Friendly staff, smooth check in process. Able to accommodate requests for twin room. Room was spacious and very clean, good sized bathroom and nice shower - good water pressure. Room had an iron which was great. Nice outside area to sit in the evening and location meant close to the city centre in under a 10 minute walk.
Only fault is that the room was a little noisy. We were the first room on the ground floor and they had a very squeaky door that often woke us up in the morning and talking outside the room. Otherwise no other faults!

First of all great location. 10 minutes from the train station (walking distance) and 5 minutes to the city centre. A supermarket is just three minutes away. The hotel is lovely and the apartments are comfortable, have a good size and all what you need. The hotel's courtyard is great, it has hidden corners, seats, loungers and mostly is in the shade - great for playing with kids. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The lobby has a whole array of toys, books etc. that you can either play with in the lobby or take to your room. For a family trip this isa great hotel.
The kitchen is well-equipped but maybe some of the things good be replaced. The pots and pans had lots of scratches.

Lovely staff and ambience, small but adeguate facilities.
Hard to park for oversized vehicles (undercover parking too low for roofbox)
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel is a short walk into the main town from a small side street. The apartment is very pleasant with a reasonable amount of space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and nicely designed.
The parking garage is a bit tight to get into if you have a large car. The large bathroom could have easily accommodated a toilet. There was a separate one off the hallway area but when a number of people stay 2 toilets would be very useful. The shower was underwhelming - not enough water pressure

The room was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery and a dishwasher. We were only staying one night as we were travelling but could easily have stayed longer. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau from the hotel so the location was good. The staff were friendly and courteous and we would certainly stay here again.

Clean room, with all that was needed for a short stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. Games available in the lobby are good for some light recreation. The Adagio family city guide was informative. Casino supermarket which is close by is open till midnight hence you can always buy something even if you are out the whole day visiting. Restaurants and the city center are within 8-10 minutes. Tourist center, where most of the tours originate is 7-8 minutes away. Luggage room is very useful to keep your luggage before check-in / after check-out. The property is a 9+ !
Hairdryer could have been better. A coffee machine would be a good addition. Slightly pricey - close call when evaluating for "value for money"

The apartment hotel had 24/7 reception and the rooms were quite roomy for 2 adults and a chihuahua dog. We didn't drive so I don't know about parking. The kitchenette was complete with electric stove top, all necessary pots, pans, dishes, utensils, microwave and even a dishwasher and soap for it as well as soap if washing at the sink.
The fridge was not full size, but adequate for a day or two of food storage. It also had a desk and pull out dining table. Since the rooms were only cleaned once a week, there were some self cleanng items like a vacum cleaner. All in all, it was clean and roomy and good for families as we noted there were quite a few families with children at the hotel.
Although clearly within walking distance of the center of town and all the tourist sites, it still is about a 10 to 15 min walk on some narrow sidewalks. We were staying for 9 days and had to ask for toilet paper each night. It would have been better to have at least 3 or 4 days worth of paper at a time. Also, the area of the hotel was a residential area with bakeries, restaurants etc. within easy walking. Unfortunately, times are difficult for many and there were some beggars and homeless on the streets. No one bothered us as we walked by except for asking for money. I'm sure this happens in all cities and countries in the world right now.

Great breakfast and the reception staff were warm, friendly, efficient and helpful.Loved the bathroom.

The location was great. The hotel staff were also very helpful especially Julien. He offered a few laundry solutions when the dryer in the hotel broke down. He went above and beyond and is truly commendable! There are also exceptional cafes in the vicinity like Weibel. All in all, it was a great experience.
The carpark was horrendous. It was very small and took us a long time to get the car down into the basement carpark. We réaliséd that other smaller cars had the same problem too.

Great location, easy walk to old town. Sitting room was great with views over the old town and M. Sainte-Victoire. Apartment (it was an upgrade) was very roomy with lots of storage and lovely bathroom. Parking in dedicated underground car park was ideal. Common areas are nice and relaxed but with understated style. Breakfast was miles ahead of typical UK chain of this sort. Would use this chain again in other locations. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and secure hotel with parking close to the old town. Room was more like a small apartment and very well equipped. Very quiet with lovely courtyard garden.
The underground carpark was a challenge, some very tight corners!

Location is great. Just a short 5-10 min walk to the center. The plus side is that there are board games available in the lobby area which you can borrow and bring back to the room to play, nice entertainment for the kids.
The size of the room is unfortunately very mini. If you travel with kids, after opening up the sleeping couch, there is practically really only 1m2 of space left where you can move. Furthermore you still need to be creative to put away all the extra couch pillows and cushion. It is really tiny. Room service is only once a week, for the period of 10 days we stayed, there was only 1 time room service. At the price we pay, I was expecting a clean and tidy room on a daily basis. The wall and door are all thin, you can hear the shower and hair dryer from the next door. To access the garage you will need to make a few 90 degree turns in a short ramp, if you drive a long car, watch out when driving in.

Easy to get to the city center (10 minutes by walk) and 3 minutes to the supermarket.
We had relaxed time like home.
