Good central location for exploring city. Fantastic city infrastructure with all the tramways etc.
Hotel basic but adequate. Shower over bath was a bit of pain. Very nice check in man carried our cases up to fourth floor. No lift!
Nothing serious but the carpark up by the river was a bit of a trek although lifts etc very efficient and nicely kept.

Great value hotel in the centre of the old town. Really helpful and welcoming staff. Room 8 on the 3rd floor has a lovely balcony overlooking a Roman ruin.

Gute Lage, netter Concierge.

We stayed in the economy room for 1 night while passing through. The owner was extremely friendly, the room was super clean and really well located. For us it was the perfect stop-over on our way to Spain. If you're staying for more days I'd suggest one of the bigger rooms. P.s. try the Libanese food next door. You won't regret it.
Nothing really

The hotel has a good feel. The owners are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, in a quiet street close to the tram, the Loire and a short walk from many of the tourist attractions. The Lebanese restaurant next door is very good and there are many different types of restaurants within a few minutes walk. My room was very clean and comfortable with a French window onto a balcony with a table and two chairs and a very pleasing view over a quiet square with trees and old ruins. The room was large enough and the bathroom was new. The bed was really comfortable. Excellent value for money.
There was nothing I disliked, but people should be aware that there is no lift,. The stairs are wide and carpeted, so managing the case is not too difficult.

The owner was patient, kind, and very helpful. Our room was on the top floor (walk up) and had a balcony with a view of an old fountain and beautiful buildings. The bed was comfortable, soft sheets and towels. The room is small by American standards but fine for 2 people who are in Tours for touring, not sitting in a room. Shower/tub had good water pressure. We enjoyed eating breakfast here as well. Lovely croissants and plenty of choices; cereal, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese. Not a huge meal but perfect for us.

Breakfast was really good. It included fresh croissants and bread plus preserves, hams and cheeses. Also fresh fruit and granola and hard boiled eggs. Endless tea and coffee. Our room had a lovely view and balcony. It was on 3rd floor and no lift which we were ok with, but some people may find difficult. Recently refurbished bathroom and a really good size. We managed to park outside but obviously had to feed machine. Free after 1830 to 0900. Fantastic location for walking around to see old and new Tours.

Centrally located with many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and provided us with some recommendation to restaurants nearby. Water pressure and temperature in shower was good.
Recommended for people traveling light and perhaps with no car.
Good value place
No elevator and very small staircase can make life a little challenging. We ended by only taking the essentials from our car in a separate bag up to our room.
Street parking is very challenging with limited space. We got lucky in the end to find a spot just outside but you will most likely be frustrated looking for a car park. Paid parking on the street starts from 9am 7 days a week, not sure when it ends. We only stayed one night but no idea how you will manage parking if you stayed in tours for longer
Shower door was broken, it was difficult to shut. The shower is extremely small, you can't bend at yours hips, so I couldn't reach my feet and hence just rubbed my foot against eachother

Close to everything- walkable from train station, cathedral, museums, restaurants. Very well priced with good value breakfast with plenty of coffee.
Everything was good - room a bit small but had everything we needed.

A gem of a find in Tours, the owners are
lovely. A small hotel tucked away in the
centre, stored our bikes securely, quite and
comfortable.

Owners are lovely and location is perfect in the city center. Confortable bed and practical bathroom, perfect for an overnight stay.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and the Loire River, where there are riverside bars and restaurants with live music.
That our room was on the 4th floor accessible only by stairs as there's no lift. If you have mobility issues then be sure to check which floor the offered room is on.
The only other gripe would be that it states on booking.com that there's 'parking prive', there isn't. Unfortunately, In the minutes we were inside inquiring where to park we got a ticket!
