The staff were very helpful and kind.

The place was a little tired looking and the photos made it look a lot nicer. I stayed in the top bedroom so when I needed a bathroom I had to trapse downstairs. Also the sink was at the other end of the corridor.

Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen.

Es war sauber im Haus

Es handelt sich hier um einen Appartementkomplex welcher hauptsächlich an sozial schwächere Familien und Flüchtlinge vermietet ist. Dementsprechend ist die Anlage ziemlich runter gerockt, der Pool hat auch nicht zu benutzen eingeladen. Und es ist am Rand der Stadt, haben da auch bloß genächtigt weil unsere andere Unterkunft in Toulouse so schlimm war das wir uns spontan was neue suchen mussten. Und das zur Rugby WM, es war also kaum noch was zu bekommen. Schade das Booking die Unterkünfte ab und zu über prüft.

ok for a stopover for a large family.

Considering the price, for the 7 of us, the place was pretty ok for one night. it’s roomy and it’s clean. The receptionist was super efficient and friendly.

the area and its vibe are pretty strange. I felt reassured by the fact that it is a gated neighbourhood. Also, the house would need some sprucing up. it is tired and shabby which makes it look dirty even though it wasn’t.

Short stay suitable but make sure you confirm when you can actually get into the complex.

The appartment was big and spacious with everything you might need. The swimming pool was very welcome in the 40°C heat too!

Having phoned the property the week before arriving and been told that reception was open all day in July and August, we could not check in until after 1500 as reception was closed. We could not even get into the complex as the gate was locked and the telephone number provided took us through to a call centre who told us to just come back later. Beds were REALLY uncomfortable and only 1 bedroom out of 3 had air con.

Price quality not in balance

Quite location.

Quite old apartment and not really clean. We found hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Toilet upstairs not convenient. The cot we ordered was not delivered. Price quality is not in balance.

Value for money. Care and reliability of the staff for check-in after hours.

1) Instead of the small shower room downstairs a toilet would have been more practical. 2) Only master bedroom is airconditionned.

Location great as it was very near the golf course.
