Awesome experience reconnecting with family and friends!

I love the accomodating vibes in the reception especially with Winner (Reception Staff). Super friendly and helpful and nice!

Good thing that we enjoyed the stay and they extend our check out time.

Amenities is good, food is so so they should provide more selection and make it more appealing. Don’t just focus on Indian food cuisine since you have other international guest and visitors.

We book at Hyatt Place Al Rigga Residence (since it was more convinient for us to stay) and they move us to other location. They should inform the guest if there is problem, not just on the same time when we check in. Having a fully booked reservation is not an excuse for us not to inform your guest about the changes. We deserve at least to inform us ahead of time and not leaving us with no choice.

Great place to stay for a short trip in Dubai. Be prepared for heavy traffic towards Dubai Mall

rooms were great and we loved the full board option so we would not have to worry about chasing restaurants. easy transfer from airport

Takes 1h to get to Dubai Mall due to traffic (not the hotel fault)

happy to stay in hyatt and definitely prefer hyatt in all our destination

overall i got beyond my expectation staff was very helpful, specially Mr ILYAZ in front office he was very much kind & helpful he is very professional in his work on arrival within minutes he arranged the room as my children were tired they cannot wait for long. i was expecting at least 30 minutes to allot the room but ilyaz made it so fast we were happy. your security staff is also very kind in arranging us Taxi all the times, even they used to call from their mobile to arrange us the taxi specially i dont remember his name one person from Nepal working as security in this hotel he was having his duty in the night when i travelled he helped me arranging the taxi at around 12:30 in the night.

changing the lift from first from to third floor for residences. every time we have to go to first floor and again go back side to to change the lift for 3rd floor lift for residence. please send me the hyatt membership card so that i can use for my future stays around the world.

specious apartment, clean good environment , a good place to stay with family and friends.

location is excellent staff is very cooperative. I must say that “Rinki” at the front desk is an example of customer service and courtesy.

We were happy and regular customers of Hayat but unfortunately on our last stay we were harassed by 3 receptionist named Ayman, Salah ane Rashid. Very unrespectful words we heard from them, welahi its very shameful for a big hotel to have workers who don't respect to visitors.

It was super clean and the breakfast was devine.

Gave them all the local currency I had on arrival and promised to pay the entire bill once I had a chance to go to a bureau. But the very next morning, my key cards were disabled. My stay was for 10 days. This was a bit aggressive and embarrassing for my sons to witness.
