Nice hotel, good food, friendly staff

Lovely hotel, in the process of refurbishment. Staff professional and helpful.

Parking is on street (if you can find a space), or in an under cover car park at up to 15€ per day.

Gutes Stadthotel für einen Zwischenstop

Gute Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, öffentliches Parkhaus wenige Meter entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, die Flure machen noch einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck.

Hotel in direkter Lage

Für eine Übernachtung ok. Zimmer sehr klein, aber sehr sauber. Bett war sehr bequem. Und es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Kurze Wege zu vielen Restaurants und zum See.

La "proximité" de la gare et le ptit dej.

Contrairement aux photos des chambres sur le site, absence de bouilloire. Espace douche très restreint, aucune intimité, lavabo carrément dès l'entrée de la chambre, bref du jamais vu dans une chambre d'hôtel ! Pour info, 3 nuits ptit dèj inclus 350 € via Booking.com et si vous réservez directement auprès de l'hôtel, c'est + de 500 €.

Pleasant stay

Staff was friendly and helpful Room was clean Allowed to store luggage as we arrived before check-in time

Room could have a few more amenities to make for a comfortable stay - like iron, kettle and small fridge. We were warned early about the renovations at the hotel and it did not affect us too much. I would just recommend that if you have something like renovations at least offer breakfast or complimentary drink. It will go a long way in making guest feel that you considered the inconvenience to them.

Good hotel and always friendly staff.

The hotel was being renovated while I was there, so it must be all new now. My room was already looking new and was very nice. The breakfast area also was being renovated so I think it would be unfair to judge by what I had. Overall, I really liked the hotel. Walking distance to the Train Station and supermarkets.

Situation idéale pour visiter Annecy à pied, proche de la gare

Chambre propre et bien équipée. Equipement moderne. Lit grand et confortable. Situation géographique idéale lorsque l'on vient par bus et train ainsi que pour visiter Annecy à pied.

Le prix du petit déjeuner est vraiment élevé. Bien qu'ayant été prévenu, les travaux dans l'hôtel peuvent être gênants, c'est la raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis une bonne note dans la rubrique rapport qualité prix. L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas très bonne

Comfortable room within 5 minute walk from the train station

We had a nice, recently renovated room with a massive TV. Toilet and shower were in separate rooms, and the sink was in the bedroom. Different concept which worked really well. Location was quite close to the train station, a bit of a walk to the old city and the lake.

The sign outside the hotel could be bigger, easier to see from a distance. The hotel is ongoing renovations (which was communicated in a message). It didn't affect our stay, but just be aware that there are work projects going on throughout the hotel.

Hotel aperto al pubblico...in ristrutturazione!

Buona posizione a 10 min a piedi dal centro.

Arrivo in Hotel e mi accorgo solo in quel momento (non era stato indicato) che l'hotel è in RISTRUTTURAZIONE. La Hall, il vano ascensori al piano terra, il.primo e secondo piano sono un cantiere con scale, cavi esposti, pareti da completare. Per fortuna ero al 4 piano ma i rumori (trapano, materllate) si sono sentiti. A mio avviso se una struttura non è pronta e completa non può aprire al pubblico!

Hotel à réserver … dans quelques mois, après la fin des travaux

Très belle chambre, fraîchement rénovée

L’hôtel est en travaux. La réception n’existe plus, l’accueil est compliqué. A l’arrivée, on m’a demandé de payer 127,5€, au lieu des 110€ annoncé par Booking. Après vérification, ceci a été corrigé dans le bon sens. La salle du petit déjeuner mérite aussi rénovation.

Chambre belle, près du lac, dommage pour les travaux de l’hôtel en cours.

La gentillesse des femmes de ménages. Chambre neuve et belle.

Les travaux de rénovation, coup de marteaux à 7h50 un matin. Literie très dur et l’eau des wc s’écoule très mal, besoin d’utiliser la brosse à tous les coups. J’ai demandé à tout payer à mon arrivée et au final on m’a encore demandé un supplément pour ma chienne (ce qui est normal) mais j’avais bien demandé à mon arrivée, jour où je suis rentrée dans l’hôtel avec ma chienne si tout était ok et on m’avait dit oui.

De gerenoveerde kamer.

Het is momenteel eigenlijk een bouwval waar ze kamers verhuren. Om de bedden zit een matrasbeschermer van plastic, waardoor je enorm zweet en het bed kraakt/knisperd De airco werkt nagenoeg niet.

L'hôtel étant en plein travaux, notre chambre était donc rénovée et en parfait état. Une chambre moderne et contemporaine avec de beaux espaces. Le petit-déjeuner offert parce que l'hôtel est en travaux. La propreté des chambres, super ! Les membres du personnel polis.

Le boîtier de la clim beaucoup trop compliqué à utiliser même en suivant le mode d'emploi, donc nuit un peu compliquée parce qu'il faisait chaud si on fermait la porte nous reliant au balcon et si on ouvrait la porte, on avait droit aux bruits des véhicules extérieurs.

Un super séjour dans l'ensemble et sans aucun regret

Le confort de la chambre, son agencement Cafés, thé fournis Un SPA au top, une détente qui en vaut vraiment la peine Et le personnel toujours disponible et à l'écoute Pour finir le parking à proximité et à prix plus que raisonnable

Difficulté à réguler la chaleur dans la chambre, vite étouffant donc parfois obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour renouveler l'air Sinon tout était parfait

Wie kann man im Fahrstuhl und im Zimmer vom Restaurant die Speisekarten aushängen um dann am Abend zu erfahren das die Küche zu hat ???? kann man bei der Anmeldung nicht sagen das ,das Restaurant zu hat ? nein man bekam noch den Tip nicht übern Bahnhof zu gehen das wäre nicht schönes Volk , wenn man zum essen losgehen muss . Schade aber das war aber in Frankreich nicht das einzige mal,scheint so zu sein ! Einen locken um dann breit grinsend eine zu erklären ,das nix läuft .Beim Frühstück für 23 € holt man wohl den nicht gemachten Abend rein ????oder was ???

Très bien situé et agréable!

Proche de la gare et du centre. Hôtel et déco accueillant. Un grand merci à l'employé du restaurant et au barman qui nous ont servi un petit "apéro-dinatoire" improvisé vers les 22h. C'était vraiment adorable, très professionnel et vous étiez très avenants et attentifs aux besoins du client.

Nous avions bien confirmé avec la Réception que nous pourrions accéder à l'hôtel durant toute la nuit. Malheureusement la carte n'a pas ouvert la porte, la sonnette sonnait dans le vide et le numéro indiqué en cas de besoin était aussi injoignable. Il pleuvait des cordes c'était pas très agréable d'attendre comme ça devant l'hotel. Finalement au bout de 15 min un client sortait et on a profité de rentrer. Le lendemain on a parlé au jeune homme car le soir-même on allait resortir. Il a pas eu l'air trop concerné et m'a dit qu'il fallait juste insister avec la sonnette car il avait d'autres tâches à faire pendant la nuit. Le lendemain rebelotte...Pas top!
