Good location. Balcony a must
Nice size for 2 people
Good selection of pans & cutlery, plus good knives for chopping
Lovely balcony but no table & chairs. Really for the price they could buy a cheap garden set! We actually bought a small table ourselves & took 2 dining room chairs outside. Our 23 day stay would not have been nearly as pleasant without this. Add a capsule style coffee machine too. Again these are now cheap and so much nicer than filter coffee makers.

Spacious, comfortable and secure. Free secure Parking. Quality furniture. Comfy bed and sofa bed.
We were told to call a telephone number 1 hour before arrival. We called the number over 10 times and each time there was a message in French. We also sent messages via booking.com and received no reply.
When we arrived there was no one there to meet us and we waited 30 mins in the car park after a 6 hour drive. Finally Brigitte called and said someone would meet us in 10 mins. I even called the number while the person was standing next to me as it was his number and it still came with a message in French. So finally we could enter the apartment. I suggest more than one number or better communication with the owner, Brigitte.
The apartment was spacious and well equipped, but we had no toilet paper! We also had to clean the bathroom sink area as it wasn't cleaned and the waste bin had waste in it from previous persons!
There is no aircon, there is a fan provided. However you'll need another fan if you are 3 or more persons as you'll need for each sleeping area.

We were met by a housekeeper who, having paid the deposit in the UK upon booking took payment. She showed us the facilities and explained the TV was not working. We thought this might be a tuning problem so were not unduly worried.
The issue with the TV turned out to be a problem with the wifi not working either, discovered when the housekeeper left.
Wifi was key to our being in Bordeaux to research & purchase wine for a wedding. We politely asked for wifi to be fixed & explained why it was needed., On the second evening the son who lived very close by cancelled his visit to review the wifi. On our 3rd afternoon we were informed an engineer was arranged to visit at 08.00 the following morning - great - but he hadn't arrived by 10.00, the owner & housekeeper told us to pay 115 euros up front or the engineer couldn't visit. We didn't know it if the wifi would function, not happy to pay although apparently this money would be returned to us. Owner text to say the engineer couldn't take cash so it was mystery as to why the owner couldn't use her credit card if we could use ours. Owner cancelled the engineer.
Pleasant son checked wifi on our 5th evening but to no avail. In his words the wifi was 'totally out of service'. The following day seemingly someone entered the apt & changed the wifi box . TV worked but the wifi code appeared incorrect on three devices we owned. Text son who felt this could be resolved, he'd visit next day. That evening a really insulting text was received from the owner making unjust accusations.
Son must've visited the following morning as my note of thanks was removed but now neither wifi or TV worked and he hadn't messaged as he said he would. We were leaving in 36 hours, we weren't getting anywhere and didn't want to receive any further insults.
The reason we had chosen this apartment was that it advertised wifi (&TV) and the facilities were not available to us. Booking.com took our complaint seriously and we were compensated a small proportion of the rent. Thank you for your help Booking.com, really appreciated.
We've been visiting France for years and have met loads of delightful, caring owners.
