Lovely hotel staff, comfortable room, plenty of coffee and breakfast,fine hotel. Need to work on shuttle staffing so it

User friendly

Booked for proximity to airport. Specifically for my early morning departure. Shuttle doesn’t run 24 hrs and has limited availability when it is running. Between my arrival and departure the shuttle simply was not available so I had to walk with my luggage upon arrival and booked a different hotel for my departure.

Excellent choice near TLS Airport

Exceeded our expectations. The desk staff were very attentive, asking if we required an airport shuttle, gave us a free drink card (might have been a HH perk, and giving us the breakfast buffet hours. The breakfast was included and was excellent (eggs, mushrooms, charcuterie, fruit, yogurt, freshly squeezed juice and fresh bread/pastries.) The beds/linens were very comfortable, and the shower was great!

L'hotel è situato vicino all'aeroporto, per noi che abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per poi ripartire il giorno successivo andava benissimo. Ci sono diversi ristoranti vicino e anche il museo Aeroscopia per gli appassionati di aerei. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa e pulita, personale gentile e ottima colazione.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles war sehr sauber, bequeme Betten und die beiden Herren an der Rezeption waren supernett. Sicheres Parken in der Tiefgarage und sehr gut zu Fuß vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Convenient & comfortable for overnight stop near Toulouse airport.

The hotel was near Toulouse airport. We had to stay because of a cancelled flight so it was near the terminal. The breakfast was included and had a good choice of fresh food. The room was comfortable with a good shower.

There was confusion about whether our room would be paid for by EasyJet or by us. We were given two separate views by two different receptionists. Probably fault of airline not the hotel.

Super hôtel pour Toulouse BLAGNAC!

Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une excellente literie. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Petit déjeuner continental varié (sucré salé) et très complet Parking facilement accessible Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel pour tous les voyageurs ayant des horaires de décollage matinaux ou d'atterrissage tardifs!

Disappointing.

The cleanliness is top rate, liked that the facilities were well looked after and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Proximity to the airport and they provide a shuttle.

The listing on Booking.com said that there was a restaurant and bar and both were open. However when we checked in after a long trip and only several hours after making the booking we were told the restaurant was closed. Also the bar and dining facilities are actually an extension of the lobby, not what we were looking for. In place of dinner we were offered to choose from the snack menu. We chose a pasta dish with cream sauce and a fish curry. Two bowls of semi dry pasta arrived. No sauce and the barest of other ingredients. It was very poor. Desert was listed as ice-cream with different flavoured sweets eg bounty, Mars bar, etc. A plate with a bounty bar arrived as desert, for which we were charged €4.50. We can understand the restaurant being closed over certain holidays, but then the website should have mentioned this. The snacks offered instead need to be revisited as they really let down the hotel.

Not All Bad, But Could Have Been Better.

The hotel was reasonably close to the airport, it just took me 10 minutes to walk to the hotel from the airport. Reception staff lovely and the hotel appeared nice and clean inside. The bedroom was a reasonable size and the shower great. On leaving, I was able to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport which was a bonus as it was wet outside.

I believe I could hear water running above me during the night and around 3.30am I was woken up by persistent banging on the floor above me as if someone was working to correct a serious problem. At 7am I was woken by continuous noise from above like some kind of machine rubbing backwards and forwards on the floor so my 'quiet room' didn't live up to expectations. The environment around the hotel didn't do the hotel any favours, so it lacks kerb appeal. The breakfast was really poor, at 8.30am the so called 'hot breakfast' was almost cold, cold sausages and cold scrambled eggs were not enjoyable.

Je viens souvent dans cet hôtel que je trouve excellent en terme de qualité prix. Les chambres sont calmes et parfaitement insonorisées. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait. Le personnel très agréable et à l écoute. Et comme a chaque fois, si j ai besoin de loger à Toulouse je reviendrai à cet hôtel.

Hôtel très propre . Très bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport. Facile d'accès. Place de stationnement . Bon Petit déjeuner varié. Literie confortable. Salle de bain propre et fonctionnel, serviettes de bain propre, grande douche. Je reviendrais.

Le canapé lit pas du tout confortable, c'est pour moi le seul point négatif.
