The breakfast was good but very crowded and with not so big choice on healthy food.
I found a welcome set of desserts and fruits in the room...but I did not enjoy it considering that I found the toilet dirty.
The toilet was not clean: the toilet bowl was left dirty from the previous guest. I immediately called the "quality phone number" and the "reception" using the room phone but no one replied.
I went down to the reception, spoke with the receptionist, who was very kind, and asked to clean the toilet: he confirmed me he was going to send the technical staff within maximum 1 hour. I came back after dinner at 10 pm, after 3 hours from notification, and no one cleaned my toilet.
The bed sheets were not correctly folded, probably the room staff is not experienced in making correctly a bed for a 4 stars hotel.
The breakfast was good but very crowded and with not so big choice on healthy food.
The swimming pool was small and it seemed closed already.

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming, beds very comfortable, water temperature in the shower was great, location had plenty of eateries and a carrefour market very close by
the air con was a bit outdated and found it hard to use, the pick up/drop of spot can end up with car or taxi getting stuck behind other vehicles as it's one way which could cause delays

Swimming pool and gym was a lovely bonus. Good location to metro which is a short journey into central Paris.
The hotel was great, but we were travelling in a VAN it would have been good to mention that their own car park and the local car parks struggle to accommodate vehicles under 1.9m .
Also, proper cups instead of paper cups for tea would be better .

Not too fare from public transport and restaurants.
Small room, expensive breakfast, could have been better cleaned. Expensive for the service.

I stayed at this hotel for a week as I had to take an exam close by, in Issy les Moulineaux. The staff was wonderful!! This is the staff quality I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I’m used to hotels is Paris where the staff is, well, Parisian. This was such a different experience. On my first day I asked if there was vegan options in the breakfast buffet. Luckily the chef was around and personally told me there would be plenty vegan options and that if I didn’t find what I wanted, they would make me anything. I ordered room service for dinner a couple times and the food was amazing and cheap . The room per se was just ok but very clean with a comfy mattress, a couch and a table where I could study. The bathroom products were from Nuxe, which was a nice touch. Over the week end I had moved on to 4-star hotel in downtown Paris to be closer to the city center and oh boy was I disappointed. The staff was not nearly as welcoming and nice! Over one week every single staff member I encountered was smiling, nice, and trying to make my experience a good one. I even got a free coffee here and there (Admittedly I was ordering a lot of coffee).

Room was excellent, great view and quite spacious.
Breakfast was very vast and started before most hotels
Location is very safe and around 7 mins walk from the Metro Station / Restaurants, 2 mins walk from a Pharmacy and a lovely playing ground if you are travelling with kids.
I had to lose half of my stay's money because I booked as "Non-Refundable" but had to leave Paris earlier due to the ongoing Protests planned on 6th April 2023. The Hotel didn't give a bit of a refund (due to the circumstances). Of course I understand the decision of the Hotel, but again this is something which we weren't prepared for and assumed that the hotel management will be kind and give at least a refund of the breakfast which wasn't consumed.

I traveled with my children, felt very safe in and around the hotel. We enjoyed a handful of local restaurants nearby too. Loved the sofa folding out into a bunk bed, very space efficient!
The carpets in the room were very worn and stained, not a huge issue, but very obvious.

Great location for football stadium, clean, friendly staff.

Breakfast is excellent. Location is perfect for PSG (the purpose of our visit) and Roland Garros. Approximately 20 euros taxi to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Depends on traffic, of course. It's worth writing that the build up to our holiday was spoiled by some negative reviews of the hotel. We can find nothing whatsoever to complain about!!
Can't think of anything.

Given the sofa converted to bunk beds as opposed to a double bed it made the room more spacious than other hotels, it also meant the children had more space in bed. Staff were polite and helpful. Metro station was a 5-10 minute walk, which made the tourist attractions easily accessible. Great location for a PSG stadium tour!
The drink making facility in the room was average. Most english guests would appreciate the addition of milk.
