scam and unexpected charges.

Limited Choice for Sahur meal. Only Asian or Arabic and that too of tiny quantities with limited drinks. No Yogurt offered. Food quality below par.

The reception staff was unprofessional and inefficient, leaving me waiting for over 15 minutes to check-in while they tended to another guest's laptop issue. When I inquired about alternative staff assistance, the response was rude and unhelpful. Furthermore, there were no seating arrangements in the reception area. Once I finally checked in, the room was noisy with broken window seals, resulting in a constant buzzing noise. I requested a room change, which was accommodated, but I found the replacement room to be dirty with broken furniture and outdated decor. During check-out, I was questioned about using items from the minibar, despite not having done so. Despite my honest answer, I was made to wait while someone checked the minibar inventory. Eventually, I was charged 10Dhs for allegedly using tea and coffee from the room, which are the items not even listed on the minibar menu. Despite my frustration, I paid to avoid confrontation. Despite being rated as a 5-star hotel, the unprofessional and dishonest behavior of the reception staff makes it seem closer to a 0-star rating. This experience, including being charged for complimentary amenities, has left a negative impression, and I would hesitate to visit Hyatt Regency properties again.

Be Careful !!!

Helpful staff and good restaurants. Attached to the mall and close to market and underground station.

I discovered that my handbag is checked during my absence and after checkout I found that I lose some money. I reported that to the hotel management but no serious action was taken!!! I feel insecure to be in this hotel again.

This is my second visit to the hotel what i like is the shops in galleria very convinent the breakfast aswell and the spa

I didnt like door card having to get it charged almost everytime i had to use the lift when coming and going, the staff 4 years previous were alot nicer made me feel very welcomed when arriving and were always making sure everthing was alright.
