Sehr hübsch, sehr nettes Personal, super Lage.
Es war sehr hellhörig.

Central location. Quick to replace a blown bulb in bathroom over sink. Extremely efficient aircon
Very small room with a toilet in a cupboard which had a broken hinge, meaning you had to lift it up to shut it. Nowhere to open up suitcases as the room was extremely small even though it was a deluxe room. Toilet had a blown bulb over the sink making it difficult to shave which should have been sorted prior to obtaining keys to the room. Walls are extremely thin, meaning you hear everything going on in the next room

Clean, serious Air conditioning, very accommodating of bikes and all the issues that come with bike travel.
Room a little small but fabulous location and the management went above and beyond to help us with the delivery of our renter bikes and with our luggage service. Great location!

No cars on this street, easy walking distance to everything and clean hotel! Nothing extra fancy, just the basics, small rooms, but we didn't need the extra space, because we were there to sight see and explore the town. I traveled with my mom, and we each had our own room, still affordable for the location.
I'm lucky the weather was good, because our taxi driver could not drive right up to the front of the hotel! It is a short two minute walk, not a big deal, but good to know for the future. We packed light, but I was thankful it was not raining or snowing!

Perfectly situated in the middle of Tours. Welcome was very friendly and the rooms not too small and well equipped.
The beds were already outworn. We both hardly slept and woke up with back pain 😕

Very convenient to restaurants and easy walk to transportation and parking.
Great windows to keep out the street noise.
No amenities such as hair dryer, coffee maker

it is right in the heart of the old town of Tours, yet not noisy. it is very stylish - the breakfast area is beautiful, with stone walls and marble/granite tables and lovely fresh continental breakfast. The owner is very friendly and hands on in her business, serving fresh coffee at breakfast.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and efficient. The room and public areas were impeccably clean and tastefully furnished. Good breakfast buffet.

Overall a great stay, especially for English speakers. The location was central and lovely and accommodations were perfectly clean and manageable. There was however a long walk from the train station if you have a heavy bag. There is no lift, but the concierge helped me with my bag. The rooms have dark curtains and air conditioning which was welcome. The breakfast was fine, but a bit overpriced for what you got. I would certainly stay again.

No tea making facility….

This is what a hotel should be: immaculate, comfortable, expertly operated with care and attention. The breakfast is excellent. And the location in the heart of the lively medieval city is practically a fairytale setting. Perfect.

Fantastic old town central location.
The management were so helpful - nothing was a problem.
Room was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel due to location, service, staff, breakfast and rooms. Has all you need and excels with a warm and welcoming atmosfeer.
Our room was a bit on the dark side as we looked onto a sort patio at the back. But these are structural issues which cannot be solved.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town. On a very cute street with lots of restaurants. Despite this my room was silent at night with no street noise noticeable. Comfy bed and good AC. Nice modern interior. Friendly owners/managers.

Good location to visit Tours. It had air conditioning.
It was more of a hostile than a hotel. The rooms are basic and dark, there was a strong smell of damp.
4.0 / 5.0
The soundproofing is excellent. The location is spot on in the heart of the mediaeval city.
The room was adequate in size, but only at the expense of storage (one hanging rail with shelf over. There is no lift.
It's a building of historic interest, so this is understandable, but basically this is a hotel for the young and fit who don't mind living out of a suitcase.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, AC works really well, single rooms available
Can be loud in street facing rooms and you can hear the other rooms on your floor. I didn’t mind not having an elevator even though I was on the top floor, but some people might.

The interiors were beautiful, staff very helpful, very comfy beds. Great location close to Les Halles, good restaurants and shopping. A characterful, peaceful haven in the centre of the old town.
It's an old building so our room had some changes in level which ended careful negotiation... especially at night.
The ability to make tea and coffee in the room would have been appreciated.

This hotel is in the centre of the old town and surrounded by numerous eateries.
The room was clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning.
The area around the hotel is mainly pedestrianised which made parking a little tricky. I reccomend availing of any of city centre underground parking areas and the walk will be short.
The old town area is compact and 24 parking is approximately 12 euros
