La salle de bain pas très propre au sol et les rangements pour les vêtements dans l'entrée et rien pour les poser ou les ranger dans la chambre

It was quiet and safe! Lady in the reception was nice!
Far from everything! Very old looking, hard bed , weird shaped apartments!

Nothing
Hotel air conditioning does not work. Room was overlooking a cemetery. Very expensive. Staff completely indifferent and rude. Very poorly built concrete bunker building. Very thin walls and noise from sirens and other rooms.

Location was good.
Water refilling station and laundry facilities good.
Pierre-Emanuel, front desk, was exceptional. He went above and beyond. He was the friendliest, accommodating staff member. He never made us feel like we were a burden.
We were guests for 14 days. We paid for an air conditioned hotel but the A/C in our room did not work for 5 days when it was 30C during the day. We complained to the front desk, we were told it was going to be fixed. A contractor came on site one day but it was not any better that night. They came on another day and again that evening it was no joy. We complained to Pierre-Emanuel that same evening, he called the contractor back and it was fixed within the hour. No problems for the rest of our stay. None of the staff offered fans and it was very uncomfortable… so much so that we ended up buying a fan! No mention of a discount due to this!
Also, for the first week, there was constant construction noises that would reverberate in our unit. It was like someone chipping tiles off a floor and occurring at odd hours.

I had a double room and the bed was confortable.
The location was very good, and close to the Tram stop/bus.
The Continental breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit served and a large choice of cheeses/ breads/yogurts.
The bathroom sink wooden shelve is on the way, when trying to wash your face, so water spills all over the floor.
The kitchen should be better equipped, if one decide to cook.
The cupbord storage and the microwave, were placed very high up.

Fantastic location for the airport and Bordeaux centre and public transit. Good size rooms with everything you need. Good reasonably priced breakfast.
Air con was virtually useless

Our first time in an appart-hotel, so we were not sure what to expect. The basic concept is good, and proved very useful as the visit included a Sunday and a bank holiday, when limited businesses are open. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
There was absolutely no documentation on any of the equipment. The air conditioning was not working, so we needed the window open; staff 1 said no technician available until after bank holiday (too late for us); staff 2 later said a/c not turned on yet, as too early in season. The natural room temperature was OK, but we would have liked some air movement! There was no complimentary tea, coffee or even filter papers, so we had to return to the supermarket. No plug in the kitchen sink, so could not hand wash anything. One (only) dishwasher tablet provided, which was wrong size, so I had to carve it to shape! Kitchen extract not working and fell out when string pulled. Your website states "Good Breakfast", but "Adequate Breakfast" would be a fairer description. First place I have ever stayed in France with no croissants or fresh fruit! The shower gel dispenser was missing, so I had to get one from reception. The bed-head light sensors would be fine for rooms with double beds, but our twin beds came very close to the sensors and it was very easy to accidentally switch the lights on!

Our appartment was specious and we had a small kitchenette which we used.
The breakfast was always the same, though fresh. But some cereal or fresh fruit would have been nice as well.
