En caso de tener que pasar una noche y no tener dónde

Habitación muy limpia con aire acondicionado, neverita y tetera eléctrica. En una bandeja te dejan preparado un poco de café, una bolsita de té rojo, azúcar, una cucharita y tazas por si quieres prepararte un té o un café, lo cual se agradece. En la descripción pone que debes avisar si llegas más tarde de las 19h y por otro lado pone que el check-in se puede hacer hasta las 22h. Avisé, pero creo que de todas formas se quedan siempre hasta las 22h, aún así, es mejor avisar.

En mi caso me quedé en este hotel porque era el único disponible en ese momento y a solo 13 mins de la Gare Routière (buena ubicación), pero el precio me parece excesivo para lo que es. Me alojé en la 116, que da a la carretera principal, por lo que, a pesar del grosor de las ventanas, se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle. Gracias que siempre llevo tapones. Por otro lado, me atendió el dueño del hotel, que no sabía manejar el programa de reservas y no tenía forma de asegurarse que había pagado con antelación (a pesar de enseñarle la confirmación de Booking y el comprobante de pago). Quería que pagara de nuevo. Finalmente quedó todo aclarado al día siguiente cuando la que se encarga de las reservas comprobó que estaba todo bien.

weer een prima verblijf, tot de volgende keer!

erg veel ging goed! En wat heel prettig is: een goede parkeerplek voor de auto. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. We kwamen er voor de 2e keer en voor volgende week weer geboekt.

Clean tidy room

Very clean room, only one flight of stairs. Effective air conditioner

Very small room for two people, small fridge but not super cold. Male host a little abrupt.

We had a great stay in Aix-en-Provence. The Vendome worked well as a location for us.

Very friendly and helpful owner, good breakfast.

A bit of a walk to parts of town we wanted to visit.

Convenient location and comfy bed, however very small room and communication difficulties.

Location close to town centre only 10 min walk. Bed was small but comfortable.

Rooms were very small and bathroom only 1 person at a time as very tight. Parking was an issue and communication very difficult in English language.

Superb

Family room had a queen and two singles, which is nice. The town centre was an easy walk away and the neighbourhood has take away and a supermarket nearby. WiFi was fine.

Good location but noisey room.

Location close to centre' of town.

Room was cramped and access to whole hotel was via stairs Although the staff helped with carrying suitcases up the stairs it was a nuisance. Also rooms were noisy and you could easily hear other guests accessing their rooms. Indeed one set of guests managed to get into our room when we had do not disturb sign and had told the staff we didn't need the room cleaned. One can only assume guests had been given the wrong key.

We spent 3 nights here. Great place to park your car and walk around Aix. Spotless place!

The cleanliness was exceptional. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Parking was inexpensive and easy to use.

The rooms are small, but the rate was great! There is a stairway to get to lobby but staff assists with luggage.

Nice enough hotel!

The location is great, just a 10 min walk from the centre, and quite close to the bus station.

No information about breakfast or check out provided upon arriving (easily solved by asking when I thought of it).

Room was comfortable, easy to arrive, parking just next door, beds comfortable, bathroom fine, good shower, not a far walk from the Center. There is a refrigerator and coffee and tea kettle in the room. There is also a small breakfast área in the lobby, but we didn't use this.

Parking very tight, but it was ok. If you have a larger vehicle it could be a problem. Reception only speaks French, but he seemed patient and helpful.

Would not recommend

The hotel is located close by to the old city and the local bus station - only a 10 minute walk. A decent price for an expensive city.

A very basic hotel with passable amenities. The air conditioning did not work and despite it being advertised and included in the room title, the hotel refused to offer any alternatives or compensation for the continued issue. The receptionist has no English nor any patience for anything below fluent French.

Very easy, very close to the centre. No frills. Very friendly staff. It’s a great base and place to sleep.

The location and the bed are ok.

If you are not french or speak french, probably will be hard to comunicate to the staff of the hotel. The room is too small. The parking is payable and have to reserve in advance. I tried to reserve by email before my arrival and nobody answer me. I had stayed 4 night and in the last night we had to find another place to park our car. The aircon stop working in the last night. You can hear everything outside the room.
